Hotel très propre et accueil exceptionnel situation nickel merci je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel a 4 sur 5 .alors que nous avons réservé en catastrophe pour partir d un riad note lui 4.5 sur 5 qui était pourrit bref super hôtel super accueil merci!!!

Les gens de cet hôtel sont très accueillants surtout Fatima et Rhalid!!! Endroit parfait pour se reposer de belles journées passées à Marrakech, très bien situé, propreté impeccable et lits confortables! Merci pour votre accueil! Nous vous recommanderons!

The hotel is good value for money with spacious rooms. The location is perfect - surrounded by cafe's and restaurants and a 15 minute walk/5 min taxi ride to the Medina square. Although most of the staff were friendly and welcoming there was as mentioned in lots of previous reviews one or two mainly in the restaurant who were really rude and disrespectful, which ruined the stay and for that reason I would not recommend.

The hammam girl Naima was so good👌
Our Filipinas massage therapist flory and josiel was SUPER Excellent👌
The flows of their hands and the pressure was perfect🎉
But DÔMAGE because we had these 2 problems..
First was the Noise upstairs in massage room, they grabbing or pulling chairs,not once, twice,thrice but MANY TIMES. It's like they don't know that there is SPA downstairs.
Second..was the POOL was not heated.
We wanted to swim but ended up lying in a bed beside the pool, but the place of a POOL was really nice & has a style Romantic style ..
If the management will solve these 2 problems, we will become their regular customer,like one a month..because we really love the PLACE+ the PEOPLE😍🎉
