Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas Hotel is located in the heart of San Blas, Cusco’s most artistic neighborhood, also called the “Artisan’s Neighborhood”. We remodeled an old colonial residence, which was constructed in adobe, carefully preserving the most traditional aspects of its architecture. The residence has 24 spacious rooms, an inner courtyard, characteristic of Cusco’s colonial houses and a marvelous garden.

  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?

Merveilleux endroit tranquille et proche du centre
Accueil chaleureux, très bien situé. À conseiller. Tout fut parfait. 😍 Petit-déjeuner varié avec des fruits juteux et succulents. Terrasse au calme permettant de se reposer après une journée de marche et de shopping. Merci à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons depuis la Suisse 🇨🇭.

Wonderful hotel in Cusco
Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location and nice clean room. Good breakfast and you can safely leave your luggage until you comeback from Machu Picchu if needed. They were kind enough to quickly arrange an early check in for us despite being full the previous night.

My experience en the beautiful city of Cusco
The place is good, rooms are clean with enough space, beds are confortable and the bathroom are big and the water pressure really good and hut water.
The breakfast is buffet stile with really good food. they have patio with tables and chairs if you want to enjoy out side and a little garden in the back with reclining chairs to rest.
The hotel staff are very friendly showing always respect and they are very helpful. In the front desk always have two different kind of te for free. they made my trips tu Cusco an excellent experience every time.This is my 4th time there and we love it!

Gran experiencia
Estuve primero en Tierra Viva en el Valle, fue una experiencia altamente recomendable… el lugar es lindo, la atención muy cálida y la comida buena. Los cuartos amplios y con buena señal de wifi. Luego me fui a Tierra Viva de San Blas, el lugar es precioso y el hotel espera la arquitectura y estilo de la zona, la experiencia muy buena también. Recomiendo.

Great - even more than we expected
My partner and I stayed here for two nights in a “superior double” room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Including helping organise multiple taxis for us.

What stood out though, this felt like one of the most beautiful and nice hotels we’d stayed in Peru, and much more than what we expected for the price. The building and courtyards in particular were beautiful.

LOVE this hotel, and location
I absolutely love this hotel in the city of Cusco.
It's in a great location. Quiet and so clean, and safe. Yet so close to the main part of town. Great restaurants in the neighborhood too, and so many cute shops. I've stayed here now 3 times, it's my go to when I am in the city. The staff is also so lovely and kind, I feel very taken care of when I am there. I will definitely plan to return.

Great Hotel in Cusco San Blas
Very nice hotel in the middle of the artesanal district of San Blas. Beds are large and comfortable. The service is very good, we always received help immediately when we asked for it. They also prepared a nice breakfast box for us when we had an early day tour.

Super hôtel
Cet hôtel est très propre, le personnel est attentionné et nous a aidé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il y avait possibilité d’imprimer nos billets d’avion, prendre des taxis. Le déjeuner était bon et avait beaucoup de choix. J’ai beaucoup aimé la disponibilité des tisanes de coca et de Muna à la réception. Il y avait un petit chauffage d’appoint (pas très fort par contre). La douche avait de l’eau chaude, mais parfois difficile de l’ajuster et le débit pas très fort, mais ça nous allait. L’hôtel était très tranquille, nous avions une chambre au 2e étage. J’y retournerai certainement lors d’une prochaine visite à Cuzco.

Ottimo Hotel in pieno centro a Cusco
Vicinissimo alla piazza principale. Hotel molto bello e confortevole. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è buonissima e preparata al momento . Mettono a disposizione tutti i servizi e ti aiutano per ogni esigenza. Lo consiglio a chi vuole avere un soggiorno tranquillo in una città meravigliosa.

hotel de charme et excellent accueil
4 nuits passés au San Blas : l’hôtel avec ses chambres disposés autour de patio et traverses est très agréable. Tout confort dans les chambres avec décoration traditionnelle (kipu à la tête de lit). Bonne wifi. literie et sanitaire au top.
L'accueil est exceptionnel toujours prêt à rendre service : plateau de courtoisie avec bouilloire rajouté dans la chambre. bouteilles d'eau fournies tous les jours.
De plus le quartier est sympa surtout de bonne heure lorsque les petits commerces pour les touristes ne sont pas encore installés sur les trottoirs.
Jolis balcons sculptes dans la ruelle.
Un de nos meilleurs hôtels au Pérou avec le Tierra Viva d'Arequipa : chaine de qualité.

