VERY POOR HOTEL
Poor rooms. Taps dont have water. Poor breakfast and poor hospitality. The staff is rude starting from reception. They dont have basics to deal with customers.
My experience is really poor and bad. Try not to visit this hotel.

Comfortable four star hotel
Staff are courteous, good location for proximity to airport and to be by the beach (although sea water here not suitable for swimming). Walking distance to nice restaurants and places like Prithvi Theatre. Far from tourist sites like gateway of India. Breakfast was good and a nice pool to relax by. This is a four star hotel and I would not class it as five stars however. I believe it was the place to be seen a few decades ago!

Hotel in Mumbai
Just 30 minutes from the airport and bang on the Juhu beach. Old property but well maintained. Good choice for breakfast and kind staff service. The billing was quick. Beautiful view of the Arabian Sea from the room and a nice place for a morning walk.

Avoid like a plague! Better out there!!
I booked an exec room with a sea view via agoda and paid the price for it. Only to find that such room does not exist. I raised with staff on several occasions but they did not care and made out I was lying until I showed them what I booked on the app. Finally they agreed an error had been made and confirmed this in email but did nothing about refunding me the difference I paid, I raised a chargeback only for the manager to then lie to the bank and say I was given the right room. I have conflicting information otherwise to say that I was mis-sold the room I was given.
Female member of staff on the front desk is rude and obnoxious. The hotel does not care about quality of service but more about the amount t of money you have in your wallet.
My room that I was given was filthy. The carpets were heavily stained. The toilet smelt like sewage and curtains also smelt. I have pictures to confirm how dirty my room actually was. This hotel prey on its long standing and older clientele solely for the money. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. The hotel itself is outdated and needs to move with the times.

Hotel right on Juju Beach
The hotel is right on Juju Beach, with direct access to the beach. We were surprised there were no sunbeds on the beach. Indian people were just walking on the beach.
Rooms fairly small, also the bathroom, but all accessories were there.
Restaurant serves excellent western an indian dishes. Breakfast choices are reasonable. All over the atmosphere in the hotel was OK.
I would the rate the hotel with 4 stars in stead of 5.
