The Franklin Restaurant: the gourmet restaurant run by Michelin-starred Chef Alfredo Russo. The Franklin Bar is a glamorous, mirror-lined, Roaring '20s-style interior, a wonderful place to enjoy a Martini cocktail or a glass of Champagne.

The Franklin offers very high standards of personalized service with Les Clefs d'Or concierges, 24-hour room service and a team dedicated to organizing unforgettable experiences for the guests.     When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Amazing amazing location and staff. Yosef Justine Milo and Rifat were so friendly and gave me some amazing recommendations. Room was great, tub was so relaxing and apples delicious. Good job will definitely be staying here in the future. Coffee was a great touch too.

Exceptional stay at the Franklin Hotel in London
This Hotel is so stylish and quietly elegant.. The rooms are beautiful decorated and well stocked with every amenity you need! The restaurant and bar are intimate and also stylish! The Breakfast was excellent as well at the dinner offerings! The Staff was over the top with friendliness, knowledge and professionalism!! Of special note Justyna the front desk person was EXCEPTIONAL!
All the staff were welcoming, polite and very attentive !

Amazing service and furnishings.
Impeccable service and furnishings. The location is great for Knightsbridge and very close to Chelsea and south Kensington.
They staff is also top notch for service. Would definitely stay there again.

Worth staying at . Very nice
Wow. Very nice stay. Not cheap but service is well worth it. Staff are very well trained and room made up 3!times a day. Very nice meals. Good location. Room comfortable and nice bath. Not much of a gym. No big deal. Odd check in. 2 large round tables in lobby but works

Un posto magico
Come sentirsi a casa, anzi meglio perché ci hanno coccolato dall’inizio alla fine. Hôtel meraviglioso, arredato in maniera eccelsa, affaccia su un giardino dove si può sorseggiare un caffè mentre si legge un libro. Il personale è gentile e sempre pronto per qualsiasi esigenza, in molti di loro parlano Italiano. La zona è ricca di negozi e ristoranti di tutti i tipi, la metro è a pochi passi. Da heathrow è diretta! Comodissima!

l'hotel avait l'air sublime, les photos sur le site montrent un endroit grandiose mais en fin de compte je n'ai pas trouvé cet établissement à la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles.
J'avais envie d'aller ailleurs mais j'avais déjà payé
déjà tout est exigu, les ascenseurs marchent lentement
Le parquet est glissant à un point j'ai jamais vu ça, prenez des chaussettes anti dérapantes ou une assurance au cas ou parce que moi j'étais hyper vigilante
la salle de bain minuscule si on ouvre la porte ça touche les toilettes
pas mal de petites fuites et problèmes de finitions
rambarde d'escalier qui bouge dans la chambre on ne peut pas s'adosser dessus
bon sinon l'hotel est idéalement situé et le personnel rien à dire ils étaient tous top et très sympathiques et helpful
le concierge parfait également
au niveau du personnel on est sur du 5 etoiles mais l'hotel en lui-même c'est quand même compliqué
l'hotel est petit et pourrait être charmant si quelque détails étaient ajustés

Localización estupenda. Lo demás mal
La habitación grande y bonita. El baño pequeño y anticuado. La atención del personal todavía por descubrir.El servicio de habitaciones terrible. Llamabas y te contestaban a la media hora para traerte un simulacro de patatas fritas que eran sal con patatas heladas.La limpieza de la habitación muy muy mala, estirar las sábanas como si lo hiciera un niño pequeño y sin poner ni almohadas ni cojines ni nada (hablamos de un cinco estrellas) El desayuno pésimo de calidad y servicio, desde traer unas tostadas calcinadas y que intentaron ocultar poniéndolas boca abajo para que no se vieran hasta estar esperando 40 minutos para tomaran nota de lo que queríamos.Hay que tener mucha imaginación para decir algo bueno de este sitio, que hubiera tenido una mala relación calidad precio si costara un tercio de lo que cuesta. Eso si, la localización estupenda y las vistas al jardín maravillosas.

Séjour parfait
Très bon séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, réception super agréable, chambre avec super décoration et très confortable. Le restaurant très bon et agréable, repas excellent. Le personnel est super attentionné. C’était parfait.

Excellent séjour
Deuxième séjour à l’hôtel mais en famille cette fois-ci. Accueil toujours aussi attentionné que la première fois. Tout a été mis en œuvre par le personnel pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Nous avons apprécié les prestations de l’hôtel mais aussi la qualité des plats du restaurant où le chef nous avait même réservé une surprise le soir de notre anniversaire de mariage.

