My second time in this hotel with my wife. I chose this hotel for my honey moon in 2021 and absolutely loved it. So this year we already knew in which hotel we will spend holiday.
To be honest in 2021 was way better, more interesting night shows and better main restaurant.
This time we were impressed with Sunday carnaval in TAL avenue and enjoyed every of 4 la card restaurant ( Mongolian grill the best) and sky bar with live music.
Animation team is also very cute and made us such lovely atmosphere. Foam party with this guys so funny and adorable.
I write this review cause I want say ” please be careful with Egyptian guys if you come with your girlfriend or wife”- after we come back to England I saw my wife chatting with animator Aladdin, from chat I realized that they hanged out somewhere together and he asked her for money to not tell me.
Now I am in divorce process.
Special thank to all staff and managers for friendly service.

Hotel is great, not too big and not small which is perfect when you want to reach restaurants and beach in nice easy walk.

Food is good and tasty. Rooms are very new and housekeeping guys are friendly they do a great job.

We had a deluxe room with the pool view. And it’s absolutely amazing view in a day time and at night!

There is an entertainment in a hotel which is great and quite fun. They put good music around the main pool all day long.

Thank you to reception staff they are super nice and helpful with any questions.

Really amazing hotel! Food, service, cleaniness, outstanding real 5 star treatment.

Soon as your off your coach/taxi reception ready to take your luggage, easy checking in just sit and they bring you a small form and take a copy of your passport & put your all inclusive tag on your wrist. Little shuttle bus takes you to your room and luggage, if late arrival restaurant is still open no crappy sandwiches left in your room!

Room
Is absolutely spotless & modern, very clean comfy bed, dressing gown & slippers, shampoo, condition, body wash, small boxes of stuff toothbrush etc, tea, coffee,kettle mini fridge stocked up with cans of drink & water. Great big walk in shower. Even scales on the floor!

Pool
Main pool is quite loud but lovely music & very friendly staff, bringing you drinks to your sunbed all day & not doing it to receive tips! Big shout out to Armhed he was great 👍 so funny & friendly & had loads of good English banter! Smaller quieter pool also great & lovely staff. Both pools have loads of life guards really safe for children. Pools are extremely clean, watched them clean every evening. Infinity pool with swim up bar is great.

Bus stops around the hotel
Cannot express how great the little bus service is, the driver FATHY was my favourite person in the whole hotel he is the friendliest,kindest, sweetest man! He made my holiday with his happy smiley face. That man deserves a pay rise he is the best!

Beach
The beach in the hotel is incredible so clear! Big fish even in the shore, loads of water sports, scuba diving,banana boats, sofas. The decking takes you to an amazing swimming spot for the coral reef and soo many fish so don't forget your goggles! Was my favourite thing to do each day. Huge thank you to Ali who was life guard keeping us safe & giving us information 🙏 😊 speed boat was so much fun there is 70% chance seeing dolphins.

Restaurants
Indian was absolutely incredible absolutely loved it! Great staff and the best food! The goan shrimp curry was to die for and the cheese naan was the best
Italian wasn't my favourite but the pizza and calzone was very good!
Egyptian Restaurant omg this was incredible!! Honestly best food EVER! Cold starters then so much meat, chicken, lamp all on the grill was soo good!

Other Restaurants are not included in the all inclusive but can pay extra did not try them

The main buffet restaurant also amazing but can get quite busy. Great service in all of them.

The hotel without telling them brought a full on birthday cake to the room, absolutely amazing of them! Little touch that was so nice, also taste amazing 👏

Excursions
Horse riding with Sharm stables was amazing and buggies in the desert really fantastic 👌

Overall definitely 5 star hotel & will 100% be returning, one the best I've ever been too!

Only negative was not many English and the Europeans are very very rude, pushing in front at the main restaurant & no manners, even though there is PLENTYof food to go around, no need for it ! they seemed to hate us Brits but if you can ignore that you will love this hotel!!

The real highlight is how well all of the staff look after the guests. Very friendly, some real great funny characters. Ibrahim and Peter at the Adults pool, Hossam at the Sun Ray lobby bar were particularly great as they looked after us every day. So many excellent people across the restaurants and other parts of the hotel. We were also looked after amazingly well by Mr Taher when we wanted to swap rooms to nearer the beach front. We will be back again next year.

Our experience at the hotel was dreadful from the moment we arrived. After being transferred from the SUNRISE Montemare Resort - Grand Select, we were left waiting for five hours before finally receiving a room. The receptionist was highly unprofessional, insisting that I check out at 12 o'clock, even though my stay was booked for three nights, simply because there were no rooms available. The issue stemmed from the tourism company I used, which apparently had no credit with the hotel. The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained, and most of the staff were rude and disrespectful. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience.

После того как нас перевели из SUNRISE Montemare Resort - Grand Select, нам пришлось ждать пять часов, прежде чем нам наконец предоставили номер. Администратор был крайне непрофессионален, настаивая на том, чтобы я выехал в 12 часов, несмотря на то, что мой отдых был забронирован на три ночи, просто потому что свободных номеров не было. Проблема возникла из-за того, что у туристической компании, через которую я бронировал, не было кредита в отеле. Номера были грязными и плохо убранными, а большинство сотрудников вели себя грубо и неуважительно. В целом, это был крайне разочаровывающий опыт.

Notre expérience à l'hôtel a été terrible dès notre arrivée. Après avoir été transférés du SUNRISE Montemare Resort - Grand Select, nous avons dû attendre cinq heures avant d'obtenir enfin une chambre. Le réceptionniste était extrêmement non professionnel, insistant pour que je quitte la chambre à midi, malgré le fait que mon séjour était réservé pour trois nuits, simplement parce qu'il n'y avait pas de chambres disponibles. Ce problème est survenu parce que l'agence de voyage que j'ai utilisée n'avait apparemment pas de crédit auprès de l'hôtel. Les chambres étaient sales et mal entretenues, et la plupart des employés étaient impolis et irrespectueux. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une expérience profondément décevante.

