Old & Dirty rooms but Excellent Service
Our stay at the Sterling Manali was good, with several areas needing improvement. The rooms looked old, with dirt stains on the walls. Additionally, none of the rooms have balconies, which sometimes led to smells and flies getting trapped inside, making it quite inconvenient. There were also insects in the hotel lobby, which was off-putting.
On a positive note, the hotel has a small park, a feature that only a few hotels in Manali offer, and it was a pleasant place to relax. The food in both the breakfast and dinner buffets was really tasty and offered a good variety of menu options. We especially appreciated the efforts of Mr. Balvir and Mr. Mehar, who made our stay more comfortable and were always available to assist us with excellent service.
However, I believe the staff at the reception could be more welcoming and greeting, which would enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, while the food and certain amenities were commendable, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby need significant improvement.

Room’s Air conditioner of this property is not good.
Recently stayed in this property, had a really bad experience , At around 2 AM late night the AC of this property stopped working and due to which we were sweating, and when i complained they said that AC was controlled from reception area. Had to call them in the middle of the night and it spoiled my whole night couldn’t sleep properly. I would highly recommend you to check before booking this property. As nowadays even manali is too hot. And this is very common in this property.

Must stay at sterlings manali. Clean hygienic rooms and well behaved staff . Easy to reach . Good quality was also nice
It was wonderful . Rooms were neat and clean . View was amazing . Staffs were well behaved and very cooperative . Buffet breakfast was hygienic and tasty . There are gyms and other activity area . Campus has a lot to offer like bonfire,kids play area and garden .It is easy to reach from private bus stand and close to Mall Road , Hidimba Devi temple

Bad attitude of staff
I booked a room on Friday for one night in Sterling Manali Resort , their room was good and food was also good . I wanted to extended for one more night and paid cash on Saturday morning and I booked local tour from their travel desk and the tour was starting at 7am in the morning , then I requested to Ms Komal at the reception that please change my meal plan from breakfast to lunch or dinner whatever the extra cost is I will pay because my next day tour is starting at 7 am and breakfast starts at 7:30am but Ms Komal was so rude and said no no we can’t change the meal plan, you have to pay the extra cost for dinner as today is Saturday and we have lot of more bookings at higher price meanwhile I was talking at their travel desk , she said your booking is canceled and take your cash back. I was shocked to see her rude behaviour in this good resort. Then I cancelled my both the tours from their travel desk, collected my cash and left from the resort with my folded hands.
