Soggiorno a forte dei marmi
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e devo dire che qualità prezzo è davvero molto buono, camere grandi e spaziose dotate di buoni comfort, qualità del sonno buona in quanto molto insonorizzate e anche i cuscini buoni, (non è scontato), buona la qualità del ristorante e buona la colazione, sicuramente da tornarci.

Great chance discovery
We booked late in the evening, without any idea of ​​what the hotel would be like after calling other hotels nearby, all of which were fully booked. We were tired and nervous having arrived by ferry to Livorno with a terrible delay.

Already on the phone, the staff was courteous and when we arrived we were pleased with the proximity to the motorway toll booth and even more with the beautiful room, modern, bright, and comfortable. The ample parking is definitely a bonus, as is the fact that they welcome pets.

Breakfast was the icing on the cake, good quality and choice of sweet and savory, friendly staff. We got to explore the hotel a bit and we thought it was beautiful making us want to return at a better time.

Gorgeous Hotel
I was placed here with my friend when our flight was cancelled.
The Hotel was in such a beautiful spot in the mountains and the pool was fab and the outside seating area
The breakfast was massive with so much choice.
The only small complaint would be that there were stains on the bedding and pillow cases. They had been washed so wete clean but maybe a time for a change.

Family trip
We stayed here for 2 nights before going up the mountains for a wedding.
The hotel is very nice and was quiet.
The pool is very large and was cold.
The bar area was fantastic and comfortable.
The bedroom we had a 3 bed was nice but very basic. Thin walls so we could hear every movement of the people in the hall way which wasn’t ideal as we had a toddler.
We used the hotel bikes to go to forte de marmi which was amazing definitely recommend

Da ristrutturare
Per essere l’unico hotel UNA a forte dei marmi non è quello che ti aspetteresti: la struttura e’ datata, camere da ristrutturare, niente palestra, spazio esterno scarso. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ma ovviamente non riesce a compensare le carenze strutturali di questo hotel

Sono davvero dispiaciuta che la struttura abbia disatteso Le Sue aspettative, nonostante da 2 anni a tutt'oggi siano avvenuti importanti interventi di ristrutturazione, l'ultimo proprio inerente alle camere con la realizzazione della nuova tipologia Deluxe, novità 2024. E per il prossimo anno ne riserviamo altri per renderlo ancora più confortevole, fresco e moderno. Non é presente la palestra, ma disponiamo di piscina semi-olimpionica, 2 campi da tennis in terra rossa e mettiamo a disposizione gratuitamente le biciclette per meglio raggiungere i maggiori punti di interesse.

Ottimo buffet!
Ottimo aperitivo a bordo piscina con ricco buffet ed ottima musica.

Prezzo 25€ un po' caro ma siamo in Versilia.

L'unico difetto devono spegnere la musica presto per rispetto alle camere.

Senza problemi proseguiamo la serata all'Almarosa.

I prezzi del Forte all'uscita dell'autostrada
In viaggio verso altre spiagge toscane, usciamo dall'autostrada per ricaricare la nostra auto, dato che questo hotel ospita dei supercharger nel parcheggio. Mentre attendiamo una mezz'oretta che la macchina si carichi decidiamo di mangiare qualcosa al volo al bar.
Beh, sarebbe stato meglio andare in trattoria, perchè avremmo speso certamente meno di 24€ per mangiare 2 toast poco cotti e un brick di acqua. Serviti con una manciata di patatine del sacchetto, una cosa completamente senza senso. Se decidete di far pagare un toast quanto un buon piatto di pasta fatelo almeno bene, cribbio!!!
Ok, sulla carta siete a Forte dei Marmi ma certo la vostra location non giustifica questa ladrata.

Mi aspettavo un soggiorno migliore!
L'hotel è molto commercialista e un pò distante dal mare, è adatto per lavoro ma non adatto ad una vacanza. Si deve per forza prendere la macchina ho affittare le biciclette ma non è semplice con 2 bambini.
Inoltre necessita di un po di manutenzione, davanti la nostra stanza c'era una perdita d'acqua e nei piani superiori si avvertiva lo stesso problema.
La colazione è abbastanza buona, con prodotti commerciali .
Buona la pulizia e il personale è molto gentile.
Io lo definirei più un business hotel che un hotel destinato ad una vacanza

Great hotel in a good location
Great hotel in a good location for the motorway and to go down to the seafront, embraced by the mountain views. Clean, fresh and contemporary decor throughout the hotel. Rooms clean and tidy. One negative about the rooms is that the boiling of the kettle is located above 5ft high, apart from that the rooms are very nice. Pool is clean but a bit cool. Restaurant has a good selection of ala carte food at a fair price. All staff very polite. A big plus here also is the ample amount if car parking and electric charging.

