  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Ho prenotato qui per tre notti, la struttura non è male ma ci sono alcune piccole cose che mi hanno lasciato perplesso. La camera piuttosto grande, ma senza una scrivania è senza una sedia, praticamente impossibile lavorare. Il personale non sempre molto cortese. Il prezzo nella media mentre devo dire che la colazione era molto buona.

A good hotel if missing a few touches.
A good hotel which is handily located for the Auckland CBD. Rooms are a decent size with a really nice shower. The fridge was a bit small and I’m not a fan of UHT milk, but that may not bother others. I’ll did like the Chromecast option on the TV.

I was visiting on business and I thought the in room facilities for working in the room were lacking. The table in the room and the need to use the as a chair was not ideal.

The little touches make it special
Great experience at this clean modern hotel where they have thought of all the little touches that make for a special stay. Yoga kit in the room, gorgeous Smith & Co products, sleep balm, herbal tea and pillow menu ! Clean spacious room, comfy bed, a work station and friendly helpful staff.

Small hotel that keeps giving
We're on an escorted trip and stayed here for two separate nights. Hotel clean and tidy.
Not disappointed on either. Excellent breakfast and dinner, worthy of an expensive restaurant.

Lost property and communication concerns
I experienced frustration while communicating with the hotel staff regarding lost property. I promptly called the hotel multiple times to inquire about the lost items, and each time, I was assured that I would receive a callback with information. Unfortunately, I never received any callbacks. On the third day, after persistently calling, I was finally connected to the duty manager who informed me that there was nothing left in the room. This prolonged and inefficient process has left me incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. While I understand that lost items may not always be recovered, the lack of communication and the delays were frustrating.

Spectacular Sudima!
Sudima is a fabulous little gem. We were booked to stay here for 2 nights. The room was incredibly clean and tidy and had some lovely little finishing touches to it like the yoga corner.
It is a small room as mentioned by other reviewers, but perfect when you aim to explore Auckland city. I would throughly recommend other travellers to stay here!
