  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Comfortable stay
Nice hotel and nice room.
Very friendly check in which was also very efficient.
Room was very nice - great comfy bed, spacious wardrobes and desk space. Bathroom very nice with nice rain and hand held shower options. Seating area also within shower enclosure.
Bathrobes and towels a plenty.
Room service very limited options and breakfast was also underwhelming / there is an egg station, hot local food options and cold meat cuts and salads and breads. No real international options available at breakfast.
Housekeeping very efficient and did a great job.
Hotel in good location for food options available around. Nice bar on 14th floor.
Would have been five stars if a better breakfast/room service options.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel The View a été décevant. Ma bague de mariage est tombée sous les lamelles au bar, créant un problème stressant. Malgré mes appels répétés et le contact avec Yliass, un responsable, aucune action concrète n'a été entreprise. La situation reste non résolue, laissant une impression négative sur le service client et la gestion des problèmes.

Personnel manquant de tact, limite méchant, dégoûtée de mon séjour stressant à cause du personnel nonchalant, moquettes sales, ayez des anti histaminiques sur vous ! Je n'y remets plus les pieds....

Away from the Medina, lovely hotel
Lovely, clean, modern hotel about 20 mins from the chaos of the old Town. Nice rooms, great toiletries, comfortable beds and pillows. A bit noisy so ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Amazing breakfast spread of Western and Moroccan food. A pool, I didn't use.

Bellissimo albergo, in un quartiere periferico e tranquillo (un po' lontano dal centro, a dire il vero); stanze molto pulite e comode. Colazione eccezionale. Abbiamo provato il pacchetto promozionale che includeva anche un massaggio e un cocktail al bar.

El mejor hotel de Rabat
Mi experiencia fue buenisima, la recepcion un diez. Mi check in fue muy rapido, los dulces que dejaron en mi habitacion me gustaton mucho, y el espacio suficiente. Un hotel que parece nuevo y moderno, con un staff joven y amable. Recomiendo mucho este hotel y volvere seguro

Buena relación calidad precio.
Visitamos este hotel con mí señora, durante un viaje de negocios. Quedamos sorprendidos por la bonito que es.
Es un hotel muy cómodo para descansar,tiene varias opciones adicionales, para hacer una buena estadía y pasar el tiempo entretenido. El desayuno es variado y completo. Quiero hacer resaltar al empleado Nabil ique habla excelente español,. Y nos ayudó mucho con indicaciones y recomendaciones en la ciudad. Seguramente volveremos pronto !!!

Excelente
Hotel excelente en todos los aspectos. La comida es excepcional, camareros, recepcionistas, … todos hacen y trabajo excepcional en este hotel. Siempre que lo he visitado ha sido por trabajo, espero poder hacer un viaje de placer y disfrutar del hotel de una forma más relajada.

Sin Duda el mejor de rabat
Hace tres anos que yo visito la ciudad de rabat y me gusta estar en hotel the view tienen una vista manifica del 14 piso, el servicio muy bien, hay muchas restaurantes y cafeterias cerca del hotel, sin duda esta el mejor hotel e rabat

serata di relax
bell'hotel e bei ristoranti con una buona offerta.
un po caro.
il bagno è molto bello, funzionale, però doveva essere pulito meglio.
all' entrata in camera si sentiva un
forte cattivo odore.
Ho usato la doccia e il wc e dopo una buona irrorazione l'odore è scomparso.

Modernes, schönes Hotel in toller Umgebung
Modernes Businesshotel in Tower mit schönen, neuwertigen Zimmern. Speziell das Bett ist wunderbar und die Dusche super. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr angenehm und bietet einige tolle Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Die Hotelbar ist auch toll gemacht mit einem schönen Ausblick über die Stadt. Aussergewöhnlich toll war die Hammam & Massagebehandlung im Spa - wow was für ein Erlebnis....Ganzkörperreinigung inkl. Haare von Kopf bis Fuss mit versch Gerüchen&Lotions...sehr empfehlenswert!

