  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". This resort does not have any work ethics. Even if you pay in advance for your stay, they might resell your room to someone else at higher price and cite lame excuses like a/c not working, electricity circuit issue etc. I booked Heritage rooms on 12th Oct 2024. I travelled from Assam to Varkala Kerala only to find out that our allocated rooms were resold to someone else. They downgraded our rooms to Woodhouse. They cheated us saying “Your rooms have been upgraded”.
The location is excellent but owner does not have any ethics. Service is also pathetic. Table cloths of the restaurant might not have been washed for ages. Rooms also emits smell from wet clothes

Perfect Ladies getaway at Sunview beach resort, Varkkala
We absolutely loved our stay at Sunview Beach Resort! The room we booked was exactly as pictured - no surprises, just a beautiful space that met all our expectations. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and a lovely ambience. The staff were friendly and made us feel safe and welcome, especially Mr. Nishan, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We appreciated the flexibility with our luggage, allowing us to store our bags before check-in and after checkout. They even helped arrange our travel vehicle, making our trip seamless.

A special mention to Bincy, the lovely lady staff at the spa, who treated us like family! Although we didn't have time for a spa treatment, she kindly showed us the best shopping spots and made us feel so welcome.

Highly recommend Sunview Beach Resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with friends and family!"

Best place for a lazy vacation
The sundowner view from the resort pool is just amazing. The food is good, stay is nice but the best thing about this place is the service staff.
The staff is generous to offer help and is at your service when needed.

Saheb is a great host. Would love to visit again.

The Best View and Hospitality
One of the best resorts in Varkala, we have been there for a while and hospitality was amazing.
The view and food was amazing and the entire trip was enjoyed.
We can certainly recommend Sunview Beach Resort for those who want to come to Varkala.

Perfect place to stay in Varkala
Superb stay, Nishan (Manager) was extremely courteous and helpful. Views were to kill for. A good place to stay and enjoy with spectacular views, good size pool, and clean rooms. Its a 10 min walk from the main cliff and just 2 mins from the black sand beach.

Super séjour
Bungalow confortable en ce qui concerne la literie, la propreté de la salle de bain quasiment neuve. Personnel très attentionné, autant le staff que le manager. Ménage de la chambre fait très méticuleusement . L'endroit très calme et vue imprenable sur la mer et le sunset.
Prix imbattable pour ce genre de prestations en Inde petit dej compris (copieux, varié et très correct).

Ein sehr netter Aufenthalt!
Die Anlage ist klein, aber sehr nett. Leider wurde zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts gerade ein großer Pool und Spa Bereich gebaut. Daher war der Außenbereich etwas weniger aktraktiv. Die zuvorkommende Art des Besitzers soll hier besonders erwähnt werden. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hatte.

Schöne Lage am Kliff, sehr freundliches Personal
Das Hotel ist ruhig u. schön gelegen direkt am Kliff.Das gesamte Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Matratzen sind wunderbar weich.
Bei der Ausstattung wären noch Verbesserungen möglich ,z.B. Mobiliar oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
Auch das Badezimmer könnte eine Ablage für Kosmetikartikel brauchen.
Das Frühstück ist wunderbar!
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Resort
beste lage in Varkala.grosszügige zimmer. hilfsbereites personal. ausblick auf Beach. frühstück sehr lecker.grosse dank an hotelmanager Mr.Suresh, ein super netter Mann war sehr hilfsbereit...besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen!besonders schön Natürlich der Ausblick.

como autenticas reinas!!!
somos dos chicas españolas que estuvimos una semana en este sitio ideal.
desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos nos sentimos como en casa.estuvimos alojadas en las casitas blancas de madera,son preciosas,cómodas,muy limpias..con todos los detalles como mosquiteras,enchufe para mosquitos,el baño con todos los jabones,toallas,y en perfecto estado.
todo el personal es encantador,están expectantes todo el dia para sonreirnos y hacernos la vida más facil,,especialmente el manager,se llama Suresh y él es la esencia del sitio.es educado,atento y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos..parece increible,pero sentimos que era nuestro angel de la guarda..todo lo hace fácil y creo q eso fue lo q marcó la diferencia.
las vistas son impresionantes,el sitio muy cuidado,es de lo más bonito de la zona y muy tranquilo.
tienen restaurante con precios baratisimos y comida muy rica y variada,ves como el cocinero prepara la comida.
el restaurante es de madera muy nuevo y tiene arriba una terraza con unas vistas al oceáno maravillosas..si prefieres te pueden llevar la comida a la habitación totalmente gratis,es un servicio del resort.
lo recomiendo cien por cien
