My Experience at Treebo Trend Aquamarine
From the feedbacks posted on this property, I booked two rooms for 2 nights during Dasara in this property. The outside looks pleasing as soon as you arrive at the property.
My experience was in total the worst till date of all my travels. First we realized, all are interconnected rooms which was not specified at the time of booking. Though this is a personal preference, information needs to be made available.
Secondly, the bathroom in the room which was gives to us had leakage and water on the flloor. Though promises were made to repair, it was never done till we vacated
Thirdly, Breakfast on the morning was.....not sure whats the word to be used to describe....the site claims its a 3 star property and spread was , white colored watermelon as fruit, POha which was dry, bread butter and Jam. When questioned about the qulaity I was asked to eatit or vacate the property or to contact Treebo wich i did witout much success. Now icing on the cake, When i went to take pictures of the spread, things were taken back and hi inside. When I tried to barge in I was stopped. THings turned more interesting, with the Owner of the propoerty ( THis propoerty is not owned by Treebo andit is attached) called me mid day and siad I have manhandled the staff and I have to vacate immediately...not sure why he called me as my booking was with Treebo. I asked him to verify CC tv footage and things seem to have sorted out by itself by the time we cam back
Most of this had been escalated to Treebo central team and still awaiting some response...I withheld from writing the review all these days hoping some actions would be taken and the guests visiting in future wont suffer.....seem to have fallen on deaf ears...not sure if this post remains here or even if gets posted...to ensure it reaches out to all, I am posting i other sites as well

Terrible breakfast , rude staff and torn extra beds
One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed would be the perfect sentence to start this review. We were two families from Bangalore who booked online for 4th and 5th Oct 22 . As soon as we checked in , for our dismay , we saw the 2 rooms interconnected which we were not told while booking . In one of the bathrooms there was a leakage which they never rectified till we checked out. They provided us with extra beds which were torn. The next day morning for the breakfast there was only poha. The staff said that idly , dosa were there but were not complimentary. When we questioned them the staff spoke very rude and were arrogant. Overall a very bad stay for us .
