Excellent place to stay and relax
We were glad our tour company selected this hotel because it's upscale hotel and had great room, especially our bathroom. The staff was outstanding and were very helpful to answer questions. Very good local restaurants and small grocery store within walking distance. There were a lot of adult solo travelers. The breakfast buffet offered for our tour group was excellent and a vast improvement over what we experienced in Rome. Although it's not in the heart of Florence, you can catch the tram. although be aware that the tram is packed during morning and evening rush hours.

Ottima struttura e camera, colazione deludente
Ho soggiornato un paio di notti per lavoro in questi hotel, il personale alla reception giovane gentile educato è un'ottima accoglienza! Stanza spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort! L'unica grande pecca è la colazione, ho chiesto un cappuccino di soia che purtroppo era pressione, poca scelta e scarsa qualità. Per un 4 stelle mi aspetto una colazione più ricca e fresca! Anche la centrifuga che ho preso la mattina successiva deludente purtroppo.

Excellent Hotel and Staff!
We did not plan to go to the Starhotels Michelangelo in Florence, but we stayed for a night due a cancelled flight. The hotel is really clean, up-to-date, and well placed near Firenze's historic center. The food served by their kitchen was also really good and pleasantly served by professional staff. Severio stood out during our dinner as funny, professional, and making our experience enjoyable. The front desk staff, Rita and Simone, were also excellent and very patient in helping us relocate a misplaced piece of luggage. They kindly assisted us in communicating with a local transport company and ensured our property was returned. Overall, a great stay at the Michelangelo, certainly because of the wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of September. It's a great location only about 15 minutes walk from the heart of the city along the river and the train station, although you are right next to the end tram stop if you prefer not to walk.

We didn't have breakfast as knew there would be many places to eat out locally or use any of the hotel facilities but it was perfectly adequate for what we needed. The room did seem a little tired but for what we paid it was fine.

Ottimo Hotel senza garage
Tutto bene stanze calde e silenziose con un’ottima pulizia! La colazione è discreta con una sala ampia! Unica pecca la mancanza di un parcheggio anche se poi parcheggiare in un parcheggio vicino all’hotel ma anche difficilmente raggiungibile visto che una volta arrivato all’hotel per andare al garage ho dovuto fare un giro impressionante

Bathroom a little tight, but very nice shower. Our room leaked when it rained but not a major problem 714.

Breakfast was just okay compared to the others on the tour. Walkable to downtown area approx 20 to 30 minutes.

Fausse reservation pour remplir les autres hotel florentin loin du centre.
Chambre réservé sur booking du 27/08 au 29/08 michelangelo ok .confirme.
Après 7h de trajet jappelle l hotel pour Savoir si tout était ok. On me dit que je me suis trompe de dates de réservation.et on me propose de me l'envoyerdans un hotel plus loin de florence la premiere nuit et ensuite je pourrais venir dans celui ci .
Scandaleux et les Chambres etaient toujours disponible sur le site booking et star hotel lorsque je suis arrivé à l'hôtel!!!!!
J ai toute annulée et j ai été obligé . Et j espère sans frais !!!.j ai trouver un hôtel par moi même au centre de florence. J'estime que ces méthodes sont malhonnêtes.

Hôtel placé en limite de la ZTL ce qui peut vite représenter un avantage ! Avec parking 2e avantage ! Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec une literie de très grand confort ! Acoustique de bonne qualité. Sans compter les petits gestes plein d’attention de la direction! Le tout à des prix très convenables pour une ville ou plus l’on se rapproche du centre tout devient vite excessif !

Excelente hotel, la atención, la limpieza, la ubicación, el precio, todo muy bien. Gabrielle siempre muy atento, el bufete del desayuno probablemente le falte un poco de calidad y más opciones vegggies pero todo muy bien. Felicidades. :)

Excellent rapport qualité /prix
Hôtel un peu a l’égard des foules du centre-ville, que l’ rejoint facilement en 20 minutes.Belles chambres spacieuses et literie très confortable.Idéal pour les amateurs d’opéra, lequel est situé à 300 m.
Plusieurs restaurant à proximité, notamment dans le quartier voisin d’Oltarno.

Ja, aber ... Starhotels Michelangelo ist leider nur Durchschnitt
Wir haben uns für die Suite im Starhotels Michelangelo entschieden – ein netter, kleiner Spaziergang durch eine schöne, ruhige Wohngegend vom historischen, geschäftigen Zentrum und nur 1 Minute vom Fluss entfernt, wirklich schön. Die Erfahrung während des Aufenthalts und das Zimmer waren jedoch leider nur durchschnittlich: auf der Website wird bei der Zimmerbeschreibung ein „VIP treatment” angeführt – das Personal war grundsätzlich nett, aber sonst haben wir davon nichts gemerkt. Auch den beschriebenen Turndown Service gab es nicht. Die Zimmerausstattung war mangelhaft, es gab nur 1 Paar Slipper, viel zu wenige Kleiderbügel und der Fliesenboden war eiskalt (keine Teppiche!). Schon klar, es ist kein 5-Sterne-Luxus-Hotel, aber die Beschreibungen auf der Starhotels-Website stimmen jedenfalls nicht mit unserem Eindruck vor Ort überein. Das Frühstück war – wie leider sehr oft bei Starhotels – unterer Durchschnitt und günstige Standardware, der Kaffee (wir sind in Italien – da gibt es an jeder Ecke ausgezeichneten Kaffee!) nicht trinkbar. Immerhin war die Zimmergröße sehr angenehm, das Zimmer auch sehr ruhig dank schallisolierter Fenster. Fazit: ganz okay, aber Highlights darf man sich nicht erwarten.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix
Hôtel moderne et fonctionnel.
Il est légèrement excentré et nécessite environ 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique (piazza de la Seigneurie).
L'hôtel est pratique. Si vous cherchez un hôtel de charme, ce n'est pas la bonne adresse.
En revanche c'est probablement l'un des meilleurs 4**** à ce tarif.
Donc à vous de juger.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Florencia,a 15 minutos andando del centro histórico bordeando el río Arno,,buena atención del personal, ,buenas habitaciones ,excelente desayuno,moderno pero clásico.Todo bien !!

