The hotel was clean and inviting smaller than I imagined but conveniently located to Transportation and the stadium. The staff however were extremely helpful and efficient especially thank you for a great breakfast everyday and guide and tube info from front desk I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic staff
We only stayed for one night but would definitely return.
Reception staff are super friendly & helpful. One in particular (Ronald?) went out of his way to help. He recommended local restaurants & directed us to them. The following morning he asked if we’d found them & liked them.
The first room we were given was a disabled room but the shower in the wet room was really low & my husband who is 6’2” wouldn’t have been able to use it. We mentioned this to the reception staff & were immediately moved to another room. Ronald (apologies if that’s not the correct name) met us at the new room & checked we were happy with it.
The only reason I haven’t given 5* is because it was just too hot in the hotel, particularly the reception area

Awful
Surprised my partner for his birthday. Food was absolutely disgusting, didn’t eat it just left it at the table and asked for a refund. Check out wasn’t until 12pm and had 2 occasions of maids coming into the room. Staff are useless. Don’t recommend at all.

Great location and comfy nights sleep
Perfect hotel for access to the O2, 4 minute walk to Stratford station. The room was clean and well equipped (water, tea/coffee, hairdryer, etc) and I had a peaceful night of sleep. Staff were helpful and informative when checking in. Will definitely stay again.

Birthday Trip
This was our 2nd stay at the Westbridge to go and see ABBA Voyage. The first time we had a standard double room, this time we had the Westbridge Suite. The room was huge. Very well furnished. Super king size bed which was very comfortable. We had mentioned to the hotel that we were celebrating a birthday. There was a card and balloons on the bed and we had 2 small bottles of prosecco. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay. This was very good. Plenty of choice of hot and cold buffet. The only reason we have not given this review full marks is the fact that the Westbridge Suite could use some TLC. We would also have liked to see a bath in the HUGE bathroom. We will return when we next go to see ABBA Voyage.
