  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

An excellent stay at the resort. The trip went of well right from the reservation stage where in Mr Vivek Tuteja, Reservation Manager went out of the way to help in getting the booking done. The resort is close to Radhanagar beach where you can reach by walk and laze around. We got a complementary upgrade of room to the cottage as I was holding a TSG membership. Food was awesome. North Indian food ACTUALLY tasted north Indian without any hint of a local flavour. I liked this fact as any such alteration in the ingredients makes the food loose it's original taste.
Cottages were excellent as was the facility of swimming pool which was fully enjoyed by the kids. Overall, a place that provides a good stay for trip to Havelock.

Housekeeping is terrible ,had a very bad experience at the Spa, they charge a bomb but the service is below standards. The massage is worse than a 100 rs beach massage and they don't use hot towels to wipe off the excess oil due to which I had a fall. The hand shower or the bathroom showers did not work as well as the shampooo and soap dispensers. The towels are dirty and the room smelt musty. Although the repairing service was prompt. Just goes to show that the Housekeeping department don't check the rooms before allotting it to a guest. Hugely disappointed 😞

Excellent non-beach side property but near to Radhanagar beach
Stayed at TSG Blue resort for 02 days with my wife. Definitely it was a wonderful experience, I searched for multiple hotels before selecting this hotel. Excellent rooms and especially staff were very polite and welcomed with a pleasant smile. Food(Breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very delicious. If you would like to stay in this hotel, try to opt for all meals option(available only through their official website) as hotel is located near to Radhanagar beach no hotels are available nearby. Restaurant staff were very friendly especially chayan, Bhasir were very friendly and were always there to serve your needs. Finally, if you are looking for a non-beach side property(no need in my opinion since you go out to spend time at beaches only like kalapathar, elephant or radha nagar) go for this hotel without any doubt. value for money.

Top location average room quality
Location is very close to Radhanagar beach. walkable distance of 400 meters. So i would say this is big plus but room quality needs improvement.

Resort looks good from outside.
Room quality is below average.
power sockets are pain in you want to charge your phone.You need a strong pencil or pen if you want use the plug points :)
The geyser systems look outdated as well.you get too hot water or cold water.

Tout est moyen
L’hôtel est moyen : l’environnement naturel est plutôt sympa, les chambres sont moyennement propres et le wifi n’est disponible qu’à la réception et non dans les chambres…
Le personnel n’est pas a la hauteur, une organisation moyenne avec parfois quelques oublis…
La piscine est bien entretenue, assez belle et l’eau est bonne (température et qualité)
Le restaurant propose une gamme réduite au niveau du choix mais la qualité est plutôt bonne.

Un manque d'organisation et une inefficacité du personnel
L'hotel est situé à proximité de la plage Radhanagar. On peut y aller en marchant ce qui est plutôt pratique. Il n'y a cependant aucune autre commodité (restaurant, magasin) aux alentours: un paramètre a prendre en compte si vous reserver dans cet endroit. L'hotel propose néanmoins un service de transport.

Dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont corrects et confortables. L'hotel possède une de piscine et était en pleine expension lors de notre sejour.

Nous ne recommandons cependant pas cet hôtel du à leur manque d'organisation et de professionnalisme. Ils nous ont littéralement fait perdre notre temps.

Nous avons effectué et payé notre reservation pour deux nuits, un mois en avance. Arrivés sur les lieux, le personnel etait incapable de retrouver notre reservation. A croire qu'ils n'etaient pas préparé à nous recevoir. Bien que nous ayons une copie de notre confirmation de reservation, leur premier réflexe etait de nous dire que ce n'etait pas leur problème et que nous devions appeler nous meme notre agent pour comprendre pourquoi le TSG blue avait fait une erreur. Nous avons du les convaicre de faire leur travail pour qu'ils reglent eux même leur erreurs et nous donnent la chambre que nous avions réservée. Au final, plus aucune chambre n'etait disponible pour la premiere nuit... Nous avons etait rapatriés au Coral Reef Resort (un bon hotel avec piscine et acces direct a la mer). Compter une bonne heure d'attente voir plus pour regler cette histoire.

