  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.

Hi still at the hotel just now staying in 5806 ,twice now I have had to report the toilet not working and am still waiting on it been fixed ,the hotel it’s self is really good but just disappointing that the toilet is still not fixed ,hopefully will be fixed soon and won’t have any more issues

Lovely hotel with a fantastic entertainment team especially koisynai and Oscar. Great entertainment and activities there’s always something going on for you to get involved with. Lovely surroundings and pools and perfect that it’s right on the beach. We also visited the secret garden which you have for 8 hours and have a beautiful pool with waterfall which only the people who have booked can use and you also get waiter service bringing you drinks and snacks. Loved my holiday here and already thinking about coming back next year.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful holiday! Varied and delicious food in the restaurant. Funny animators. Large beaches, plenty of space, enough sunbeds for everyone. Good room cleaning. Regular replenishment of the minibar. Very beautiful green area, lots of flowers and trees

Wonderful holiday in a wonderful hotel
We enjoyed Starlight so much that we already booked a trip with friends in September, I guess that says it all! Good food, delicious cocktails, comfortable rooms, large and well-maintained territory, wonderful animation team. Mehr als begeistert
Wunderbares Resort mit weitläufigen Gartenanlagan und darin gelegenen 2stöckigen Bungalows. Im Haupthaus gibt es Gym, Spa, Disco, Market etc.....
Im Hauptrestaurant Buffetform zu allen Mahlzeiten welches kekne Wünsche offen lässt. Die vielen Pools mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Das Getränkeangebot bei uns im "All Inkl." war mehr als ausreichend und vielseitig.
Die Mehrheit der Gäste zu unserer Reisezeit war russisch, welches aber für uns überhaupt nicht unangenehm war.

Toller Aufenthalt, Hotel sehr lohnenswert
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Hier wird streng auf Müll und Trennung geachtet. Zimmer sind groß und bieten viel Platz. Bettwäsche und Matratzen sauber. Strand schnell erreichbar und kostenlose liegen stehen zu Verfügung. Handtücher kann man jeden Tag wechseln lassen. Essen gibt es reichlich und alles was das Herz begehrt, hier wird nicht gespart an Vielfalt!

War super lustig man konnte sich gut mit den Barkeepern unterhalten und hat immer bekommen was man will.
Die Leute an der Bar Saigon sind super vor allem Vahdet, Hamza, diyar und mohammed sind super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die frau döne ist sehr Fleißig und hat sofort immer gefragt ob wir noch was brauchen.
Die Cocktail 🍸 schmecken super und sind schnell und professionell zubereitet

Man kann dieses hotel weiterempfehlen
Das essen ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön.das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gut organisiert . Der Strand ist auch sauber und immer aufgeräumt . Die Auswahl beim Essen ist sehr reichhaltig

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Dieser Service hat uns wieder einmal überwältigt. Wo auch immer wir uns in der weitläufigen Anlage aufgehalten haben. Überall sind wir auf sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter gestoßen. Auch der Zimmer-Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub genießen will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Starlight (expérience inoubliable)
Le menu est très varié, la nourriture est excellente.
La propreté est impeccable (piscine, chambre...).
Le personnel est très gentil

Complexe Très bien en famille
Nous sommes restés 7 jours dans l'hôtel, chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain, toilettes et dressing séparés. Terrasse, vue mer.
Tous les repas sont bons, beaucoup de choixmais pas toujours variés tous les jours.
Les restos à la carte: pour 7 jours, droit à un resto à thème gratuitement sinon les autres environ 10/15€ d'extra charge.
Resto italien, japonais, turc, mongol, fruits de mer.
Les animations sont sympas, théâtre de verdure, cirque, night club, beaux spectacles.
A disposition gratuit: fruits glaces boissons crêpes à la plage et piscine.
Piscines vastes et propres, plage très belle et surveillée.
Un hôtel complet, rien à dire.
A noter, aucun personnel ne parle français ( anglais, allemand allemand, russe, turc)

On est bien
Des vacances très correcte . Des animations, des spectacles et de la musique tout au long de la journée. Un très bon service. Shopping possible à meme pas 10minutes à pied. Plusieurs piscines un petit parc aquatique ainsi que la plage privatisé.
Le seule problème reste la connection du wifi.