Trotzdem einige Mängel: beim Check-in war unser Zimmer voll aufgeheizt und es war nicht möglich dieses individuell zu regulieren...mussten dann den ganzen Tag lüften. Auch der Room- Service ist unglaublich langsam...mussten trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation 45min auf Eiswürfel warten. Ausserdem geht die Reinigung der anderen Zimmer sehr laut vonstatten, was Schlafen verunmöglicht.

5* ? Ben lontano ... bello ma ...
Premetto che il voto è comparato ad altri hotel 5*.

Nonostante il personale appaia sempre molto gentile alla fine comunque non è efficace ed è solo apparenza formale.
Solo 2 persone mi hanno dimostrato di fare quello che dicevano, risolvendo i problemi e prendendosi davvero cura dei clienti indistintamente: un concierge manager JAAFAR e un manager che vedevo nella sala colazione NAWFAL, assente 2 giorni per ferie, purtroppo, e si è visto !!
Entrambi sono gran lavoratori e che si interessano dei clienti a prescindere, un grosso grazie a loro.

Tutti gli altri, con cui ho avuto a che fare, parlano si scusano ma non risolvono i problemi, non lasciano detto a chi subentra in turno le questioni aperte e quindi ogni volta bisogna sollecitare e tutto ricomincia da capo. Ogni giorno le stesse tipologie di problemi.

L’hotel è nuovo esteticamente bello e curato ma per i servizi è tutt’altra cosa. NON c’è stato ancora un giorno in cui non abbia dovuto chiamare il front office per qualcosa che si sono dimenticati di fare nelle procedure normali, nulla di extra o strano, semplici cose cose riordinare la camera, o il rifornire il mini bar o il the o il caffè o l’acqua o il necessario per mandare le cose in lavanderia.

La maggior parte dello staff non parla inglese. In SPA nessuno lo parla quindi impossibile interagire e chiedere quello che uno vorrebbe. Non esiste un elenco dei servizi offerti. Ti mostrano le sale, gli hamam ma parlano solo francese o arabo.

Per i vari problemi avuti Aisha una persona dello staff del Front Office mi ha offerto un massaggio di 1h. Ho scelto quello sportivo.

Il massaggio sportivo ? Disastroso, iniziato con 30 min di ritardo, doveva durare 1h ed è durato 40 minuti. Alcune parti del corpo non sono state neppure coinvolte e un massaggio forte non significa sportivo.
Il massaggio sportivo è tutt’altra cosa e per fortuna che me lo avevano offerto perché 90€ non li vale proprio neanche per tutti i 60 minuti !! Infatti non ne farò altri neppure regalati.

La GYM per chi come me si allena tutti i giorni è inusabile. 3 tappeti per correre, 2 bici, un multi power con la panca e dei cavi con solo l’impugnatura nessun altro accessorio fruibile.
Nessun peso libero come manubri o un bilanciere o qualsiasi altra cosa, solo dei dischi per il multipower ...
Piscina solo coperta e chiusa dentro a una stanza poco più grande della piscina senza una sdraio o modo di potersi rilassare, solo una panchina. È comunque almeno un 12 m o più quindi ci si può nuotare bene.

Internet ? Lento ed è indicato come High speed, e dal letto inusabile in tutte le stanze in cui sono stato e sono stato in parecchie visto i cambi di stanza subiti per i vari problemi, suite comprese perché i ripetitori sono solo in corridoio.

Sono al il mio terzo soggiorno, la prima volta l’hotel aveva aperto da un mese ... e da subito cominciano i problemi. Le altre due volte (una ancora in corso) prenotate insieme purtroppo. Quando mai l’ho chiesto all’azienda. Credevo che dopo 6 mesi fossero migliorati ma i problemi permangono anzi ...

