    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Good hotel in heart of city
The hotel is good and is in the heart of the city and everything is near by. Service and staff is extremely good. The staff is very courteous. They offer everything in place right from swimming pool to a bar. Good breakfast options and in room dining!

Chancery is an amazing property in bangalore. The food is amazing. The hygeine in room is top notch . Their staff is really humble and polite. Nayan and sujatha were just a phone call away for service. Overall i had an amazing experience staying here

Overall stay was excellent. I enjoyed the stay had food every thing was excellent.
The hotel is centrally located commuting becomes easier. Rooms are specious hygiene maintained staffs are well dressed , are well mannered and soft spoken. I checked in late evening but the chef Hari kind enough to serve the food. He cooks excellent food, the dinning I/C Saurabh is also a very nice person. Other team members are also very good.

Cozy and cute!
Had such an amazing time at Alchemy @TheChanceryPavillion....such a cute place. And what a view!!!!!!!!!! I love my city for such an experience...went with my hubby! He loved it too! Our host at Alchemy was Mr.Asif...such a good service. Thank you sir!

Achtung Betrug bei der Kartenabrechnung
Das Hotel ist OK, auch die LAge Ruhig. Nur bei der Abrechnung hat das Hotel genau 50,-€ mehr abgebucht als auf der Rechnung steht. Einen glatten Betrug. Personal war am Empfang auch minimal freundlich.

Mangelhafte Sauberkeit
Das Zimmer ist von der Größe her okay, aber die Sauberkeit ist nicht gegeben. Besonders im Bad ist es ekelhaft. Schimmel und die Farbe in der Badewanne blättert ab. Eine Nacht, und danach nie mehr wieder!

Smoke n' Leak
Beim Ankommen mitten in der Nacht wurde mir statt der gebuchten Suite - wo ein paar Stunden später Besprechungen stattfinden sollten - ein Doppelzimmer gegeben. Leider fiel der Strom morgens mehrfach aus, sodass auch die Dusche nicht richtig ging. Sehr ärgerlich...

Auf meine Nachfrage hin habe ich dann die Suite am nächsten Tag bekommen, allerdings stank das Nichtraucherzimmer so nach Rauch, dass ich schlecht schlafen konnte. Auch mein mehrfaches Anmahnen beim Guest Service und dem Frontdesk hat außer einem Bediensteten mit Sprühflasche nichts gebracht.

Schließlich sei noch anzumerken, dass das Hotel dringend renoviert werden müsste. Wer 5* wie bei westlichen Ketten gewöhnt ist, der fühlt sich in diesem Hause nicht wohl.

Etablissement vieillissant
Les chambres de l'établissement ne sont pas toutes égales. Certaines sont proches de la perfection, d'autres sont vieilles (lampes qui ne s'éteignent pas, trous dans les murs, chasse d'eau défectueuse ...).

Le restaurant est super bon mais lent pour les plats à la carte. En entrant dans le restaurant de l’hôtel, on a l'impression qu'il y a bien trop d'employés. C'est sans compter l'incompétence du staff. Les bières peuvent arriver jusqu'à 10 a 15 minutes après leur commande. Le matin c'est la guerre pour avoir un café... J'espère que vous aimerez la chanson "By the time the nigth is over": 2 ans que cette chanson tourne en boucle. (Cela fait 2 ans que viens dans cet établissement).
Le Wifi au restaurant est quasi inexistant.

L'accueil est très sympathique, mais là encore il y a de bons axes d'amélioration. Lorsque l'on vous dit que quelque chose sera prêt pour le soir (si on est le matin) /le matin (si on est le soir), notez bien le nom de cette personne. Il y a de forte chance pour que cela ne soit pas effectif.

L'emplacement est loin du métro : 25 minutes à pied, 10 minutes en taxi 3 roues. Le taxi 3 roues prend 50INR, quand il vous prend, ils ont toujours plein d'excuses pour ne pas vous prendre ou pour demander 100INR. Il vous demandera 100 à 150 INR au début. A vous d'annoncer le prix avant. La meilleur technique c'est d'y aller avec le sourire et blaguer un peu avec les conducteurs. Ils sont curieux et ils sont très sympathiques.

Smoking or not smoking TITQ
Le Chancery Pavilion est un hôtel de prestige dans un quartier huppé de Bangalore (concessionnaires Porche, BMW et Lamborghini à proximité) donc tout est haut de gamme et il y a peu à dire. L'hôtel a 245 chambres, restaurant, bar, etc, même bureau de change, inutile de faire la liste tout y est. Un détail qui peut avoir son importance si cela vous gêne, n'ayant pas pensé à préciser, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une grande belle chambre, catégorie supérieure, mais "fumeur". Comme ce n'était que pour une nuit nous nous en sommes accommodés. Il semble que tout le premier étage soit "fumeur" et l'odeur vous agresse dès qu'on sort de l'ascenseur. Le niveau du wifi (gratuit) est excellent mais la clim est "bloquée". Quel que soit le réglage la température reste à 24. L'animation musicale, juste sous notre fenêtre était très présente. Nous nous sommes endormis au son des tubes des années 80. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Halte pratique
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, dans une chambre catégorie De Luxe qui se trouvait au 1er étage. Chambre vaste, équipée de façon convenable, sans vraiment de vue car la fenêtre donnait sur une sorte de terrasse en béton. La décoration manque de fantaisie et l'odeur de naphtaline est asphyxiante quand on n'y est pas habitué. Très belle salle pour les petits-déjeuners avec un grand buffet et de bons produits. Une piscine bien tentante, mais dont l'accès n'a pas été possible : la première fois pour cause de brunch, la seconde pour cause de préparatifs d'une fête privée. J'aurais apprécié un geste de la part de la direction qui n'a pu que me faire des excuses devant ma mine dépitée.

