Terrible !
Completely irresponsible. I called the reception 3 times during my stay. Once for water, once for towels and once for cleaning. Each time I received a negative answer. This hotel does not even have the basics. Also my room window didnt have glass !!

The hotel is so bad and so dirty, it didn't have enough cleaning room at all, I'm so sorry.
I never offer the hotel to anyone.. Its only advantage is being close to Taksim Square. It has no other advantages, and it's not good for staying one night.

A hotel with good accessibility to metro and bus station. Easy for transporting to every place of city.
The right name of this hotel is park star hotel. When you want to reach to the hotel it may confuse you!
They have multi language person in reception for example he could speak persian.
The staff is very helpful and kind and responsible.

It's a good neat and clean hotel. It is close to Taksim square and istiklal street, Mr. Ehsan at reception is very good gentleman. Good Wi-Fi internet, good breakfast, house keeping staff clean the rooms on alternate days. The issues faced during my stay of one week are rooms are quite small, washrooms are small specially the shower place is very small. The hotel is situated in a street which is at a slope so you need to be fit enough to move in and out of hotel. The hotel staff asks for complete amount for stay at the time of your arrival. Language at Istanbul remained a big big problem, very few know to speak and understand English. It is advisable to go for some hotel across the Taksim square being better area with plain streets, shops available, restaurants available. At star hotel you cannot find any grocery store in near vicinity and hotel also cannot provide you even a water bottle as it has no bar or mart or shop inside.
