When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. Not as expected
Not as expected. The hotel is very crowded and the arrangements aren’t good, like during party times they left some people to set on the floor as no enough chairs, also some staff are very slow in response if u requested anything. Overall we can call it average stay but not as expected from 5 stars hotel

I had an amazing stay at your resort! The food and beverages were not only delicious but also offered a fantastic variety of flavors throughout my stay. I was impressed by the attention to detail in every meal and the beautiful presentation. All of this was under the management and supervision of Master Chef Mohamed, which will definitely guide me to come back to the resort again. Really, thanks to him for these wonderful memories ,he truly made my holiday special. I can't wait to return

Amazing place
What I can say about this hotel it’s really nice and the stuff is so friendly and the view of our room was so nice thanks to everyone working in this amazing place and they really try hard to make this place full of joy and thanks to the animation team and the kids club was so amazing and many activities and the food taste very good and full of facilities and different dishes thanks to everyone and sure we coming back again

Very pleasant stay
