  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Average hotel with no facility
1. One building having all 26 rooms. Nothing much in building apart from pool table.
2. Very near to dona paula jetty and miramar beach. You can visit miramar beach from behind of building.
3. Not many food option but food is served quick and good.

Not a good place, very far from the city, damp rooms, stayed there for 2 nights it was a worst decision of my life o food options, no i house bar, no pool, it's a nightmare in the name of hotel I would not recommend this to people coming for a vacation

Experience a perfect stay in a typical Portuguese style hotel.
We stayed at The Fern Residency for 4 nights in September 2023.It was a worthwhile experience. Location also very close to the Miramar riverside promenade. Hotel is just 6 minutes from the beach.
Our special thanks to Ms Varsha and Mr Kumar at the reception for taking care of the check in via phone as we were arriving late. All formalities were done prior to reaching so we didn't have to wait. Very cordial staff behaviour and they were very helpful.
The hotel architecture is very vintage and rooms are furnished with age old teak wood furniture and spanish stone tiles washroom amenities though are very up-to-date and good functioning.Typical Portuguese decor. A haven for culture loving people.
Special thanks to Mr Ravi and the restaurant staff for providing very tasty yet super quality food.

Couple trip to the panjo and was looking for a good hotel near by and found the farn miramar

Horrible. Must avoid Fern Miramar
Extremely unfriendly hotel. You can’t have a worst front office experience than this hotel. No courtesy. Short on staff. They don’t know how to print a proper bill. Lack of payment options. No food option after 10 pm.
Staff is worst. Looks completely untrained. Lift doesn’t work.
It took me 15 minutes to checkout and finally leave without a bill.
Rooms just ok. Breakfast option limited.
If you don’t get reservation anywhere then only come to this hotel. High chances you will have a horrible experience. AVOID this hotel.

Evitar un establecimiento malo
Hotel mal situado, a varios kilometros del centro de la capital de Goa (Panjim) con lo que se hace imprescindible coger un taxi para recorrer unos 5 kilometros o mas al centro.
Desgraciadamente mal atendido por una cuadrilla de niñatos que se dedican mas a estar chateando con su movil que atentos a reponer las bandejas vacias en el desayuno, o a cogerte las maletas a la llegada al hotel. Son un desastre. No se os ocurra insistir en pedir algo.....estaras esperando hasta el día del Juicio Final....aunque ellos os digan "it,s coming"...
Aunque es un hotel reciente, no se preocupan por el mas mínimo mantenimiento del mismo. Te aseguran que el aire acondicionado funciona correctamente y debes de asarte lentamente a que lo comprueben horas más tarde....PORQUE NO LO COMPRUEBAN CUANDO LIMPIAN Y PREPARAN LAS HABITACIONES PARA UN CHECK IN NUEVO????? Un día más tarde cuando ya debia de salir seguía igual....
La dirección es muy poco amable.
Si os recomiendan ir a la cercana (1000 metros) playa de Doña Paula...... no debeis de hacer caso....no merece la pena, salvo que querais ver lo que es un estercolero mal oliente y mugriento.
Sin duda alguna debe de haber hoteles mejores en el centro de Panjim, la capital de Goa.

Non centrale ma confortevole sotto tutti i profili
Ottima struttura, nuova, dotata di comfort e di servizi, wifi (a pagamento).
Stanze molto ampie, bene arredate, pulite, alcune con un bel terrazzo. Bagni funzionale e recenti.
Colazione varia, con piatti locali ma anche internazionali.
Certo non si tratta di una struttura tipica, o originale, o in zona storica o panoramica ( per raggiungere il centro circa 10/15 minuti di taxi), ma se si é reduci da un tour in India e si necessita di comfort con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, il posto è giusto. Buono anche il servizio ristorante: ottima cucina indiana, ben presentata e ben servita...coi tempi indiani.