Wie ein zweites Zuhause
Wir verbrachten im Oktober zwei Nächte in London und entschieden uns für das Franklin. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und das Hotel von A - Z sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Essen in der Bar und auch beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir nahmen unseren Sohn spontan auch noch mit und erhielten ein Upgrade in eine Junior Suite. Die Organisation einer Nanny hat ebenfalls das Hotel übernommen, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Hervorragendes Boutique Hotel
Boutique Hotels sind nicht für jedermann, wer aber solche zu schätzen weiss, der kommt beim The Franklin in London voll und ganz auf seine Kosten. Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage, Designerinterior (wenn Auch für den einen oder anderen vielleicht etwas zu dunkel) und sehr gutes italienisches Essen im Hotelrestaurant und insbesondere auch in der Hotelbar. Wir haben uns in jedem Fall rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Personal, welches sehr aufmerksam ist und sich wirklich um alles kümmert.

Anniversario a Londra
Per il nostro 20esimo anniversario di nozze abbiamo deciso di passare un week end romantico al The Franklin Hotel. Ci siamo sentiti subito coccolati dal personale che si è sempre dimostrato all’altezza a cominciare dall’accoglienza per proseguire durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.
Tutto l’albergo, a partire dalle camere, trasmette una sensazione di ‘bomboniera’.
Un elogio al ristorante , tutti i piatti molto delicati e bilanciati.. una piccola oasi italiana a Londra.

Boutique hôtel chic
Très bon séjour comme à la maison version chic, idéalement situé non loin de Harrods, du Muséum d histoire naturelle et de Kensington. A dix minutes à pied d un quartier animé avec pleins de restaurants sympas. Chambres superbes. Accueil irréprochable. Je conseille en particulier les garden suites. Magnifiques.
Seul petit bémol, le prix du room service qui me semble un peu excessif au vu des quantités.
Nous n avons pas testé le bar mais il semble très sympathique.

Dior exhibition and more
Die Kategorie Small luxury Hotels of the World sagt eigentlich alles und das Hotel wird dieser Bezeichnung in jedem Punkt gerecht.
Wunderschön und sehr zentral gelegen. London aus dem Bilderbuch. Dior Ausstellung und viele weitere Museen so wie Harvey Nichols und Harrods sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Das Hotel ist fantastisch von Anoushka Hempel eingerichtet worden und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Ein besseres Frühstück hatte ich noch in keinem Hotel. Das Auge isst mit und hier ist alles perfekt.

Una casa italiana a Londra
Siamo arrivati col taxi in questa ordinata stradina, tutta contornata da edifici uguali, con i mattoncini rossi e gli infissi bianchi, in un viale ordinato e silenzioso, al numero 24 di Everton gardens. Sembrava stessimo entrando in una casa privata, ospiti di amici.
Ed è la sensazione che abbiamo avuto per tutto il tempo. Un pezzetto di Italia abita qui, in questo small luxury hotel e vi farà sentire sempre a casa.
Anche la reception è anomala. Non c’è nessuna distanza, nessun bancone a separarvi dal personale che è, seppure professionalmente, molto affettuoso e presente.
Vi siederete attorno ad un tavolo e, insieme se lo vorrete, programmerete la vostra vacanza a Londra.
Non c’è stata una singola volta in cui uscendo dall hotel, Sandro o Cristian, non ci abbiano indirizzati, consigliati, coccolati, accompagnati fin davanti al taxi, come si farebbe con un familiare in visita. Straordinari.
Non c’è stata una singola volta in cui rientrando in hotel , dopo una visita ad un sito, un tour, una cena, dal teatro o da una passeggiata, uno dei due non ci abbia chiesto come era andata e cosa volevamo fare il giorno successivo.
Anche chiamando dalla camera, la risposta standard è sempre stata “possiamo fare altro per voi?”.
Insomma non si può chiedere di più, è sicuramente uno degli staff più affettuosi e preparati che abbiamo incontrato nel mondo. E anche la cucina merita. Abbiamo fatto sempre colazione in hotel, e ritengo che, per la media inglese, sia soddisfacente. Anche qui parlano italiano e non avrete nessuna difficoltà a dire cosa preferite. C’è anche un piatto caldo a scelta: io ho apprezzato le uova con tartufi e funghi.
A cena si mangia benissimo, abbiamo perfino richiesto un piatto di spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino e sono stati cucinati a dovere. Una rarità a Londra. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.
La camera era una suite garden con un letto singolo oltre a quello matrimoniale e non mancava nulla. Forse aggiungerei un po’ di illuminazione e una tenda leggera per il giorno, per garantire una maggiore privacy, essendo il cortile, con un piccolo parco, in comune con altri condomini privati e situati di fronte. L’unico rumore , piacevole, è stato prodotto nei pomeriggi con un pallido sole dagli allegri giochi dei bambini residenti, ma solo in determinate ore e non hanno mai rappresentato un fastidio. Anzi. Anche questo vi farà sentire “parte” del quartiere, integrati, ancora una volta, come se foste a casa vostra. Consigliatissimo, soprattutto agli italiani e per una prima visita alla città, noi torneremo.