Bon séjour
J'ai passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et attentif. Le restaurant est propre et la nourriture est de bonne qualité. Les chambres sentent un peu le renfermé mais elles sont propres et le service est correct. J'ai été fortement dérangé la nuit par le bruit occasionné par mes voisins qui ont bavardé toute la nuit dans le couloir. Personne ne s'en souciait. Ce n'est pas vraiment le confort que l'on attend d'un cinq étoiles mais cet hôtel s'en rapproche.

C'est pas un 5 étoiles mais ça se fait
Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit... Je n'en aurai sans doute pas passé 10.
L'hôtel n'est cependant pas décevant par rapport à ce que sa devanture promet.Un hôtel défraîchi, à l'entretien juste limite (mes draps étaient quand même tâchés).
Mais au global j'ai passé une bonne nuit, et le dîner et le petit déj étaient plutôt bons.

Schon etwas abgewohnt!
Zimmer und Frühstücksrestaurant schon in die Jahre gekommen, Theke und Polstersitze im Frühstücksrestaurant sehr abgenutzt, Frühstück muss immer extra bezahlt werden, Auswahl recht gut, Swimmingpool im Außenbereich sauber aber nicht mehr im besten Zustand, Personal sehr freundlich, für Kurzaufenthalte gut geeignet da recht zentral gelegen, sollte man den Fahrdienst des Hotels nutzen darauf achten, die Fahrer haben bestimmte Geschäfte und versuchen die Leute dort einkehren zu lassen,

De ruta por el sur de la india...Un parada más. Hotel bien cuidado , correcto y bien situado. Bien insonorizado , muy importante por el caos habitual de circulación. Servicios e instalaciones más que correctas. Lo recomendamos.

Tolles Luxushotel gut gelegen
Hotel ist sehr luxuriös und angenehm. Personal überall hat immer ein Lächeln. Zimmer sehr gut
und gute Betten. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut auch. Nahe der Brigadroad un MG Road zum Shoppen. Man fühlt dich total wohl dort

Me alojé este verano en el Chancery Pavilion durante tres semanas y la experiencia fue muy buena.

En cuanto a la situación del hotel se encuentra en Residency Road frente al Bangalore Club que es una de las calles principales de Bangalore. Está muy cerca de MG Road y la zona de Brigade Road que a mi personalmente me gusta bastante, cerca hay varios centros comerciales como el Garuda Mall y en Brigade Road hay un supermercado (Nilgiris) donde se puede encontrar de todo. También está cerca de Lavelle Road que es una zona bastante buena y cerca está el centro comercial más caro de Bangalore (UB Mall).

En cuanto a las instalaciones generales del hotel, en general está muy bien aunque necesitaría alguna actualización, como por ejemplo quitar la moqueta. Se celebran bastante reuniones, eventos familiares, etc por lo que hay siempre mucho trasiego de gente, pero en ningún caso resulta incómodo ya que el hotel es muy grande. Tienen un club en la zona de la piscina y los fines de semana está abierto aunque nunca fuimos. La piscina también está muy bien, pero no parece que se use mucho. En cuanto al desayuno, es muy variado y los amantes de la cocina india disfrutarán cada día con cosas nuevas.

Sobre las habitaciones, como en el caso anterior, en general están bien pero también necesitarían alguna actualización como quitar la moqueta, cambiar algunos sanitarios y añadir almacenaje para ropa. En mi caso al estar allí tanto tiempo se convirtió en mi casa y casi no tenía espacio para guardar mi ropa.

En resumen, recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que esté buscando alojamiento en Bangalore, el personal es muy atento y amable y como tengo que volver en breve a Bangalore me alojaré nuevamente en este hotel.

posizione centrale e buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Ho soggiornato per la prima volta in questo hotel e nel complesso la esperienza è stata positiva, principalmente per tre ragioni:
1. Posizione centrale, ottima per chi si vuole muovere in città
2. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono (almeno considerando il prezzo scontato che sono riuscito ad ottenere), compreso WiFi gratuito ed efficente
3. Qualità e varietà del cibo di ottimo livello, sia per quanto riguarda il buffet che per quanto riguarda la prima colazione.
Il servizio è nella norma, senza particolari pregi o difetti.
Unico vero neo riguarda l'arredamento della stanza (peraltro spaziosa e luminosa). La moquette è usurata e ci sono macchie vistose; dovrebbe essere cambiata. Non ci sono cassetti per riporre camicie e indumenti vari, ma solo attaccapanni: una mancanza veramente incmprensibile.

uno dei migliori hotel nel subcontinente indiano
Hotel posto nel centro città con servizio solerte ,eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti.Prima colazione ricca anche per chi è abituto a una colazione a base di dolci e frutta.
Buffet per lunch o dinner con vastissima scelta al modico prezzo di 800 rupie.
accurata pulizia in tutti gli ambienti.
Il personale è molto professionale,discreto e gentile, sollecito nella pulizia delle camere.

Excelente hotel
Pasé dos semanas en este hotel por motivo de trabajo, las habitaciones son muy confortables y acogedoras. La única pega el armario, que no tenía mucho sitio para poner la ropa, tuve que dejar la mayoría en la maleta.
El desayuno es muy bueno. También tiene un buen gimnasio y una pequeña piscina. El personal es atento y amable sin agobiar.
Está bien situado, cerca de las zonas más interesantes de la ciudad.