Nous avons effectués notre seconde nuit au TSG et avons bénéficié d'un buffet gratuit pour le dîner (c'etait la moindre des choses). L'hotel possede deux espaces restauration. Une salle pour les menus a la carte, une autre pour le buffet. Comme prevu, nous nous rendons au buffet, preparons nos assiettes et puis on nous fait comprendre que nous devons aller dans l'autre salle. Nous allons dans l'autre salle, on nous fait encore une fois comprendre que nous ne devons pas être la... Nous allons a la reception, qui nous confirme que nous avons bien droit au buffet pour le diner... Cette anecdote révèle un total manque de communication et d'organisation de la part du TSG blue Resort.

Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel !

Nicht nur für honeymooner...
Eine sehr liebevoll geführte Hotel-Anlage. Für europäische Standards sehr annehmbar (wenn man die notwendigen Einschränkungen berücksichtigt: Leitungswasser ist kein Trinkwasser - deswegen wird allabendlich desinfiziertes Wasser verteilt). Das Publikum besteht überwiegend aus gut situierten indischen "honeymoonern" (und deren Schwiegermüttern!!!). Das Frühstücksbuffet (und so man möchte, auch das Abendbuffet) ist daher indisch ausgerichtet. Wer das mag, gut...
Ebenfalls auch das à la carte bestellbare Essen ist empfehlenswert (habe die komplette Fischkarte "abgearbeitet", überwiegend wirklich fantastisch). Wer nicht mit "Curry" kann, hat beim Frühstücks-Buffet ein "kleines Problem" (es bleiben nur Toast, Marmelade und Eier); à la carte gibt dann auch thailändische und europäische Gerichte her. Die Lage der Hotel-Anlage ist fantastisch! In 5min. ist man zu Fuß am Hauptstrand No.7 (radhanagar). Der Managar hat dabei seine Gäste im Blick (es gibt, evtl auf Nachfrage, Strandtücher/Badematten). Je nach fußgängerischer Leistung sind auch andere Strände erreichbar. Einen Roller benötigt man -wenn man nur Strand, Schnorcheln und Erholung sucht- daher nicht. Das Touri-Zentrum liegt auf der anderen Inselseite und ist etwa 30 min. entfernt. Im Nachgang gesagt, haben wir mit dem TSG alles richtig gemacht. Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Man ist als Europäer (insbesondere Deutscher) der bunte Vogel - und das ist nicht negativ gemeint. Denn wirklich jeder ist interessiert, wie man gerade nach Havelock und ins TSG kommt. Fazit: Man muss ersteinmal die Idee entwickelt haben, in dieses wirklich wunderschöne Gebiet der Erde verreisen zu wollen und alle notwendigen Visa, Stempel und Bescheinigungen einsammeln (also das ist schon eine Herausforderung!!!). Hat man das dann und landet im TSG, ist der Urlaub ein highlight. Das smartphone verwandelt sich in eine Buchstütze (kein WiFi, kein Mobilfunk, nix!) und der einzig nervende Umstand ist das "Leistenkrokodil"! Für den klassischen backpacker ist das TSG allerdings der falsche Ort (da Preis und Publikum nicht mit backpacker übereinpassen; meint: sind nach 2 Tagen Anreise völlig zerrupft mit Rickscha und Rucksack vorgefahren -indische Gäste lassen sich klimatisiert in einer Limousine vorfahren-, was zu einer gewissen Verwirrung führte; zudem passt das Preisgefüge für backpacker überhaupt nicht). Sobald man aber eingecheckt hat, wird man sofort Teil der Anlage und ist überall sehr willkommen (da man ein sehr sehr seltener Gast ist und über das Heimatland dort eher wenig bekannt ist). Daher, sofort wieder - und traurig, dass ich nicht mehr dort bin. Empfehlung somit uneingeschränkt!!!!

Residence davvero bello
Il residence è posizionato ad una delle estremità dell isola indiana ovvero nei pressi della spiaggia n 7. Una spiaggia mozza fiato che si raggiunge anche a piedi in 5 minuti netti:) il mare qui è sempre agitato almeno ad agosto ma vale la pena di soggiornare nel resort TSG per godere delle bellezze dei colori della foresta e dell oceano. Il personale è davvero gentile e premuroso in tutto . La presentazione e dei piatti è da 6 stelle!!!! Consigliato assolutamente. Prezzo medio alto.
