  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The amazing one 😍
The amount of neatness is incomparable with any other resorts. One of the best resorts I have every visited. The staff were so helpful. I will 100% recommend this resort. It also has a beautiful swimming pool. While it's also has a restaurant but is small.

Hotel correct, pour une nuit. Chambre moyenne, salle de bain à revoir.repas végétarien le choix est tres limité. Également très très limité pour le petit déjeuner. Boissons proposées eau plate et quelques sodas. L eau de la piscine etait trouble, et nous ne voyons pas le fond de la piscine [pourtant pas profonde!]

Nos fuimos de este hotel por que la habitacion olia mal y estaba sucia. Aparte de muy alejado de la ciudad no estaba bien cuidado. Decidimos dejar la reserva e ir a un hotel mas centrico y mejor por la mitad de precio

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel en groupe d’amis . Nous avons apprécié une super nourriture, un service sympathique et attentionné , des chambres spacieuses au 1er étage , clim, douche, ventilo, ménage à la demande , une magnifique piscine, une boutique avec de bons rapports qualité-prix. L’hôtel est tranquille tout en étant à proximité du centre , l’ashram, la montagne ... nous avons beaucoup apprécié de terminer notre voyage la !

Buon Albergo ma con standard indiano, no internazionale. Pulizia camera e bagno: sufficiente.
La colazione scarsa in quantità e qualità, solo per clientela indiana.

Un oasis...
Es la cuarta vez que voy. La atención es excelente. Todos quienes trabajan allí son muy amables y se prestan genuinamente a ayudar en lo que se necesita. Las habitaciones con muy limpias, amplias y con A/C. Los amenities básicos pero bien.
Hay una piscina increible! la cierran a las 6pm pero si se avisa con anticipación la dejan más tiempo abierta.
También las noches de calor, se puede pedir que la comida la sirvan junta a la piscina. La comida es de muy buena calidad, suele ser picante para el gusto occidental, pero muy sabrosa. Solo sirven comida vegetariana (sin huevos).
El Hotel está ubicado un poquito fuera de la ciudad, queda a 5 minutos de tuc-tuc o se puede ir tranquilamente caminando por la ruta.
Dentro hay un negocio de ropa, pashminas, algo de joyería, alfombras, muy lindas cosas y con precios razonables. Muy buena atención del dueño de ese negocio también.
Hotel altamente recomendable.

La clim ne fonctionnais pas!
Complexe hôtelier en demi-cercle sur deux étages. Une belle grande piscine pour se rafraichir lorsqu'il fait 35 à l'ombre. Il est possible de manger dehors. Le staff est très attentionné. Un bémol au tableau, la clim dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Je m'en suis rendu compte seulement en me couchant. Lorsque ce sont des unités de climatisation indépendantes, il faut toujours l'essayer avant d'accepter la chambre. J'ai rapporté le problème au type de la réception le lendemain et ça n'a pas eu l'air de lui faire beaucoup d'effet

Extrêmement décevant !
Si on se fie aux photos du site de l'hotel, cela parait un merveilleux endroit...
Malheureusement, dès qu'on y entre, on est rattrapé par la réalité :
cet hôtel est sale, mal entretenu et mal géré !

De nombreux immondices dans les jardins,des chambres sales et pas nettoyées, du linge de toilette pas lavé (nous avons dû faire changer une serviette de bain sur laquelle figurait de fraîches traces d'excrément), des rideaux de douche moisis et jamais nettoyés, une plomberie dépassée et en mauvais état, une clim faisant penser au décollage d'un boeing (donc inutilisable pendant la nuit)...

Le personnel paraît charmant mais totalement inefficace : des plateaux repas ont trainé 24H devant notre chambre sans que personne ne s'aperçoive de leur présence...