Lo súper recomiendo
Excelente ubicación y sitio muy cómodo las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias el personal es muy amable, está situado a lado de estación leopolda del tranvía , que está súper cómodo para conectar con la estación central de trenes de Florencia en Solo 5 minutos y todos los sitios de interés turísticos.
Lo único que mejoraría sería el desayuno de resto lo recomiendo 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Super!!
Pendant notre Raod Trip en Italie on a décidé de réserver le jour au jour et de rien planifier. Cet hôtel on l'a réservé à 22h et y est arrivé à minuit. Accueil très chaleureux, on nous a aidé à monter les bagages. On a bien été informé sur les solutions de parking pour notre voiture.
On avait pris une chambre triple et c'était carrément une suite qu'on a eu!! la chambre principale séparé de la chambre d'enfant, 2 télés, double vasques.... LA chambre était juste top!!!! Cerise sur la gâteau on avait un balcon et je pense que c'est la seule chambre dans l'hôtel qui dispose d'un balcon. Donc si vous y aller et que vous réservez une chambre triple, demandez la chambre 607.

Viaje y pague el hotel por dos noche y tres días por adelantado, llegue a la cuidad de y el hotel solicito nuestros documentos para el check in también el de nuestro hijo de 3 meses el cual aún está en trámite por ser tan pequeño, aun teniendo su código fiscal, y su certificado de nacimiento estas personas no me dejaron hospedarme en el hotel apegándose a la ley que según los mismos policías dijeron que estaba bien estos documentos, los funcionarios del hotel me dejaron 3 horas esperando con mi hijo en brazos y a las 12 de la noche nos sacaron del hotel y sin posibilidad de reembolso lo cual me pareció inhumano al final no logramos conseguir hotel y tuvimos que irnos a otra cuidad, no aconsejo este hotel no solo no nos hospedaron sino que tampoco hicieron el reembolso del dinero muy decepcionado

Buen hotel con ubicación conveniente
Fuera del casco histórico pero a tan sölo 20 minutos a pie, bordeando el río Arno, se encuentra este hotel moderno y cómodo, con muy buena atención, habitaciones confortables, bar, restaurant y desayunador, e incluso parking interno.

Schönes Hotel am Rande der historischen Altstadt
Das Starhotel ist ein echter Lichtblick unter den ansonsten meist überteuerten Hotels in Florenz. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Klimaanlage arbeitet leise und wie Sie soll. Besonders hinweisen möchte ich auf zwei Dinge die ich neben der abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage ( 23 € für 24 Stunden ) und dem guten Frühstück ( Eataly ) wir klasse fand : 1. Silber upgrade : hier bekommt man für 20 € pro Nacht einen Upgrade auf das Deluxe Zimmer, high Speed W-LAN und alle antialkoholischen Getränke in der Minibar. Meiner Ansicht nach ein echtes Schnäppchen !

Nettes Hotel für Citytrip
Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Allerdings lässt sich die Klimaanlage nicht verstellen und es war auch nachts deutlich zu kalt für unseren Geschmack. Das Bad war klein, aber süss und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Das Frühstück war eine einzige Katastrophe und für uns das Haupargument für die durchschnittliche Bewertung. Wenn möglich also unbedingt ohne Frühstück buchen!

Die Lage war okay, wenn auch etwas weit zu Fuss ins Zentrum ca 15 - 20 min Fussmarsch, was am Ende eines langen Tages in der Stadt dann doch nicht ohne ist.

Etwas enttäuschend
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Zu Fuß in das Zentrum kein Problem. Man kann auch mit der Straßenbahn zum Bahnhof fahren. Parken entweder öffentlich gegenüber, in der eigene Garage oder Valet Parking. Wir hatten letzteres gewählt, hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Preislich ist alles ziemlich gleich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und Ok. Das Ambiente des Hotels eher düster und wenig einladend. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich. Absolut enttäuschend ist das Frühstück incl. Personal. Dreckige Tische, relativ wenig Auswahl mit bescheidener Qualität und muffigem Personal. Frischen Caffe (Cappuccino etc.) kann man bestellen.

Sehr angenehm und sauber- Konferenzräume im Hotel.Nahe dem Zentrum, gute Bewirtung. Relativ großes Zimmer trotz Einzelbelegung. Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Blick in den Hinterhof mit Bäumen, dafür ruhig. Das Hotel dürfte nicht voll sein, da praktisch keine Lärmbelästigung. Wasserkocher mit Kaffegeschirr.
