Fablous Experience
Me and my wife stayed at the The Pllazio for two nights as a part of a tour .We were received well at the reception.The check out process was smooth . I find the staff very attentive and co-operative like Special thanks to Ashish from reception who attend each & every guest with a pleasent behaviour.He should have to promoto because his speaking skills is too much satisfied The rooms were large and was well maintained and very clean.The breakfast served was very good and so too the other meals we had there.The SPA was good and we had a real relaxing massage Hotel has got a great location. They have maintained good greenery and it feels very pleasant especially in the evening. Rooms are not too much satisfied but neat and clean, very comfortable and with all modern facilities. Food quality is best in The pllazio. Restaurant having good ambiance. Overall i am very satisfied to stay in the pllazio & recommend everyone to stay here in the pllazio.. Thank you so much guys to make my stay comfortable & special thank to Ashish as well.I am coming for another visit at beetle soon.

Amazing Hotel and committed Staff.
During May i have stayed more than a week at this Hotel. Overall feedback is great.
This hotel and staff are the symbol of commitment to serve the customer and having the great experience.
I would like to share the one incident, i have found there was no entrance at bath area in room and share my concerns at reception. In few mins Hotel Manager Ms. Neha Sagar reached out to me hear the concerns and assuring the update. In all surprise, in evening i see they have fixed with quick solution to ensure Customer doesn´t face any challenges. This is to address the customer concern with priority.
Food and Breakfast is just amazing with ground staff is very quick and responsive for anything you require. Perhaps, one of the best food-breakfast i had in any Hotel especially in India after long time.
I had a checkout at 6.15 AM in the morning to catch my flight, out of all pleasant surprise received the call that they have kept ready the breakfast early morning and i should not leave the hotel without having it.
Note - Their breakfast timing is 7 to 10.30 AM.
So Thank you Ms Neha Sagar and all the hotel staff (especially food and breakfast staff) for all the hospitality during my stay.
I would strongly recommend this hotel as Family, Business, Dinner and any kind of stay.
