Feel like home
Excellent service overall from the staff to the spacious rooms, economical price to be at the water, location in the center of every restaurant. The person from the front desk Leidys and Leonel very welcoming, Mayelis from the Bar special sweet lady and Micksel and Moises Host waiter very professional and attentive. I recommended this hotel to everyone.

Amazing people and view
If you want to find a spot that has incredible views and the most hospitable people, I highly recommend this hotel. We were graciously welcomed like family as soon as we arrived. Moses and Austin in the restaurant and bar area made us feel at home with some wonderful conversations and felt like we made a new friendship there. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Bocas del Toro.

The bungalows seem charming enough, but you cannot sleep when they are partying at night at the restaurant/pool.

Nice hotel in a terrible town
Nice hotel in the middle of dirt. The room was clean, breakfast has a nice choice and very good. Staff was a little weird but nice. English was spoken by all but the maids. The loss of a star is because they let outsiders come in to use the pool. During the day there were families and it got crowded at times. I never used the pool because of this and I booked/paid to have one. I would have given it 2 less stars for the area and I wont be back but that's not the hotels fault. Town is dirty. Streets are sand and dust, open air restaurants were filthy, and somehow I got food poisoning. We were supposed to stay 11 nights but we left in 5 and lost all that money. It was a wreck.
