Hotel is situated near the lakefront where you will get the best views with the taste of the food staff is very helpful they even served food of of menu as well The welcome drinks was served was excellent Nandkishor‘Laxman , Rajat and bartender PRIYESH vey helpful .

Abysmall / Appaling
A once-promising property tarnished by avaricious and unprofessional staff – this is our unfortunate experience at the hands of the employees of this otherwise beautiful establishment. When we speak of staff, we're not referring solely to the untrained ground-level personnel. Shockingly, even the PR manager, Mr. Rohit, demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism.
We recently hosted a birthday party at this venue, and everything was proceeding splendidly. The final bill was settled, and we exchanged pleasantries. However, our delight was short-lived, as we soon found ourselves confronted by individuals who insisted on extracting additional money. Their justification was that one of the photographers had inadvertently touched the exclusive buffet reserved for our party, despite the abundance of food available.
The situation grew increasingly uncomfortable as they became persistently insistent on additional payments. We reluctantly handed over more cash to the PR manager, only to see him promptly disappear, leaving the ground staff to approach us for even more money. This entire episode was nothing short of appalling and utterly unexpected in any respectable establishment. It became clear that the staff, demoralized by the meager compensation and treatment they receive from the management, had shifted their focus from ensuring customer satisfaction to aggressively pursuing every possible cent for themselves. This experience was far from what we anticipated in a venue of this caliber.

A Frustrating Experience Due to Poor Services at an Otherwise Promising Resort
My recent stay at this resort was marred by incredibly disappointing services, overshadowing what could have been a pleasant experience. While the property itself had potential, the numerous service failures left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Allow me to elaborate on the shortcomings that tarnished an otherwise nice stay.
One of the most significant issues we encountered was the abysmal breakfast service. We were left waiting for a staggering hour before our breakfast was served. This level of delay is simply unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for guests' time and their hunger in the morning. It significantly impacted our plans for the day and left us feeling agitated.
Adding to the frustration, there were no intercoms available in the rooms to request service or communicate with the staff. This made it incredibly inconvenient to address any concerns or make simple requests. Basic amenities like intercoms should be standard in any decent resort, but unfortunately, they were sorely lacking here.
To make matters worse, the resort charges guests for drinking water beyond the first two bottles provided. This seemed incredibly unfair, as it should be a basic expectation that guests receive complimentary water throughout their stay. It felt like an unnecessary money-grab, and it left a sour taste in our mouths.
Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our experience was the apathetic attitude displayed by the owner. When we brought the delay in service to their attention, they appeared disinterested and couldn't be bothered to address our grievances. Their lack of empathy and willingness to resolve the issues demonstrated a severe lack of customer service focus and left us feeling unheard and disregarded.
It is disheartening to reflect on our stay at this resort, as it had the potential to be a truly enjoyable experience. However, the poor services, excessive waiting times, absence of intercoms, and disappointing interactions with the owner overshadowed any positive aspects. Horrible hospitality and service
Horrible experience of hospitality and services this beautiful property. They can't even keep their toilet flushes working, what else can we expect from them.
They offer stale beverages, breakfast and what not.

Good Place for a Weekend Plan!
Good Place & Amazing View!
- The property is old but has a brilliant location ie. Overlooking the Lake
- Rooms are huge and with ample space
- Modern Amenities are all in place
- Maintainence is low but considering how old the property is, its justified
- Cost is on the higher side and does not easily fit in the budget
- Serivces are ok and they take a lot of time
- Food quality is good but slow service
- Greenery and location make this place a superb one
- The lake side restaurant is amazing
- Liquor and parties are allowed
- Parking space is good
