This hotel is very very poor experience don’t be book this hotel it’s near about 50 straits go to the hotel it’s very poor and very bed location pls don’t be book and don’t believe in make my trip photos is rong

Hotel is newly built and location is very far from the Heart of city. You need to walk a lot and every time you need to climb many stairs. It takes 30 minutes to reach mall road. Rooms are spacious and most of facilities available. Sleep quality is good. Area near Window for Casual sitting or Dining is good idea. View from room is noting great. Washroom is small and no ventilation. No buffet breakfast is provided instead set menu is offered. Small Budget hotel with no reception area or restaurant. Staff is not trained instead just employed.

This hotel is having worst location (very far away from town), worst service, worst food, worst buffet system, very rude staff (Madhumita and Shoaib). What was promised, never delivered.
They do not know the basics of hospitality.
Even though the hotel is recently constructed but the surroundings are very dirty, have no balcony, no scenic view, having very steep stairs (no suitable for elders), located in downwards of town.

The owner of hotel (Nitin) is very irresponsible, he promised us the good services but never fulfilled. The manager harrassed us for not giving extra beds (what they had charged already).

So kindly never visit this property, not worthful...

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel from 14 to 17 Apr 2022, in presidential suite.
This is a recently built property, with so many loopholes and negative points. The hotel is still in the process of development.

First of all the location is very remote, away from mall road and very steep roads. This is located near clock tower. If you wish to have a stroll at Library bazar and Gandhi chowk..its 2.8 km. So walking to mall road is very difficult. The hotel staff provides with taxi to pick and drop the customers, that is helpful. But remember the hotel is very far off from main mall road.
I recommend to select any other hotel near Gandhi chowk main mkt.
The hotel is built in a deep site downwards, with many steep stairs. So if you have any elder person in family, big no no. The surroundings are very depressing, all the rubble lying here and there. You can see in pics. The surroundings are not beautiful.
The view from room is also very restricted, no mountain view. So don't go by the mountain view tagline.There is no balcony.

When we left Delhi, we informed the hotel staff that we are coming and keep the room absolutely ready. However, When we reached,
- phone was not working
- electricity was not proper
- no menu card
- inter room noise background is high
They should have checked that everything is fit and fine before our check in.

They have a very small bathroom, the space for bath is v less. It is poorly designed. Tissue paper roll is fitted so low, that it gets wet everytime you take a shower. The water accumulates and doesn't drain itself. This becomes messy and doesn't give a good and clean feeling. Although the room was nice and looked fine.
They give only body wash gel and moisturizer. No shampoo.

While booking the room, We selected option for breakfast (a difference of about Rs 800 per night with non breakfast room). At hotel we got to know there is no buffet spread. Very few items available for "included breakfast", other than that if you want any other item you need to pay as Ala carte. This is very strange and unexpected when you pay so much (not of Rs 800 for sure).
Taste of food was fine and was properly cooked.
They did not inform at time of check in that driver food is chargeable, however charged us at the time of checking out.

In nutshell,
The hotel is not worth all the money spent. We spent 30k+ and the level of service etc wasn't at all upto the mark.
You can get much better options location and service wise, in same amount of money spend here.
Service is poor. Only 4-5 people to manage everything.

I don't recommend this property to anyone, especially if you are going with family.
