Great Holiday Great Stay
We were in a short holiday as a family and will say it was an amazing stay. We got a very good service. The staff was very sweet and friendly whether at the reception of at the restaurant. They adjusted to our requests and ensured it was as requested. They were very professional at the same time. Overall will say a good hotel with good staff and would suggest Sterling ElkHill always.

A VERY COMFORTABLE & EFFICIENT STAY AT STERLING ELK HILL, OOTY
Dear All at Sterling Elk Hill Ooty,
Thank you for a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the Sterling Elk Hill, Ooty.
It starts with the Leader! Thank you Mr Sumesh and Mr Sampath. Thank You for meeting with us on Check-in and your presence in the Lobby during peak timings to ensure all is well.
After a long long drive from Bengaluru – our Check-in was quick and seamless inspite of a Group Check-in happening simultaneously. We were guided to a quick and efficient check-in. We stayed between the 9th and 11th May 2024.
Our rooms were clean and neat and absolute value for money. The Tea/Coffee Kettle & Tray and the mini refrigerator were much used. Overlooking the wonderful view complemented the room. All our requests were completed quickly and courteously.
Breakfast was efficient and grading out the not-so-busy to the Crazily Busy timings helped us and a lot of other guests to space out our coming for Breakfast.
Food was delicious and hot and much needed in the temperature of 11 deg and less.
The Tea Trolley with Hot Tea and Cookies and tiny cup cakes very well thought of in the Lobby Sit-Out whilst we waited for our Cars for sight-seeing. Thank You Again.
The Subuthi Elk Spa – So very well managed and the different Treatments very well explained and once concluded we were relaxed and rejuvenated for sure!
A Special Thank You to your well disciplined and efficient staff – can remember Divyashree, Mohammed, Divyanshu and Mahadeb and each and every associate we came in contact with. And ofcourse the efficient Cashier.. forget his name.
