  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?

  • Is breakfast always included?
    No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
    It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

The food at Royal Indianna is really good, especially the South Indian food. They are really attentive to all guests.

J'avais besoin de deux jours de calme et de confort pour me relaxer, et ce fut la cas dans cet hotel. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et on peut dormir dans le noir complet. Le personnel du spa est adorable, un bon sauna a été un plus pour ma détente. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est génial.
Il y a certains problèmes avec la climatisation, je pense qu'elle a besoin d'un gros coup de nettoyage, ce qui doit être faisable sans occasionner de gros travaux. Pareil pour la baignoire, indigne d'un 5 étoile. Cela n'a cependant pas empêché mon séjour d'être très agréable, et je reviendrai certainement.

Standing à maintenir...
Bon hôtel pour finir notre trip en Inde du Sud. Je suis d’accord avec le côté un peu vieillissant de la structure qui fait le nécessaire actuellement pour un rafraîchissement. Je trouve les chambres un peu petite quand on a besoin d’un extra bed. Nous avons eu un souci de salle de bain, pas de geste commercial, un peu dommage vu le désagrément. Piscine agréable même si peu ensoleillée.

Mention spéciale au buffet petit déjeuner et restaurant où nous nous sommes régalés.

Bémol, un peu cher au vu des travaux.

Pensavo che da un hotel di 4,5 stelle offrissero servizi migliori.
Le camere che mi son state date abbastanza "sporche".
La prima camera sembrava di una pensione di quart'ordine!Sporca e piena di polvere
Bagno indescrivibile con vasca da bagno inguardabile e con una tenda del dopoguerra.
La seconda camera con doccia dalla quale usciva un odore di fogna ogni qualvolta facevi la doccia.Pavimento in parquet della camera sporco,mobilia sporca ed impolverata.
Moquette dei corridoi sporca e piena di polvere
Ristorazione non male e con abbondante scelta.Colazione ricca e buona.

Correcto sin más
Nos alojamos dos noches en nuestra primera parada por nuestro viaje por el sur de la india. Nada más llegar nos topamos con una recepción enorme, decorada con motivos navideños. La habitación era correcta aunque necesitaba algunas reformas i se notaba mucho el olor a tabaco. Los muebles eran antiguos. El desayuno es bastante completo, básicamente de platos indios. En la habitación había tan solo una habitación y cada día tuvimos que pedir de más (te insisten en que pidas por el teléfono para que te las traigan a la habitación. (¿una excusa para dar propina, o buen servicio?) Desde el pasillo de las habitaciones podíamos ver la piscina del spa, pequeña. El bar de la azotea sin duda lo mejor, con buen servicio y buena comida con música de los ochenta

Siamo in India!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel due notti durante il tour del Tamil Nadu.
L'ingresso è imponente, tutto in marmo con composizioni di fiori freschi.
L'impatto con la camera è stato pessimo ma era notte e volevamo andare solo a letto.
La camera non ha la moquettes, il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato e l'odore di umido è molto fastidioso.
Il wifi è gratuito.
Il personale è gentile anche se parecchio disorganizzato.
La colazione per tutti gusti e spremuta fatta al momento.

Wow - da waren wir überrascht
Wir haben in Chennai unsere Rundreise durch Südindien begonnen, das "Accord Metropolitan" war daher unser erstes von 14 Hotels. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht: Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber, das Hotel liegt recht zentral (an einer Hauptstraße, die aber ab 22:00Uhr kaum mehr befahren ist).
Besonders gefallen haben uns aber die beiden Restaurants, in denen es durchweg tolles Essen gibt. Das Personal ist klasse: Sehr aufmerksam, gut geschult, wir waren echt angenehm überrascht, speziell bei dem günstigen Preis.
Was für ein Auftakt für eine Reise - wenn wir mal wieder hier sind, dann übernachten wir sicher wieder hier.
