Definitely recommend!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to those going to Nainital with family . The staff are very polite and cooperative. Rooms are spacious and the aesthetics of the hotel are well maintained. The food quality and quantity were very good. An amazing place to stay with family .

Pathetic experience and Big NO to any family to stay at Pavilion Nainital...
Very pathetic experience at Pavilion,request to extend one day stay with family they denied badly and compelled to checkout...more disgusting they managed even Police complaint also.Staff is very rude particularly manager Mr.Deepak (dubious).I will.complaint this inhumane act to all concerned officials.

We are sorry that you misunderstood the checkout date and time and were confused in this regard and had to seek police help to force the hotel staff to continue your stay. Please understand this this being the peak season the room you were staying in was already booked by another guest who had to check in on the 16 Jun 2024. On off season days we would have extended your visit or allotted you the same or another room despite your booking being only for one night. But in peak season time when all rooms are pre booked and no room is available such adjustments are not possible. Please understand we are here to serve and honour the booking of all our guests.

Good & Pleasant Experience
It was a pleasant experience. Property has nice ambience with greenery around …small garden area to relax a bit.
We had breakfast, it was good.
Staff behaviour was amicable.
Few minor things to improve -
Rat creeped into our room, that gives a bit bad picture. Hotel management can do something to avoid such experiences.
Property has nice rooms ( we had a family suite).
It’s about 1 KM away from Mall Road. So either you walk down or take a taxi back and forth. In peak season , taxi fares go very high around ₹200 each side.
Plus, when you have to come back , it’s a climb toward hotel.
If there are old age people, that becomes bit of a challenge & then only option is to take a cab, specially in the evening when you are tired after roaming around whole day.
Overall experience is Good & I will suggest this hotel compare to hotels on Mall Road which charge so high room rents and offer very bad experiences in all aspects.
It has its own car parking , which is a plus point.

The most Perfect place to plan your stay ....
The hotel gives the vibes of British dream . All rooms clean and neat and really beautiful with good amount of space. Regularly cleaned. The staff was really helpful and continuously ask if something is needed and assured u get great experience with no stress .Mr.Balam from the restaurant was really friendly and gave keen attention personally for any service required . We wanted to go to Cheena peak , an impromptu decision and one of the cleaning staff helped us to arrange the travel and other things instantly within half an hour. Overall other services such as game room , garden , terrace and the view was just cherry on top. Perfect place to go to ....

A decent stay
The room was decent and ok. The food service was done by Mr.Balam which was excellent.The food served by them can be eaten by 3-4 people. The morning buffet was very good. Kudos to Mr.Balam 👏👏👏. The room furniture can be developed much more. The restroom can be furnished more. The white tiles in the restroom made the foot stamps. The room had some noises in the midnight which was very disturbing. The restroom and room can be developed much more and more. Overall, it is a decent stay.
