- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. Very good hotel!
Very good hotel! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are confortable, well equipped and clean. There are free drinks for guests which is a nice touch in case you come back thirsty or want to grab something quick at night. There is also a Nespresso machine in the rooms. They are also pet friendly!
Location is okay, close to the Hbf. The neighborhood is a bit disorganized and dirty but is allright.
I can recommend it 100%!

Convenient, clean, comfortable
Convenient locations within easy walking distance from the train station. Staff were fabulous with recommendations of restaurants and also with places to visit. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I was worried with noise from the busy road, but once inside you couldn't hear it at all!

Visiting family in Hamburg!
It was a very comfortable bed, tidy and modern room, and quite stylish. Cleaning happens daily so it’s nice to have new towels also. The location is convenient and easy for us to travel using trains and buses to see Hamburg. Good value for money and friendly reception staff.

Tolles Hotel
Personal sehr freundlich , tolle und saubere Zimmer , mit Kaffee und Tee ausgerüstet. Durch Tiefgarage stehen die Autos sicher und trocken. Ja das Umfeld ist alles andere als toll, aber da kann das Hotel ja nichts für ! Vor allem sehr günstig, kann man nicht meckern :) hier würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder einkehren !!!

Definitiv ein Come-Again-Place in Hamburg
Vom sehr freundlichen Check-in bis zum check-out war alles hervorragend, tolle Lage, gutes Zimmer, ein Super Parkplatz und ein sehr besonderes Frühstück. Das Large-Zimmer geräumig und trotz der befahrenen Straßen ruhig. Wir empfehlen es auch trotz oder wegen der Lage.