Ich habe mich schon lange nicht so perfekt erholt. Im Sunrise Diamond Beach stimmt einfach alles.
Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und super sauber, egal wohin man schaut. Die Gastfreundlichkeit zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch alle (!) Bereiche. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, gut gelaunt und sehr aufmerksam- am zweiten Tag musste ich nicht mehr sagen, wie ich meinen Kaffee trinke- und das bei der Größe!
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant ist phänomenal. Mittags waren wir an der Beach Bar/ Posh Club, dort gibt es verschiedene kleine und größere Snacks.
Die Spezialitätenrestaurants italienisch, indisch und mongolisch sind unsere absoluten Favoriten. Den Abend kann man in der Bar auf der Dachterrasse entspannt ausklingen lassen.
Unser Zimmer war die Wucht- SwimUpRoom in erster Reihe. Groß, super sauber mit extrem bequemen Betten. Damit hatten wir auch den Posh Club gebucht, ein absolutes Highlight für diejenigen, die ein kleines bisschen Exklusivität mögen.
Dies beinhaltet bspw. die Club Lounge am Strand mit erweitertem Getränkeangebot, Bedienung bei Frühstück und Mittagessen sowie einen eigenen Bereich mit sehr komfortablen Sonnenliegen.

Die Arrangements zu Weihnachten und Silvester waren super schön, für die Deko und das Buffet wurde ein Aufwand betrieben, der sich mehr als gelohnt hat.

Das Publikum ist gemischt, wobei Engländer und Osteuropäer den Hauptteil ausmachen, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Das liegt sicherlich daran, dass bei Pauschalreisen die Flüge nicht direkt und somit oft zu lange sind. Wenn man allerdings separat bucht findet man auch einige Direktflüge.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir noch im Urlaub direkt die Flüge und den Aufenthalt für März gebucht haben.

Cet hôtel est juste incroyable!
Accueil parfait, tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien.
Digne de ses étoiles.
Plusieurs restaurant aussi bon les uns que les autres, grandes piscines avec un bar au milieux.
Les chambres sont très propres avec service mini bar.
L’hôtel est très grand donc il y a des mini car à l’intérieur pour se déplacer.
On a passé un super séjour, si vous cherchez un lieu en couple, famille ou même amis pour du repos sans stress x’est le bon endroit.
Proche de tout.
Le seul hic: assez calme le soir, il y a pas trop d’animation et éviter le SPA le service est pas top! C’est un prestataire extérieur de l’hôtel. Nous avons été déçu des passages.

Sehr sauberes, liebevoll geführtes Resort mit extrem netten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Zimmer sehr großzügig, Einrichtung modern. Vom check in bis check out alles wunderbar, tolles Essen, super schöne Anlage mit tollem Infinity-Pool. Im Restaurant wurden wir stets gut bedient, die Köche erkundigten sich persönlich, ob es uns geschmeckt hat. Die Animation am Pool war gut, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das BBQ Restaurant am Strand hatte super BBQ Chicken - extrem lecker. Es waren stets Liegen am Strand und am Pool verfügbar, die Handtücher wurden uns täglich gegen saubere getauscht. Tolles Hausriff direkt am eigenen Hotelsteg. Es blieben keine Wüsche offen. Immer wieder gerne - kann ich nur empfehlen!

Superbe hôtel avec beaucoup d'atmosphères différentes. Plusieurs piscines dont une "only adults" plus calme. Différentes petites plages sympas avec transats et coins repos à l'ombre. Ponton avec récifs coralliens, parfait pour le snorkeling. Nourriture variée et excellente (grands buffets chauds et froids), buffet et grill à la plage le midi et possibilité de varier chaque soir en mangeant aux différents restaurants (italien, indien, grill mongol). All in parfait (mini-bar gratuit et rempli chaque jour), eau en bouteilles/softs au restaurant et bar de plage, piscine. Service essuis à la piscine et à la plage. Belles et grandes chambres bien équipées. Le personnel est charmant et fait de son mieux pour satisfaire les vacanciers. Majorité de russes, beaucoup d'italiens et d'anglais. Très peu de francophones. Seul bémol, les portes des chambres en bois qui claquent lors de leur fermeture. Ceci dit, le meilleur hôtel que j'ai testé à Sharm el Sheik.

J'ai passé un super séjour qui était très agréable et surtout inoubliable au sein de cet hôtel.
Ce fut formidable tout était parfait. L'équipe d'animation était très gentille et au top de sa forme, tout le monde était très bienveillant, très accueillant et surtout très marrant.
Les activités sont géniales et en particulier celle qui sont réalisés par l’animateur soliman, qui est d'ailleurs le meilleur animateur et danseur de sharm el sheikh. Il est toujours présent pour les autres, et surtout très serviable. C’est une personne avec une très belle âme et toujours le sourire aux lèvres.
De plus, concernant la restauration, les serveurs étaient très aimables, la nourriture était exquise. Sur ce point-ci je ne peux que vous dire que c'était excellent.
Concernant, les chambres, elles sont très propres, le personnel de ménage s’en occupe très bien et elles sont également très spacieuse et ont une très belle vue. De quoi bien se reposer après une belle journée.
Egalement, le cadre est idyllique, la plage est tres propre et le paysage est incroyable!!! Un pur plaisir pour la vue.
En somme, je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cet hôtel et j’ai également fait de superbe rencontre que je n’oublierai pas.
Je vous recommande à 100% d’aller dans cet hôtel qui est le meilleur hôtel de Sharm.