PRIMO soggiorno di 4 giorni:
l’impianto d’aria sul lato della mia camera non funzionava. In camera c’erano 27/28 gradi. La loro prima soluzione è stata dorma con la finestra aperta ... con tutti i rumori dalla strada e i motori dell’impianto??? Hanno deciso di cambiarmi la camera. Alla fine mi hanno messo in una suite al 7 piano. Dopo essere rimasto in ballo quasi 2 ore !!
Ma anche qui i primi problemi. Il Wi-Fi dalla camera da letto mentre uno si rilassa è impossibile da utilizzare il segnale è troppo debole. Dovevo stare, scomodo, nel salottino.
Come se poi da solo avessi bisogno di 2 ambienti ...
Avevo mandato a lavare le camicie, con la richiesta di piegarle e mi arrivano appese. Cerco di spiegarlo in inglese ma il personale non capisce c’è voluto l’housekeeping manager per capire “folded”, anche perché sul foglio della lavanderia la voce non c’è! C’è solo una voce con richieste speciali dove uno deve scrivere ed io lo avevo scritto!
Tutti i giorni a colazione un problema, riuscire ad avere delle uova sbattute di soli bianchi è stata un impresa, perché chi cucina non parla inglese però è a contatto con i clienti.
Nei giorni seguenti ogni giorno mancava qualcosa che avevo trovato il giorno ma non per rotazione ma perché terminava e non veniva rifornito. I fichi o le noci o lo yogurt ...
La camera non è mai stata rifatta nello stesso modo. Un giorno mancava lo shampoo o un asciugamano o il tappeto da mettere per terra.
Le cose per la lavanderia non venivano rifornite, il mini bar mai rimesso quello che uno consumava, lo stesso per il the o il caffè o l’acqua ...
Non ci si può rilassare bisogno stargli dietro a tutto.

SECONDO soggiorno:
A distanza di 6 mesi credevo avessero sistemato tutte queste lacune invece mio malgrado sono riusciti ad andare oltre.

Oltre le cose già raccontare che che continuano ad accadere costantemente, si sono aggiunte le seguenti:
Una mattina a colazione alle 8.30 è finito il succo d’arancia, avete mai visto un 5* che finisce il succo d’arancia per la colazione poi alle 8.30 del mattino e con una sala colazioni sempre mezza vuota. Il giorno dopo è finito lo Yogurt 0 bianco e NON è più apparso nella settima e a distanza di altri 20 giorni (soggiorno attuale) ancora non se ne vede l’ombra !! Il giorno ancora dopo il Muesli terminato anche quello scomparso per tutta la settimana.

(Devo spendere 2 parole per ringraziare il fantastico manager che non so come e dove i giorni seguenti si procurava solo per me 2 vasetti di yogurt e il muesli e si è preso cura di me e del mio collega)

Acqua calda rotta. Nonostante lo abbia segnalato alla sera e sia uscito a cena nessun mi avvisa al rientro che non hanno risolto. Do per scontato che lo fosse. La mattina quando devo farmi la doccia per andare a lavoro scopro che il problema persiste e sono costretto a farla quasi fredda.
Li chiamo e poi parlando con il tecnico scopro che lo sapevano che non era stata sistemata ma nessuno mi ha avvisato o messo un messaggio sotto la porta o pensato di cambiarmi camera !!! Per loro tutto normale.

TERZO SOGGIORNO ancora in corso:

Se potessi farmi rimborsare cambierei hotel. Ma non posso.
Da dove iniziamo: ancora gli stessi problemi ... ogni giorno si dimenticano una o più cose.
Ieri di nuovo il problema con il riscaldamento. Dopo 1 ora mi cambiamo di stanza quando avevo segnalato il problema 3 ore prima ed ero uscito a cena consentendogli di entrare in camera.
Anche qui di nuovo le assurde solite proposte di dormire con la finestra aperta quando in stanza c’erano 29 gradi !!!! Con rumori esterni e la finestra che neppure resta aperta e che dopo 30 min aveva abbassato la temperatura di solo 0.5°.