Good stay
A good stay. Nice room over-looking the main road, mountains in the background. We didn’t hear the road at all. Basic but decent breakfast. Forte dei Marmi is a sweet place, pricey area but nice beaches etc.
Lots of parking available and a supermarket near by for supplies. Pool area looked nice but sadly closed in April.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour la somme de 1950 euros pour 2 adultes et deux enfants. Le cadre est sympa mais la salle de bains et les sols sont insalubres. Lors du règlement la direction a refusé de faire un geste commercial, visiblement nous aurions du râler, mais l’établissement loue ses chambres en tout état de cause puisque l’établissement est en travaux. Nous retrouvons dans la salle de bains, des moisissures, du caca sur la balayette, et j’en passe, vous le constaterez avec les photos. Une honte de louer des chambres dans cet état … Si des chambres sont réservées ainsi, je n’ose imaginer la cuisine … A fuir !

Bien et agréable
Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d’une mission professionnel
Emplacement parfait facile à trouver et proche de tout
Les chambres sont corrects, le petit déjeuner bien mais devrait être plus copieux, le point fort de l’hôtel la piscine vraiment spacieuse, très propre et agréable, l’extérieur autour également très confortable
Grand parking gratuit ce qui est un très bon point

Excelente
El hotel por fuera parece una cosa pero por dentro esta muy bien cama cómoda con todas las comodidades armarios amplios y modernos cerca de la salida de la autovía y cerca de la playa estación de tren y grutas, la recepción hablan en español y mui simpáticos ayudando en todo para el viaje, fuimos antes del check in y ellos recogieron las maletas para poder nosotros ir a ver la ciudad al llegar todas las maletas en la habitación, habitación con balcón y con mesa y sillas para no estar en cama toda la hora un hotel de 10

Café Bar unter luftigem Zelt beim Supercharger
Wir besuchten nur die Café Bar des Hotels, weil wir am dazugehörigen Supercharger das Auto laden wollten.
Die Atmosphäre unter dem weißen luftigen Zeltdach war sehr angenehm. Mit Blick auf das Schwimmbad des Hotels genossen wir leckeren Cappuccino und Kaltgetränke. Das Personal an der Bar war überaus freundlich und wir erhielten als Zugabe noch Croissants.

Für Teslafahrer sehr zu empfehlen! Ladeplätze teilweise sogar mit Beschattung!

Pésimo

Mal ubicado, sucio, descuidado, mala atencion, pésimo, preferí salirme y cambiar de hotel, las fotos que ponen son un engaño. Lastima que no hay estrellas negativas, una es demasiado para ellos. Cuando hicimos la reservación dice que está en el pueblo, cosa que no es cierta esta en la orilla, iba a estar 5 noches me las cobraron el 100% por adelantado, cuando llegamos estaba sucio en general cuartos, pasillos, elevador sabanas, la gente del hotel te atiende de mala gana, no hay gente que te reciba, etc... solo dormimos una noche y decidimos salirnos no me reembolsaron nada, no aplican la política de alguna penalización, en general una muy mala experiencia nos fuimos a otro hotel que se llama Negrezco el cual tiene 4 estrellas igual que este supuestamente y en el hotel Negrezco realmente se notan las estrellas que ostentan. PÉSIMO

Schlechtestes Hotel
Wir haben dieses Hotel über Check24 beim Reiseveranstalter Aurum Tours für 12 Übernachtungen mit Halbpension und Frühstück gebucht. Das Zimmer war auf der Seite zum Parkplatz und sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit das einzige Manko waren die Vögel die auf Buffet nach Nahrung gesucht haben. Das Schwimmbad ist ok und die Bademeister sehr zuvorkommend. Das absolute Highlight ist das Restaurant. Die Preise sind völlig überteuert und der Geschmack von dem was zubereitet wird ist katastrophal. Wir haben uns an der Rezeption über das Essen beschwert, der Hotelmanager hat uns daraufhin nach Rücksprache mit dem Reiseveranstalter einfach die Halbpension gestrichen ohne unsere Zustimmung. Ich kann nur jedem raten dieses Hotel zu meiden!!! Der Reiseveranstalter sollte überdenken dieses Hotel weiter anzubieten.

