Exceptional Hospitality
Loved their service mesmerizing view from the common balcony and food as well .Will visit again we were having different room with no view but we extended our stay and shifted to another room which was with beautiful view of mountain.We will be sure to plan another trip to Sikkim and we will stay Summit Newa .Priya managed our stay well and ensured that we all are comfortable throughout our stay .

Must visit place and hotel
The property is really beautiful.Wake up early morning from private balcony you can get a beautiful view.During the day it's serene and quite place.The staff was courteous.Good food .A warm welcome by Priya .Good guide by Pravesh made our stay womdey.

Nice family hotel in a busy tourist town
I stayed in this hotel with my family (me, my wife and 2 young kids). We stayed in the Family Room with Balcony. The room is ideal for a family of 4 as it has 2 queen beds. This is really a comfort than using sofa bed. The room size is also nice and it allows space to move around even after 2 bds in the room. The balcony is there, but there is no view from the room or balcony.
The hotel offers decent view only from a common balcony on each floor.
One issue is that there is no AC or Fan in the rooms and it can create some issue with ventilation even in case of winter.
Bathroom was ok, with basic toiletries provided.
The food quality was very nice. Spread for breakfast was also good.
Staff is very nice and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is a grocery shop just opposite the hotel and that can be of help in case you need to buy some small eatables and water.
