When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Very good experience and great service.
The service here is great. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Sabina take care of all our requirements with grace. Balcony view is great. Beds and washrooms are clean. Hot water is available all the times which is big plus. Overall experience is awesome.

Good service by miss sabina
We had an absolutely fantastic stay here in summit grace boutique hotel.
Though we had little prblm with the wifi which was not connecting in our room,room were clean and we got to see the view of kanchunjanga.
One of the best part was the service of resturant specially miss sabina , very helpful and friendly, We enjoyed the food it was delicious.

Amazing stay at summit Grace , Darjeeling. We loved the location and view, foods were delicious.
Staffs were very welcoming and helpful , especially from the restaurants staff Miss Sabina , Mr. Vivek and mr. Phinchok they gave us the best service , they have taken our care and provided us everything that we needed with an ease.