Très bon hôtel ds le quartier San Blas, à proximité de supers restos, petites boutiques, on descend une rue et en moins de 10 minutes on est sur la Plaza de Armas.
L'hôtel est très bien tenu, grande chambre avec vue sur le verger, au calme, radiateur à disposition. Grande salle de bain, super propre. Petit déjeuner très complet, les fruits et gâteaux sont très bons.
On peut se servir du thé tout le temps, un thermo d'eau chaude est à disposition et différentes sortes de thés.
Les chaises longues à disposition ds le verger pour profiter du calme et du soleil...
Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel

Sehr schönes Hotel im angenehmen Viertel von Cusco
Wir waren schon 2016 in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Insgesamt haben wir dort schon zehn Nächte verbracht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut Englisch.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und liebevoll praktisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage sehr ruhig und nahe am Zentrum.
Wir hatten für eine Nacht ein Zimmer im vorderen Teil des ersten Innenhofes, das war sehr eng, Niedrige Decke und schlecht belüftet. Diese Zimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen.
Alle anderen Zimmer waren toll! Schaut Euch am besten die Zimmer vorher an.

schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Cusco, nur 15 Minuten zum Plaza del Armas, gute Restaurants und Cafes gleich in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage in Cusco
Positiv:
Die Lage war perfekt, direkt im ruhigen Viertel San Blas gelegen, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und stilvoll eingerichtet, das Bett war riesig und mit vielen Decken ausgestattet, da es nachts sehr kalt werden kann. Der Flughafentransfer hat sehr gut geklappt, trotz verspäteter Ankunft. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Negativ:
Das Zimmer war etwas kalt aber das ist im Winter in Cusco normal.
Der Wäscheservice war zwar gut aber ziemlich teuer.

Ruhiges und sehr angenehmes Hotel
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem rühigen Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und sehr nettem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Band Produkte sind auf biologischer Basis hergestellt mit einem europäischen Ökosiegel.

un'oasi in centro
A 8 minuti a piedi dalla piazza de armas c'è l'hotel, struttura molto curata con il cortile interno e uno splendido giardino sul retro. Le camere sono spaziose con letto a tre piazze e bagno nuovissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato qui in tre camere diverse tutte allo stesso livello; la pulizia è impeccabile il personale giovane e motivato. Colazione abbondante. Piazza San Blas è a un minuto a piedi market,bar , ristoranti praticamente di fronte. Consiglio di andare al mercato al coperto locale ad acquistare la frutta e a mangiare qualcosa a prezzi irrisori

Ottima posizione
Hotel molto caratteristico nella zona migliore di Cusco ( San blas ) . Situato a pochi passi dal centro e un hotel molto comodo per tutto. Il Wi-Fi funziona un po’ male per il resto è un ottima scelta

Ottimo hotel coloniale
Ottimo hotel completamente ristrutturato a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Ci sono ampi spazi esterni con sdraio dove potersi rilassare. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il bagno pulito con asciugacapelli. Per i più freddolosi c'è un calorifero elettrico in stanza. Il Wi-Fi funziona abbastanza bene in tutta la struttura. La colazione è ottima e varia. La camera viene pulita 2 volte al giorno. Il personale è gentile. Sicuramente ci tornerei.

Fascino e ottima posizione
Situato nello splendido e molto caratteristico quartiere di San Blas a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro ma con una strada in forte salita (al ritorno). Comunque splendida posizione. Edificio in tipico stile coloniale molto ben tenuto e caratteristico. Stanze ampie e ben attrezzate, moderne, calde pulite ed accoglienti. Colazione molto buona ed abbondante con dolci, pane di vario tipo, uova frutta yogurt e tutto quanto si possa desiderare. Staff molto efficiente e di aiuto agli ospiti
