Just ok for over-night stay.
While driving in front of the hotel you won't know that you have reached your destination as The frontage has no signboard at all. The hotel board is placed at one side and is not prominent.
Though brave efforts have been made to maintain facilities, on closer look the age of the building is felt in the seepage marks in bathroom and electrical fittings.
The unserviceable tea kettle was replaced very promptly.
We stayed two nights. on the second day neither the room was cleaned nor were we asked whether we wanted to get the room done up or not. Complimentary water bottles and tea, coffee and milk sachets were not replaced despite being told a few times.
We had all the meals. The food was tasty though slightly on the spicy side.

Very disappointing and not recommended
Hospitality was extremely disappointing, since the time you check in , no help to take luggage or guide till room, extra charging for water bottles, extra charging for empty plates, extra bed put on the floor even after paying, very small bathroom

Centrally located, room decent(203) but for Crack in the washbasin. 2nd floor very dim.
Nothing to mention much, except Staff Ms Anatara Waghmare, Omkar Hingmire. Housekeeping Mr. Abhishek Kamlapure, restaurant Mr Vishnu Mane, and the chef give good taste of Indian breakfast. Room was ok

Superb comfortable stay
Very polite and mannered staff. Comfortable stay, food could had been a bit better though. Had a co ordinator who had been in touch with us from the day of booking itself, without any advance payment or anything my stay was confirmed a month prior itself.

Decent hotel with poor management and service.
Booked a family room in this hotel after reading good reviews but my experience is not that good. During check in time, one young boy who was present at reception and didn't have any clue regarding the online reservation wasted a lot of our time, it was night and we were tired but still had to bear the silliness of the front desk person. I booked from hotel's own website but the boy was asking lots of questions like from where did i book it, how many days prior, how much advance payment was done which are all clearly mentioned in the booking slip itself but he didn't have any clue. The condition of the family room which was provided was not that good either, basin at the bathroom had water blockage, water was not passing, basin was cracked at multiple places, the safety locker was dysfunctional, even after repeated request they didnot replace it so we were not able to use it , minifridge was not working,door bell was not working, window curtains not rolling properly, no mirror in the room, only one mirror inside bathroom that means in a room of 4 people if someone enters the bathroom then others will not be able to use the mirror for dressing at all, room service was almost absent, surprising to see even the luggage had to be carried out by requesting the security guard of the front door, no boy of the hotel do the job of carrying the luggage of the guest. Service was pathetic. Only good thing was the food which was palatable atleast. Overall not at all satisfied and i will not recommend it to anyone either.
