I strongly request not to select this hotel to stay in Kolkata.
It was Terrible ! I was at Lindsay from 30 April to 2 May with my family including my 4 years baby. However, I never stayed such a poor service hotel and how they clamed 3* standard, Do they understand what Hospitality Management means and what 3* hotel quality should have. I made the booking for 2 nights and once we check in we noticed the poor services and hotel facilities. My baby was facing difficulties to breath and made request to hotel reception to cancel my reservation and want to stay 1 night instead of 2. They refused and demand full-payment for 2 nights . I was surprised how a hotel staff behaves. It was dirty... I strongly request not to select this hotel to stay.

Nice hotel on perfect location
Nice hotel. Friendly welcome. Room had everything I needed (would be best with a small fridge). Good roomservice. Restaurant on the rooftop with good choice of food and drinks.

Remarkable People That Makes The Hotel Superb

Good, but not very good hotel
Pros: Close to Park Street, Esplanade & exactly opposite New Market. Also very close to tourist destinations Victoria Memorial, Birla Planetarium, Indian museum. Breakfast spread was less, but very good. Mr. Imran at the reception & other staff were friendly & courteous. Good for family also.
Cons: Room interior was clean, but not clean up to the standard.
Toilets - Sanitary fittings were leaking & not operating properly. Also floor & wall tiles were old & require renovation.
