Good for the pricing.
Staff is helpful. Got an upgrade to a room with a balcony which was nice. The hotel seems to be doing well. Fittings, fixtures, flooring to be upgraded ASAP. For its price & location the hotel is an good option. The Taj next door is priced double than this hotel.
The food is passable & can be better. Rooms need to be provided with irons for pressing clothes. The bathrooms need to to be upgraded as the the wash basins, taps & showered are old. Things like shampoo, bath gel, conditioner & hand wash are provided but like 2 star hotels are fixed to the wall which for a hotel if this classification is a not expected.

Splendid beyond words
Initially when I set foot inside The Park hotel,I ended up comparing it with The Lalit and Radisson Blu where we had stayed earlier,but believe me their hospitality is way beyond ordinary!
I had a few hiccups with the room but they upgraded me the next day to room with a terrace!
My daughter and I also had a beautiful time dancing at their pub,only time was a constraint for us although it was open till 1!!
What to talk about their complementary breakfast??
They had such a huge spread and also hot chocolate on offer,which I havent seen in any other 5 stars!!
Small in size
But welcomes us with their smiles!
3 days seemed less!!

Good hotel with excellent location
Hotel is just in center of the city with a shopping mall in opposite site and lots of Varity of restaurant around. Breakfast is good, room is clean, bed comfortable. There is a swimming pool adjoin to bar and club. Spa is also there but need an upgrade of spa facilities.

Great location and well trained staff
Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous especially Mr Mohn who gave a free upgrade to tarace room and as it was my son’s birthday offered a complimentary cake and very courteous , the location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Great Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mohn and your team.

Excellent service and stay
I have been going to The Park Bangalore for nearly 15 years now and the experience has always been good.