Bon rapport qualité-prix
Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il se situe à environ 2 km de la plage que nous avons choisi de rejoindre à pied tous les jours malgré la canicule. Les chambres sont tout à fait corrects, la salle de bain est propre. Les petits déjeuners également. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. La cuisine est bonne. Nous ne savons pas si c'était parce que nous n'étions pas en pleine saison mais il manque un peu d'animation (happy hour proposé mais pas un peu de musique sur un écran TV). En effet comme lu sur les autres avis, la moquette dans les couloirs et l'ascenseur seraient à changer car ça ne sent pas bon. L'hôtel est près de l'autoroute mais moi qui suis sensible au bruit, ça ne m'a pas dérangé.

Très bon accueil et chambre plus que correcte
L'accueil s'est fait en français.
Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu et nous avons pu bénéficier de la chambre directement.
La douche est un peu petite mais tout le reste était nickel.
Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

KUNDENSERVICE GLEICH NULL! NIE NIE WIEDER!
Ich habe 10 Zimmer reserviert und diese auch bezahlt. 10 Tage vor Anreise habe ich ein der Zimmer stornieren wollen, was auch möglich war, habe aber das Geld nie bekommen. Haufen faule Ausreden dafür bekommen!!! NIE NIE NIE wieder!!!

Nous sommes reste une nuit dans cette hôtel. Les chambres sont très sobres, toute blanche, minimalistes, mais très propres. Par contre petit bémol sur le restaurant... Très long, les plats n'arrivent pas ensemble du tout... Et ce n'est pas très bon....

Die Lage ist nicht berauschend, an der Hauptstraße gelegen, bei offenem Fenster hört man dauerhaft den Straßenlärm, Pool naja, Restaurant passt sich an, Zimmer selbst sauber und ok, mit Balkon deutlich besser. Fahrräder zum leihen ( 8 € je) - bequem zum radeln in die City und an den Strand- nächste Buchung eher ohne Pool aber mehr im Hotspot

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip oder eine längere Reise
Wir waren im Mai 2017 für 10 Nächte im UNA Hotel Forte dei Marmi.
Das Hotel ist direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt Versilia gelegen. Allerdings haben wir keinerlei Verkehrslärm gehört und haben von der guten Anbindung an die Städte Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und Carrara profitiert.
Unser Zimmer war geräumig und immer sehr sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurden die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt.
Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war gut und es war für jeden etwas dabei.
Auch der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel war kostenfrei und teilweise sogar mit einem Sonnenschutz versehen.
Das Personal war immer sehr nett, zuvorkommend und stets auf das Gästewohl bedacht.
Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Room Service. Das Essen (eine Pizza und ein Sandwich) waren Fertigware und leider ohne jegliche Liebe zum Essen zubereitet. Getoppt wurde das allerdings, von einer Roomservice Gebühr in Höhe von 10€. Daher, lieber auswärts oder direkt im Hotel Restaurant essen gehen.
Ansonsten war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir können das Hotel jedem empfehlen und würden es auch immer wieder buchen.

Agradable Sorpresa
Llegamos al hotel sin demasiada expectativa. Decidimos visitar Forte dei Marmi a ultimo minuto en un viaje recorriendo la Toscana en moto. Teníamos pensado parar en algún Agriturismo cerca de Lucca pero no resulto fácil reservar así que sobre la hora reservamos este hotel por Booking. Era una opción económica comparado con el resto de los hoteles en la zona, así que no sabíamos bien que esperar ya que nunca nos habíamos hospedado ni conocíamos la cadena UNA . Para nuestra sorpresa el hotel era más de lo que esperábamos, excelente cuarto en perfecto estado muy limpio, baño comodo y ducha impecable. El hotel en si es aparentemente orientado a congresos y no tiene mucho que ver con el estilo de Forte dei marmi pero brinda una excelente plataforma para conocer la ciudad y sus playas. El desayuno es excelente, con todo tipo de comidas frías, calientes, frutas, etc. Si bien no la usamos tiene una hermosa piscina de gran tamaño y canchas de tenis. Es sin duda una excelente e inteligente opción para visitar Forte dei Marmi. La única objeción para plantear es que no ofrecen WIFI gratuito...
