  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

The price was on the higher side but the rooms and the services provided were good enough.I was staying in the semi deluxe room.The location of this hotel is perfect for people who like to walk and the view was also very pleasant. The food was good and felt homemade.

Still the best in Manali
Great hotel under the leadership of Mr Chauhan . The services were excellent food was great and nice rooms. One can get a true essence of the Himachal feel as the hotel is offering service since more than two decades with all the modern amenities.

Best Stay At Mall Road Manali!
The experience has been beyond expectations. Best property to avail and walking distance to Mall Road. From the hotel management to housekeeping very well manared and extremely courteous. Food in hotel is exceptional - l would say luxury home cooked food. The best was 24/7 kitchen. Late night craving just dial the room service. We had put in at Room No 207 and the balcony view was mesmerizing.
Do not go by NEGATIVE reviews. The property has been well renovated few years back. Hotel is very nearby to Manali Bus-stand.
Lastly I will strongly recommend for this property. Attaching property pictures for reference.
BEST MONTH TO VISIT IS MAY & JUNE...Also to enjoy snowfall the months are NOV, DEC & JAN.

Worst experience ever and very rude staff
We booked this hotel for 3 nights for family vacation. But Hotel staff ruined our stay. Staff attitude was very rude, in evening when we reached hotel reception staff misbehaved with my wife and father. The USP of this hotel is their pub but pub staff also misbehaved with us, they treated guest’s like they are beggars. I request to hotel management to take strict action.

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo perché dalle foto sembrava bellissimo......grande delusione, albergo vecchio e manutenzione inesistente, pulizia scadente, biancheria con un odore poco gradevole, ci siamo fatti cambiare più di una volta i copri cuscini del letto. Nella stanza c'erano due poltrone di un colore indefinibile....considerando il prezzo che abbiamo pagato...Avevamo scelto una camera Deluxe e nei servizi compresi ci dovevano essere: kit cucito - macchina da caffè/the - attrezzatura per stirare - accappatoi- bottiglia acqua- pantofole, invece non c'era niente!!!!!!!!!! Una nota positiva il personale molto gentile. Non lo consiglio!!!

it was heavily snowed. driving up in a super small chevrolet for more than 12 hours was not as bad as it sound. however, due to heavy snow we were unable to drive up farther so we had no choice to bunk a night at this hotel as the traffic was terrible.

we were six people. they refused to give us a triple sharing room even though it was well past midnight. we ordered room service upon check in but we got a call few minutes later saying the kitchen had closed. furious, my friend who was a local asked them to bring up anything eatable, much to our dissapointment the food was lousy, cold sandwiches and stale tea.

as it was snowing, the use of heater is a must but to out dissapointment again, it needs repair badly. we had to call for maintenance to fix it but that did not do us any good as it kept on and off, it broke down again when we were sleeping in the middle of the night. we were freezing cold, not to mention the occasional electric failure. the toilet was not well kept, the water heater is good though.
all we wanted to do was to get out from the hotel. when we did so, the bill came to a very shocking number but when asked for its break down, it seemed they muck up the price for the lousy food as well as the maintenance!!

we had a bad experience at the hotel and would never want to visit again nor recommend it.

es stark geschneit. treiben in einem super kleinen Chevrolet für mehr als 12 Stunden war nicht so schlimm wie es klingt. aber aufgrund der schweren Schnee konnten wir nicht fahren weiter und so hatten wir keine andere Wahl zu Koje, eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, da der Verkehr war schrecklich.

Wir waren sechs Personen. sie weigerten sich, rufen Sie uns im Zimmer, obwohl es gut war Mitternacht vorbei. Wir bestellten den Zimmerservice beim Check in, aber wir bekamen einen Anruf wenige Minuten später sagen, die Küche geschlossen hatte. wütend, mein Freund, der ein lokales war sie gebeten, etwas Essbares zu bringen, sehr zu unserer Enttäuschung das Essen war mies, kalte Sandwiches und Tee abgestanden.

als es schneite, ist der Einsatz von Heizung ein Muss, sondern aus Enttäuschung wieder, muss es reparieren schlecht. mussten wir für die Wartung nennen, es zu beheben, aber das machte uns nichts gut, wie es auf und hielt, brach es wieder hin, wenn wir in der Mitte der Nacht schliefen. wir waren eiskalt, nicht um die gelegentliche elektrischen Versagen zu erwähnen. Die Toilette war nicht gut gehalten, ist der Boiler zwar gut.
alles, was wir tun wollte, war raus aus dem Hotel. wenn wir dies taten, kam die Rechnung auf eine sehr schockierende Zahl, aber wenn für seine Pause fragte sich, so schien es sie versauen den Preis für das miese Essen sowie die Wartung!

wir hatten eine schlechte Erfahrung im Hotel und möchte niemals wieder zu besuchen, noch empfehlen.