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Hotel sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt kaum Verbesserungsvorschläge. Einfach top nach dem Motto, der Gast ist König. Einziger Punkt war der Preis für ein Kleines Nachtessen: 1 Glas Wein, Hauptgang (Fisch und Gemüse) und Wasser für 2 Personen für total 120 pound... Das Essen war aber hervorragend. Zudem muss man auch Verständnis haben, dass das Essen und Logieren in einem so exklusiven, kleinen Rahmen nich günstig zu haben ist. Wir kommen wieder! Danke!

Afternoon tea en el Franklin, una experiencia de lujo
Reservé el afternoon tea temático de Dior en este hotel de lujo e incluía las entradas para la exposición del Victoria and Albert. De principio a fin todo fue exquisito y lujoso: la disposición de las mesas, el tarjetón con el menú, los cubiertos de plata, servilletas de lino.....La selección de sandwiches salados deliciosa (flan de champiñones, foie con frambuesa...todo inspirado en Dior) y los dulces eran de fuera de este mundo (gelatina de cítrico, pequeños pasteles perfumados con calvados, minimacarons en sillitas Luis XV, pastelitos de chocolate en un estuche de sombras de ojos..). El precio, con servicio y entradas incluidas fue de 75€. Lo recomiendo absolutamente

Bel hôtel, service moyen
Une nuit au Franklin en suite Présidential. Que dire?
L'hotel est au calme, dans un joli quartier. C'est un boutique hôtel, joliment décoré.
La chambre est splendide et très agréable. Parfaite!
Les parties communes sont correct
l'hôtel est très propre
Le restaurant italien est, lui, pas dément mais on y mange bien. Pas époustouflant.
Le service est décevant en revanche. Dommage.

Italianissimo e raffinatissimo
Grande sorpresa ritrovare a Chelsea un raffinato hotel di una delle poche catene dell’ospitalita’ alberghiera italiana. Ancora maggiore sorpresa nel ristorante supervisionato dallo Chef Alfredo Russo che gestisce anche Trattoria a South Kensington e Dolce Stil Novo alla Reggia di Venaria a Torino. Cucina stile Piemonte con note leggere e gustose. Il tortino di melanzane vi fa sembrare per la sua accattivante presentazione di essere gia’ arrivati al dessert. Tortelli con broccoli e battuta d’acciughe seguite da un branzino alla pizzaiola con carciofi e topinambur. Crema caramellata con agrumi per dessert. Buon appetito

Elegante, acogedor
No pudimos haber hecho una mejor elección de Hotel en Londres. The Franklin hotel combina elegancia, estilo, comodidad y servicio que hicieron de nuestra estadía una experiencia inolvidable. A pesar de estar localizado en una zona muy activa de la cuidad, el Hotel es muy tranquilo. La habitación impecable, con un estilo único y una hermosa vista al Jardín. Uno de los mejores servicios que hemos recibido, tienen un personal profesional, amigable, que está siempre atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Por último pero no menos importante; El restaurante, una verdadera insignia de la buena cocina Italiana.

Abdolutamente genial!
Este hotel es una autentica maravilla! Que importante es estar en un buen hotel pata disfrutar mejor de una gran ciudad. El Franklin lo tiene todo,para que la estancia resulte inolvidable. Una localización inmejorable. Un servicio atento, profesional y amable donde todo son facilidades, una decoración moderna, acogedora y con personalidad. Un desayunos fastuosos, un restaurante de gran cocina italiana y un bar increíblemente bueno.Ademas al estar todo renovado con la mejor técnica hotelera, todo funciona a la perfección.
