  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

An excellent stay for a day or two
The moment one enters it will fall in love with the way the entire property is maintained. It's simply awesome. The stay is like one flat in a villa. Perfect for 1-2 day stay. For me the ratings out of 5 would be this.

Location: 4 (easy ingress and egress from highway)
Rooms: 2 (Mine was really old furniture and all)
Food: 4
Property Ambience: 5
Swimming pool: 5
Garden, Biking: 5 (we loved it)

SUNRAY Resorts is an excellent getaway place from Visakhapatnam city. Good to go with family and friends !!
This is a good facility. Very spacious, environment friendly, nature friendly. Food is good. Staff are very friendly. Accommodations are excellent; but needs little more care. Last two years were too bad for such places, as this one.
Recommend people to come with family and friends or discreet visitors for a happy time.

Better to avoid till services improve
One of the worst services i have seen in the past few years. Felt very bad as if the money paid is waste and instead of relaxing on a holiday you are getting irritated from the time you enter with the way you are dealt. Better to avoid till services improve. Otherise very good property

Eeasrtwhile place for relaxing holiday have converted to a irritating commercial hotel
Went for the 4th time this time. May be the second review; i had even recommend to many friends and family. infact this time I took initiative and made couple of friends join. Had the worst experience.
Only good thing was
a) good rooms (however had a choked bathroom)
B) good swimming pool
C) good outdoor games
D) good fish tank collection
E) great variety of friuts and flowers

But some how the cons were overwhelming:-
A) Service- grossly understaffed to handle full load.

B) un-courteous manager and boy at food Street.

C) system of live counters converted to alacarte order. Even if there are live counters you have to wait severely less number of stewards to take order.

D) Buggy service grossly inadequate; had to wait upto 30 min and even one time at evening when children wanted to go to indoor games no one came.

E) the property has increased number of private owners who have property inside and they are freely roaming around the palce in their fossil fuel cars (while the place claims to be eco friendly) and when you are forced to wait for Buggy even you have a car just 1km away is very irritating and not worth for a holiday.

F) coupled with less buggy; if you want to cycle around the number of cycles will be less than the number of rooms and so there is shortage and few have severe defects ; broken seats, paddles broken; etc; as if someone is waiting for complaint or review

g) again linked to short staff Room service too much delay. It took one hr to get evening tea

H) Pls don't organise pvt arrangement at a public place and if doing put a board that it's pvt.

G) Management of BF very very poor not enough chairs to execute peak time or may be access control. So again if you want to enjoy your holiday avoid weekends and holidays; if you don't want to be treated like in a langar

H) Swimming pool timing awkward. It should be at least till 7 to 8 pm and morning 6. Don't know from when has this funny time started. If there are only 2 pvt pools for at least 30 rooms (may be more) how on earth can you get one hr for each room.

So the feel of a good holiday which was there for earlier stays got was marred with irritating service and reactions. Lucky that we were having some good friends and family so we enjoyed the company on our own. The general feel was it's just converted to a comercial place not bothered of service

Went for the 8th time this time. Had the worst experience. Service- grossly understaffed to handle full load. Buggy service grossly inadequate; had to wait upto 45 min; atleast add on more cycles and repair the broken ones.

Mediocre e inadeguato
Siamo stati per quattro giorni (purtroppo) in questo resort assolutamente inadeguato alla descrizione riportata sul sito Internet, al prezzo che abbiamo pagato e allo standard richiesto dal turismo internazionale. .Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite e il personale di servizio pieno di buona volontà ma tutto qui è lasciato andare e prossimo all'assoluta degrado. Non sperate di ottenere qualcosa in caso di bisogno, se non dopo prolungate e reiterate richieste. Al ristorante, con immancabili tovaglie sporche e decine di camerieri che si aggirano con aria sperduta fra i tavoli, preparatevi ad aspettare almeno un'ora dopo che avrete ordinato finché le vostre pietanze non arriveranno in ordine sparso e a casaccio. E auguratevi di non incappare in una qualche "convention", perché allora saranno veramente fatti vostri e non avrete più neanche un momento di privacy e di quiete con la piscina stracolma di gente che si tuffa e urla facendo il bagno vestita. Da evitare assolutamente!
