  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Amazing dinning experience.
It was my first time at the Baoxan restaurant in this hotel, but it will definetly not be the last.
Food was great, but the service provided was just perfect.
The whole staff looked spotless and their kindness and knowledge about their products had no match.

Excellent
Very good property. Good rooms. Good food. Very clean. Casino however is dirty. Entry fee is a barrier.Salon service should be cheaper. Spa is also very expensive.Staff is good and cooperative. Breakfast is lavish and good taste. Overall good property.

Soaltee Kathmandu casino
Soaltee Kathmandu was excellent in every way. The breakfast spread was the best 👌. Made for a very good experience.

BUT

The casino at Soaltee was a big let down. Didn't expect a hotel of such high repute to have a casino with cheap ambience with poor & discourteous service plus(it was like a dance bar). People need to really think twice before visiting the Soaltee casino!!!!

Was a very good experience
We went to the Indian restaurant and the food and service was outstanding , a special shout out to Ashmit and Janak was very friendly and helpful for us. The food we got was an excellent, butter chicken and Naan, we loved the experience and would highly recommend taking some time out and going to eat there.

Oasi di silenzio a 30'dall'aeroporto
Hotel selezionato dal nostro consulente di viaggio sul Nepal perché volevamo una struttura elegante ma con "anima". La struttura è un 5 stelle su diversi piani. Quando eravamo ospiti noi,non era pieno essendo bassa stagione, ospitava qualche turista indiano e le crew della Qatar Airways. La nostra camera in stile era molto carina.con particolari in legno decorato, letto king size comodo. Presente TV con canali internazionali. Ci sono bottiglie di acqua in omaggio che vengono rifornite gratuitamente ogni giorno e anche su richiesta. Presenza di bollitore con the e caffè. Frigobar e cassaforte nell' armadio.
L hotel è un oasi di pace e silenzio nel caos di Kathmandu, nello stesso complesso anche diversi ristoranti, noi abbiamo provato quello a buffet (che è anche quello per la colazione).
Buffet discreto con ampia scelta di piatti.
Colazione a buffet con prevalenza di salato ma con nostra sorpresa anche con una discreta zona per il dolce di buona qualità.
Provato anche il servizio in camera per una cena veloce, qui ho trovato l unico difetto, prezzo decisamente eccessivo per un hamburger (panino) ed un club sandwich di piccole dimensioni.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit aussergewöhnlich freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal
Wir haben im Oktober im Rahmen unserer Nepalrundreise insgesamt 5 Nächte in diesem wirklich schönen Hotel verbracht und können es nur loben.
Ganz besonders begeistert hat uns die aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das haben wir auf unseren Reisen bisher selten erlebt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, wirklich gutes und abwechselungsreiches Frühstück. Auch die Restaurants im Hotel können wir nur empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt gut und ruhig, zum Flughafen sind es ca. 30 Minuten. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Empfehlung!!!

Muy calido
Me aloje ahi varias veces cuando trabajaba de tripulante, es un hotel muy calido, con gente muy amable, lindos jardines y pileta, buena opcion de restaurantes para comer (son 3 de distintas comidas) y las habitaciones son amplias, comodas y agradables

Un grande hotel
Il crowne plaza di kathmandu e’ una perla di hotel ,
Camere perfette , piscina , tranquillita’ , prima colazione tra le migliori mai provate .
Un particolare ringraziamento alla duty manager Sampada Singh , che ci ha risolto un grosso problema di prenotazione .

Muy confortable
Hotel situado en un recinto muy amplio y acogedor, el personal muy amable, el desayuno completo y todo muy limpio

Belle place
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et s'était très bien. Il y avait beaucoup de monde pour une convention mais cela nous a pas vraiment dérangé. Les lieux étaient très propre. Le buffet était bon, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de variété mais les saveurs étaient là et le restaurant est vraiment très bien décoré. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas au début mais après un appel de service, ils sont venu régler le problème très rapidement. Seul petit point négatif, les portes de chambre ne ferme pas très bien et font un très gros bruit quand nous forçons pour les fermer.

Calme et confortable
Après les embouteillages cauchemardesques de Katmandou il est bon de se retrouver dans cet hôtel, un peu à l'écart et au fond d'une allée au calme (sauf quand il y a un mariage ). La chambre confortable, la literie aussi, salle de bain propre et bien équipée? Pour 2 nuits, tout à fait satisfaisant .Par contre la clim est soit en panne soit impossible à régler. La restauration comme partout, très épicée mais bien assortie. Petits déjeuners très complets et personnel aux petits soins

Ungrand hotel quoi
Comme toujours, sans grande surprise ni grand charme et évidemment impersonnel.
Et l'hiver il y fait froid..... Les chambres qui ne donnent pas sur la cour ne semblent pas avoir de chauffage: vous mettez la clim à 25° et ca souffle du froid. En décembre , c'est moyen. Comme en plus la fenetre ne fermait pas (courant d'air de 2cm), on finit par vous donner un radiateur d'appoint mais là c'est LAs Vegas tellement ca vous illumine la chambre.
Mais bizarrement, si vous ralez tres fort on vous trouve une chambre qui est chauffée....Et en plus il est à une bonne demi heure du centre

In die Jahre gekkommenes Luxushotel
Kathmandu ist staubig, abgasgeschwängert und natürlich arm. Wenn man das bedenkt, ist das Hotel wahscheinlich ein Highlight. Nur hat es seine besten Jahre definitv gesehen. Dafür machen die äusserst freundlichen Mitarbeiter das meiste wieder wett.

Au calme et confortable
Il est situé à deux pas d'un Casino, vous vous rendez dans le centre ville en tuk tuk ou en taxi, il y a un grand parc, avec des boutique en arrivant. les chambres sont grandes et confortable, les petit déjeuner le matin est très bien, surtout si vous aimez les options végétariennes, il y a du choix. Le personnel, comme d'habitude au Népal est charmant et disponible. A refaire !

Potenzial nicht genutzt
Das Crowne Plaza hat uns in mancher Hinsicht enttäuscht.
Die Zimmer sind ok, teilweise wohl auch schon renoviert - wir waren im alten Flügel, das ging auch.
Aber wenn man draußen sitzen möchte, findet man nur die ziemlich aushäusige Terrasse des Gardenrestaurants oder die unbequemen Stühle neben der Hotelanfahrt.
Der Swimmingpool war nicht eingelassen, daher auch keine Liegen etc. Bei 25 Grad Außentemperatur tagsüber wäre das sonst ein netter Platz zum relaxen nach dem Trubel der Stadt.
Eine nette Bar? Fehlanzeige. Das düstre Eck gegenüber der Rezeption lädt nicht gerade zum Verweilen.
Inzwischen sind wir in Kathmandu ein bisschen herumgekommen: Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eine andre Wahl treffen

Abseits des Trubels - Luxus
Möglicherweise das beste Hotel in Kathmandu. War nur eine Nacht dort, aber Service, Essen und die Ruhe waren prima. Ausstattung des Zimmers 5* würdig. Büffets waren reichlich und für jeden etwas dabei. WiFi kostet leider extra.

Idylle und Luxus
Absolut tolles Hotel. Ich hab dort nur eine Nacht verbracht (wegen Flugverspätung), und wurde sehr freundlich bedient. Abendessen und Frühstück: für jeden ist etwas dabei. Von nepalesischen Gerichen bis hin zu europäischen Köstlichkeiten. Empfehlenswert, vor allem wenn man abseits des Trubels übernachten möchte.
