  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". One word staying was excellent
Good Location. Just behind MG Marg. Warmth and welcomed by the courteous staff with smiley face. Restaurant Food is awesome. Service staff behaviour is too good. Staffs are always happy to help. Roof top Restaurant & Bar is well designed. House keeping & Cleanliness was at per service. in short no words for their hospitality. Hardly recommend to all guest. Must visit Q Saina The Cosmos when you planned for Gangtok

Dear Q Saina The Cosmos Hotel Management,

We had a wonderful vacation at your hotel from the 7th and 8th night of December 2023. The hotel is elegant and clean, the interior decoration was so nice, and the washroom was perfect for us. We stayed in room number 501 and 502.

In addition, your staff behaviour is well trained and was pleased to conversation with them, especially entire front office team. However, we had lunch at your Rooftop Restaurant whose view is so beautiful.

So I will recommend Q Saina The Cosmos Hotel if any family wants to stay there.

Great Service!
Stayed here for 2nights. Looks exactly like the pictures they have shared on the website. It is a small hotel however it's in prime location. Shopping, restaurants, cafe, pubs n bars, cinema hall, taxi stands everything is in 5mins walking distance.
I think in MG road if you are looking for a budget friendly clean hotel than this is the best.
Rooms are cozy and clean. Food is really good. If you are vegetarian/jain definitely recommend you this place. Breakfast buffet is good. A la carte is also nice and service is fast. Restaurant upstairs got a nice view. It's a vegitarian hotel so if you crave for non vegitarian food there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Hotel staffs are extremely professional, Very friendly and humble. Always ready to help guest.

Highly recommend it.

The Worst Hotel Ever
The worst hotel I have ever visited. Dirty room stuffs,dirty washroom, terrible behavior of the hotel stuffs. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
It seems clean at first look,but when you go intense you will find the dirty carpets, uncleaned furnitures, uncleaned washroom walls, disgusting to touch the door nobs also.

Jail like guest house named as a hotel. BIG FRAUD!
The hotel looks nothing like it does in the pictures on various travel websites. There's literally zero staff available. They don't even bother to clean the rooms and washrooms are super small and stinky. If you're booking more than one suite please note that they are on different floors and then the hotel staff will act as if the hotel is full. They pull down their shutters like a shop at 11 pm and will switch off the lights as well. Post dinner we reached with family at 1130 pm and found the shutters down and after banging it heavily for 10 mins standing in heavy rains, one of the staff opened the shutter. We had a 5 am check out and had informed the reception the previous night itself and we kept calling the reception to send a bell boy for luggage but nobody picked so we decided to go downstairs on our own only to find that the reception was pitch dark and found no staff as well. We had to finally ask our cab driver to lift the shutter from outside so we could go out in time to finally reach the airport. We left our room keys at the reception and left the property for good. At 10 AM the receptionist Ravi called to ask for the room service payment because nobody was present to do the billing when we checked out. We cleared the payment but i have him an earful but actually it all went in vain. There's no MCafe outside, it's all false publicity. And it's a small jail like guest house given the name of a hotel. Please please stay away from this pathetic property. Go find a dharamshala and it will have better rules and services than this property.
