- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Best Hotel and Location!
We loved staying at the Glamore Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and took care of all our requests. The concierge made dinner reservations for us both nights we stayed. These restaurants were fantastic. I am not sure if the concierge had anything to do with it, but both restaurants gave us special treatment which was wonderful. The hotel just recently opened for business. It is a historic building 100’s of years old being remodeled. So it was a very unique and a special experience. Our accommodations were modern, upscale, comfortable, and very spacious.
So much to see and do! First of all, you cannot beat the location. It is centrally located within walking distance to ALL the major attractions including right next to the Doumo di Milano. In fact, we had the most incredible view from our hotel balcony of the Doumo and the city square. Our “historic Milano walking tour” ended at the Glamore Hotel’s city square—so convenient for us! The two nights we stayed, there was one or two street performers singing beautiful music in the square in the evening. There are also numerous restaurants and luxury shopping literally just outside the Glamore hotel.

Hostile unwelcoming security, rooms cannot be made dark at night! Never again
Terrible, cannot make the room dark due to no curtains or blinds. Rude aggressive security who tell you things are closed when they are not and acts like he doesn’t want you in the building. Very strange and unwelcoming I really don’t understand the attitude here and how they treat guests like this.

Just magnificent
What an incredible and beautiful experience from the moment we walked through the door. We have travelled a lot and been in many hotels but the 10 star treatment we received was just incomparable. Wonderful polite staff and exceptional service. Our room was so beautiful and modern with a spectacular view of the Duomo. It was so quiet at night we heard nothing. They have a Michelin star restaurant and a wonderful rooftop cocktail bar. Breakfast included was full of great choices. I believe this is the only hotel on the Duomo with such a magnificent view. It seems they recently flipped it from the previous hotel which had outdated decor and so many parts are under construction but these are parts we didn’t even see or hear. Another sign of their fine attention to detail.
As for parking there is a lot just up the street. You can walk to everything from the hotel.

Amazing location and spacious rooms with the best views
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel.We booked the suite with panoramic views and it was the best room we stayed in in all Milan. We stayed before in top hotels like the Armani and the four season hotels in our previous visits to Milan.
This hotel has amazing views from the room and the location is unbeatable,
right in the center of everything . they also have a great rooftop restaurant and bar. It's a boutique hotel so don't expect a big reception and lobby but who cares when you have the Duomo and Cathedral at your footsteps?
The front desk manager Mido was great, very helpful and friendly.

Room in a loud music lounge .
Was here in 2018 under the old management and was so happy with the room and service that come back despite price increases by 3 times. As I enter the hotel through the back door guided by google maps. The is no signboards or anything indicating where the reception is. Entered the lift and did not find anything there either. My memory tell me it’s on fifth floor and it’s not there anymore. So I combed every floor and don’t find anything. When back to first floor walk around a bit and found a small office that looks like a security office to my surprise it is actually the reception. Well at least I found my hotel and rooms. I was assigned room number 301 which is the first room on the floor and nearest to the duomo 21 lounge. The room is not as nice as the last I had. Because the last I had comes with a open bath. But that is the least of the problems. As it is next to the bar. Loud music is play till 3am. It’s just impossible to sleep. Will never comes back again.