Un bilan global catastrophique : je ne m'explique pas que cet hotel ait obtenu une mention dans tripadvisor à moins qu'il n'ait bénéficié d'avis de complaisance ? J'ai demandé à monsieur SURESH, responsable de MOKSHATOURS de l'enlever du programme de visite du TAMIL NADU

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 3 Leuten, die im Arunai Anantha Resort übernachteten. Das Resort liegt neben dem State Highway 66 über den Sie die heilige Tempelstadt Tiruvannamalai betreten.

Durchschnittliches Hotel und gut für Familien
Es war eine wunderbare Reise nach Tiruvannamalai mit Familie (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) und wir haben dieses Hotel wegen der guten Bewertungen auf Internetforen ausgewählt. Gebuchte Familiensuite und die Gesamtkosten waren Rs.4000.

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend aber haben keine gute Belüftung. Die Klimaanlage war so laut, was manchmal irritierte. Bad und WC könnten besser sein, denn die Hähne funktionierten nicht richtig und es gab schlechten Geruch der irritierte. Sie sollten mehr nach der Sauberkeit des Bades sehen und es besser pflegen.

Sie haben einen sehr schönen und sauberen Swimming Pool, was wir sehr genossen haben. Die Service Leute sind sehr freundlich. Sie bieten kostenloses Frühstück, welches sehr gut und schmackhaft ist (meist südindischen Speisen).

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Etwas ausserhalb (7 km) von Tiruvannamalei gelegenes Hotel in einem sehr gepflegten Garten
mit Swimmingpool.
Recht ruhig, gutes Essen, nettes Personal.
Sehr sauber, Preise stimmen und alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

fascino d'altri tempi e ottima qualità!
struttura particolare e molto ben tenuta, sia nelle aree comuni che nelle camere
la location fuori dal caos della città,il verde curato, i colori dei muri, la piccola deliziosa piscina
(tutto ai piedi della montagna sacra) lo rendono un luogo molto piacevole e con un'atmosfera
particolare di qualche tempo fa...
cibo ottimo e tanta cortesia da parte di tutto il personale
sarei rimasta volentieri molto più a lungo dei due soli gg passati..
se andate in questo angolo di india non ve lo perdete!

qualità molto bassa prezzo molto alto
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché ci sembrava il migliore della città. Grande delusione! Dalle foto sembra un posto bello e pulito ma purtroppo così non è. La struttura è lasciata andare (probabilmente in passato ha vissuto momenti di gloria che ora sono un ricordo). Muri sporchi (basterebbe anche solo una tinteggiatura), camere spartane e non pulitissime (l'impianto di aria condizionata è parecchio rumoroso), sala ristorante imbarazzante (ventilatori coperti da polvere, tavoli unti, ecc.). Il personale è gentilissimo, dalla reception al ristorante, ma il costo dell'albergo è sicuramente sproporzionato rispetto al tipo di struttura e di servizio che in realtà offre. La piscina era in ristrutturazione e non l'abbiamo potuta usare.

ein gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel
Dieses Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums und ist verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Blick auf den Arunachala. Das Restaurant ist etwas laut, dafür gibt es aber einen kleinen Außenbereich, welcher sehr angenehm ist. Das Essen ist für indische Verhältnisse gut, aber es gibt nicht immer das, was auf der Karte steht.
Ein Swimmingpool ist vorhanden, allerdings keine Liegen, sondern nur 2 Steinliegen und ein paar Stühle, keine Sonnenschirme. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber relativ klein. Es gibt mehrere Zelte, die voll eingerichtet sind mit Airconditioning und Badezimmer, zu mieten, welche aber teurer sind, als die Zimmer selbst.
Eine gute Wahl speziell auch für Gruppen, große Seminarräume sind vorhanden.
Neben dem Sparsa Resort und dem Hotel Arpanaa, welches auf der anderen Seite der Stadt liegt, ein gutes Mittelklassehotel für Indien.
Der Übernachtungspreis liegt bei ungefähr 35 Euro, je nach Saison.