All inclusive ? Pas tant que ça !
C’est censé être un hôtel international ?
Pas de BACON au déjeuner du mouton partout !
Le personnel prend pas la peine de nous parler en anglais alors qu on essaie de s’exprimer en anglais !
Beaucoup trop de ruskov ( russes ) très mal polis !
C’est censé être all inclusive + mais si tu veux aller au restaurant plutôt qu au buffet tu paies ! Bcp trop d extra! Et là sisha a 30 euros excusez moi mais non !
PIZZA APPOLON= a évité ! Personnel antipathique et incompréhensible !
A peine fini l assiette qu elle est à côté de nous pour nous ramassez l assiette !

Cool et intéressant
Les lits sont confortables, la nourriture était bonne, le personnel est pas venu une seule fois faire la chambre (changer la poubelle…) ils ne parlent pas un mot français du coup c’est compliqué de se comprendre et en plus ils ont touché a nos affaires dans nitre valise ce que je trouve inacceptable, l’hotel est très grand mais du coup on s’y perd un peu, les activités et les spectacles à l’amphithéâtre sont bien,

Excelente opción para un viaje familiar
Lo mejor del hotel son las piscinas, existen varias opciones para mayores y para niños. La playa es buena, simplemente eso, buena. Quizás por la temporada (junio) el hotel estaba lleno, por ello, es necesario tiener paciencia.

Vacanza indimenticabile
Siamo stati accolti nella struttura in maniera ineccepibile, la continuazione della vacanza è stata da sogno. Stanza meravigliosa e comodissima immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Offerta di soggiorno di ogni tipo con divertimenti adatti a tutta la famiglia. Piscina e spazi curati nei minimi dettagli. Consigliata vivamente!!

Luna di miele
Sono stato a starlight dal 29 luglio al 5 agosto , struttura bellissima, servizio eccellente , non ti manca niente la dentro , e veramente un ultra all inclusive ,tanto cibo e bevande, ti servono 2 stomachi la dentro, l unica cosa perché sono rimasto male,avevo letto sul loro sito che hanno delle sorprese e pacchetti per le copie che sono in luna di miele, io mi sono spostato il 21 luglio in chiesa,però il comune l avevo fatto un anno prima, quando avevo chiesto alla reception mi hanno detto che non mi possono aiutare con il pacchetto honneymon,e sono rimasto malissimo, do 5 stelle per tutto il servizio li e devo togliere qualcuna per la sfortuna che mi e capitata a me ....consiglio a volesse andare in coppia,da solo/sola sia tutta la famiglia , e un posto per tutte le essigenze....

Resort mega galattico....il parco circostante sembra essere un giardino botanico....profumo di fiori in ogni angolo
Camera spaziosa dislocata nei bungalow vicino ai campi da tennis di conseguenza immersa nel verde e silenziosa
Servizio all inclusive....peccato che per il palato italiano il buffet lasci al quanto desiderare ...in special modo dopo 3 settimane di menu identico ....😖
pulizia camere così così in compenso il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile...poco parlato l’inglese....parlano principalmente il russo in virtù della stragrande maggioranza di turisti ,appunto,russi ....gran bevitori e poco attenti al bon ton...😬
Piscine magnifiche e possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate nel verde....non è il posto che sceglierei per la vacanza....opinione personale ovviamente
Ma per i tornei di tennis è sicuramente eccezionale!!! Super organizzati ...gli europei hanno tanto da imparare a mio avviso
Tutti pronti ad assecondare ,per quanto possibile,i giocatori ,assistenza dentro e fuori dal campo...
Plauso allo Starlight resort a tutto lo staff e alla Tennis Organisation !!!!

Muy buenoo
Un lugar muy comodo y agradable. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy lindas!! La piscina es muy grandeee! Muy grande todo. Y las promotoras estan lindas para coger creo que si tienen la opciónde venir y disfrutar de buen sexo por favor vengan no lo duden

Vacanza da sogno
Indimenticabile. Ho detto tutto! Divertito come pochi. Pieno di bellissime donne russe. Conquistate alla grande 😜buon cibo evitando lo chef italiano. Ritornerò . Visite guidate fatte ammetto evitando i tuoi operator eden. Offrendo ad un taxista una somma di denaro facendomi girare i loro luoghi. Indimenticabile

Hotel bellissimo
Sicuramente sull'hotel non ho nulla da ridire anzi tutto molto positivo, bellissimo sia dentro che all'esterno. Non gli manca nulla! Il mare è pulito, vi consiglio però di fare le escursioni perché fuori dall'albergo non trovate nulla. Ottimo per chi ha i bambini , ci sono anche gli scivoli alle piscine
