What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Overpriced Mediocrity
First, I arrived to find that my booking had been cancelled “probably due to an error”. They offered me two nights instead of the originally booked 3 (at a MUCH higher rate), but I decided just to stay one night.
The room I stayed in was small, with no outside window….and very expensive.
I decided to stay in Sitges instead, beachfront hotel and nearly half the rate.

The Gay hotel to stay in Barcelona
Our stay at AXEL TWO HOTEL was outstanding. The room was excellent—modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and deck area on the roof, which provided a great spot to relax and unwind. The convenient breakfast option was a nice touch, ensuring we started our days off right. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our stay.
Highly recommended! We will definitely stay at AXEL TWO HOTEL again.

Ridiculous room design for too much $$$
If you are traveling with someone and are comfortable showering, doing your business without privacy and no mirror above the sink - this is the place for you. That some interior designer thought this design was trendy or cool in anyway…. This is not a 4 star hotel and it has seen much better days. At this price point you can do better. Will not return.

Unsettling Experience Due to Management Issues at Axel Two Barcelona
My stay at Axel Two Barcelona was marred by Supervisor Alexandra Gelabert's aggressive approach to a simple misunderstanding about a late checkout and a misplaced item. While the other staff were helpful and professional, Alexandra's behavior was confrontational, making me feel unsafe and unwelcome. She accused me of misconduct without cause and threatened police involvement, which was deeply unsettling. Despite the hotel's reputation, this experience was disappointing. Significant improvements in management are necessary before I can recommend this hotel.

Tutto OK, molto bello
La struttura ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze. L'hotel è molto nuovo, un po' caro ma ci sta. E' ben gestito e vicino a tutto (comunque c'è la metro). La mia stanza non era grandissima ma non mi andava di fare l'upgrade visto che era già abbastanza cara quella. La colazione è molto cara e visto che fuori ci sono bar, caffetteria e tanti altri posti, sono andato fuori e risparmiato più che la metà.