21.30 esco a cena e segnalo il problema dei 29º in camera.
23.00 rientro nessuno di dice nulla arrivo in camera ancora 29º. Sono venuti ed hanno solo impostato il termostato senza più controllare se il problema fosse stato risolto.
23.05 chiamo segnalando il problema è che ne avevo già fatta richiesta alle 21.30. Le mandiamo qualcuno.
23.25 richiamo, non si è ancora visto nessuno 23.30 arriva un manager/responsabile con il tecnico. E mi spiega che c’è un problema nella mia area e da qui la proposta assurda di dormire con la finestra aperta e che avevo già aperto e mentre li ho aspettati per 30 min ha fatto scendere la temperatura di solo 0.5°.
Dopo che vede che mi altero mi propone di aspettare 5 min che fa partire l’impianto. Faccio notare che la problematica l’ho segnalata 2 ore prima e nessuno aveva fatto nulla e adesso devo ancora aspettare 5 min. Il manager mi dice di aver appena iniziato il turno e non sapeva niente.
Adesso perché mi altero allora si può far ripartire l’impianto ??? Io sono stanco e voglio andare a letto!!
Mi propone il cambio camera, tanto non c’è alternativa, 5 min dice. Torna su a mezzanotte altro che 5 min !! 20 min e un totale di 1h per gestire un problema segnalato 2,5 h prima !!

Cena al ristorante la piano terra ... vuoto o quasi. Ordino un filetto medio. Arriva ben cotto lo mando indietro. Il cameriere mi dice che è terminato, se voglio ordinare altro. Dico di no.
Dopo 5 min in cui intanto guardò il mio collega mangiare, arriva il metre che mi dice che sono riusciti a trovarne 1 ... Assurdo !!! Ma chi gestisce l’approvvigionamento in questo hotel ??

Adesso,sono appena rientrato in camera e ancora le solite problematiche ... bagno che non è a posto al 100% manca quello che ho usato stamattina come sapone shampoo ...
Ho mandato in lavanderia le camicie ma nessuno ha pensato di ripristinare il sacchetto e il foglio della lavanderia ...
Il mini bar ? Vuoto era e vuoto è rimasto vuoto ! Acqua ? Questa sconosciuta !! Caffè ? No in questa stanza non c’è neppure più la macchinetta per farlo quindi figuriamoci le cialde !! The ? Bevuto ? Si, riassortito ? Ovvio che no.
Questa mattina a colazione
Yogurt ? Assente
Noci ? Assenti
Tazze ? Assenti ho duvto chiederle 4 volte per averne 2 pulite.
Non è che gli chiedi una tazza perché sono terminate fuori e loro ne portano fuori un po’ per gli ospiti ... no te ne portano 1 che per di più è sporca e stop. Così se gli altri ospiti la vogliono o te ne serve un’altra, gliela devi richiedere nuovamente!! Gran 5*!!
Infatti sono 2 gg che manca il manager giusto. Vedo staff in giacca e cravatta che sta in piedi in un angolo a fare assolutamente niente!! Nulla a che vedere con l’altro manager.

Sto ancora aspettando dal soggiorno precedente che Aisha mi dia lista dei servizi della SPA !! E che più volte mi ha detto che avrebbe fatto avere. Addirittura inventandosi l’ultima volta che entro sera avrebbe avuta la lista tutta bella impaginata con la grafica e stampata !!!

VOLETE DEFINIRVI ANCORA HOTEL A 5 STELLE ?

Che dire ? A me non sembra un 5* e ci sia attenzione al cliente. Solo dopo continui e ripetuti solleciti giornalieri giorno per giorno.

Non c'è provo mai piu!!
Ero a rabat per motivo di lavoro , e ho deciso di fare un aperitivo e cena a questo the view io e mio socio che sempra bellissimo da fuori e legante, beh provo a prenotare e mi dicono a telefono non c'è problema poi anq passare senza prenotazione, dopo 5 minuti arriviamo e c'è chiedono fuori la porta avanti prenotazione!!!!!! Senza prenotazione non si po e tutto pieno, provo a prenotare di nuovo e mi dicono di nuovo non passi senza prenotazione, e ragazzo di security mi dice no e tutto pieno c'è una diluizione, noi non c'è proviamo mai piu , non sono organizzati e ragazzi della security si la ritira troppo ciao!!!
