Unique Palacio San Telmo

Muy buena ubicación a un paso de Av. de Mayo y de la 9 de Julio. La habitación es cómoda con buenas sommier y colchones. La estrella de este Hotel es la recepcionista Antonella. Conoce las líneas de colectivo, donde están las paradas, te recomienda restaurantes... y siempre amable.

Hotel perfecto para su categoría de tres estrellas. Excepcional atención del personal de la recepción y del de la cafetería. Limpieza impecable. Ubicación ideal para conocer la Manzana de las Luces, la Plaza de Mayo y el Museo del Bicentenario. Estación de metro próxima. Buen desayunador, con opción de desayuno buffet o a la carta.
Siendo algo quisquillosa, podría objetar que la insonorización de las habitaciones no es ideal. Pero este problema no es demasiado grave. Lo mismo ocurre con la falta de cochera, que se suple con la existencia de varios estacionamientos en la zona.

Che Buenos Aires sia oramai molto pericolosa è cosa nota; ma che ti consigliassero di uscire senza orologio o telefonino, per poi derubarti in albergo non era prevedibile. Il portiere si è offerto di tenermi il telefonino mentre andavamo a cena, per poi inventarmi una poco credibile storia, secondo cui due bambini gli avrebbero rubato il telefono. La direttrice (probabile complice) si è offerta di farmi risarcire dalla loro assicurazione (immaginate il tempo perso per denuncia e lettere inutili) poi, tornato in Italia, mi ha chiesto più tempo per le pratiche assicurative. In seguito, quando sono scaduti i termini per esprimere la mia valutazione su Booking, ha smesso di rispondermi e da allora tutto tace, nonostante molti solleciti anche da parte di amici argentini. Ho dovuto ricomprare L'I Phone a B. Aires, perché lo uso per lavoro e li ha un prezzo esagerato: mi è costato il doppio di quanto lo avrei pagato in Italia.
L'hotel è molto vecchio, in una zona solitaria (rischiosa a piedi) e la pulizia delle camere lascia decisamente molto da desiderare.

Ci dispiace profondamente per l'incidente che si è verificato durante il suo soggiorno nel nostro hotel, in cui due giovani adolescenti hanno rubato il suo telefono presso la reception. La sua sicurezza e il suo comfort sono di estrema importanza per noi, e prendiamo molto seriamente questo incidente.

Comprendiamo che sia stato un disagio significativo per lei e apprezziamo la sua comprensione durante questa situazione. È vero che ci siamo offerti di coprire il costo del telefono, in quanto ci sentiamo responsabili di quanto è accaduto nelle nostre strutture.

Per garantire la sicurezza di tutti i nostri ospiti, abbiamo preso immediatamente misure per evitare che situazioni simili si ripetano. Da ora in poi, non consentiremo più agli ospiti di caricare i loro telefoni presso la reception. Stiamo revisionando e migliorando le nostre procedure di sicurezza per prevenire futuri incidenti.

Ci scusiamo profondamente per i disagi causati e speriamo che consideri la possibilità di darci un'altra opportunità in futuro. Siamo impegnati a fornire un ambiente sicuro e piacevole per tutti i nostri ospiti.

Centrally located hotel in San Telmo, short walking distance from all the mayor sights. Quiet street, amazing helpful staff that spoke very well English. Big rooms and a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.
Enough place to store all our big suitcases and still have enough place to move around freely in the room.

Great hotel, perfect location, clean and comfortable. Huge bed. The staff were all great, felt like a 4 star at least. With a few more amenities I’m sure it would be. Really recommend. Good value for money.

Excellent location, good rooms, decent Wi-Fi (at times gone in the rooms), delicious breakfast. I found a good deal, read reviews and went for it. Don’t regret it. Close to subways, important landmarks, nice friendly staff

The hotel is downtown and has excellent rooms, facilities and breakfast. the elevator is large and spacious, in general it is very comfortable for a passing traveler. It is a great place for business trip.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the San Telmo district. The employees are quite wonderful. This is a full service hotel and you can include breakfast (or not). We didn’t do breakfast here so I have no comment on that. but the room was perfect and we got lucky as there is a 15% discount for Jan and Feb on their website.

Chambre assez grande mais pas de poubelle, le ménage est à revoir (draps tachés, salle de bain avec saleté, cuvette des wc sale avec des odeurs nauséabondes) - des que l’on tire la chasse tout glougloute ! On a pas envie de sortir ces affaires. Pas assez de prises (aucune a côté du lit). Insonorisation catastrophique (bruit de ventilation, de canalisation, de tôle lorsque vous êtes à côté du local service). On entend les gens parlés !
La salle de bain rien pour poser les affaires dans la douche, porte manteau dans la douche donc serviette mouillée qui a un problème d’évacuation donc c’est une baignoire ! Pas de protège cheveux alors même que c’est un pommeau au plafond donc cheveux trempés car en plus ça fuit … petit déjeuner très léger en terme de qualité. bref rien n’est correct pour un hôtel au cœur du quartier des affaires de Buenos Aires !

L'hôtel est très correct, très bon accueil. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais très propres, par contre c'est vrai nous entendions la clim le soir, mais avec la fatigue de la journée, on s'endort vite. Sa situation permet de tout visiter à pied. Le moins bien serait le petit déjeuner, un peu léger.

Mi sono recato in questo Hotel per una notte e sicuramente ci tornerò in futuro. Camere pulite, personale super disponibile. Unica pecca la via in cui si trova, non ispira sicurezza ma è a due passi dal centro!

Hotel 3 stelle e le vale tutte, anche qualcosa in più considerati molto 4 stelle in giro per il mondo. Struttura moderna, Camera doppia sufficientemente ampia, personale gentilissimo, colazione a buffet buona. Più vicina a Plaza de Mayo e quindi a Microcentro che non al cuore di San Telmo, che resta comunque a due passi.

Sehr ordentliches Stadthotel in guter, zentraler Lage. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, recht groß und relativ neu eingerichtet.Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings ziemlich laut. Das Personal am Empfang ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. W-Lan auf den Zimmern ausgezeichnet. Frühstück gibt es im angrenzenden Cafe, allerdings ist das Frühstück sehr simpel und spartanisch!

Das Hotel liegt 2 Blocks seitlich der Av.de Mayo, SUBTE Piedra.
Großes Bad, neue renovierte Zimmer, gutes Bett, überall gutes schnelles WLAN. Sauber. Aber der Verfall von BA ist ringsum deutlich zu sehen, aber keinerlei kriminelle Bedrohung, sichtbar oder spürbar. Ich selbst hab mich in BA nie unsicher gefühlt. Frühstückstafel im Haus. Ich bin immer in die umliegenden Cafés gegangen da dies einhamisches und 50er Jahre Flair hat.

Waren während unseres Buenos Aires Aufenthalts für 3 Nächste im Merit San Telmo, das eine zentrale Lage zwischen Avendia de Mayo und San Telmo hat und noch dazu ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Unser Zimmer war groß und geräumig und die Ausstattung schien noch verhältnismäßig neu zu sein. Safe vorhanden. Ebenso kostenfreies Wifi. Personal hilfsbereit und mit guten Tipps.
Frühstück ist eher minimalistisch, aber rund um das Hotel gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten sich zu verköstigen. Toll wäre auch ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer gewesen. Das wären die einzigen beiden Kritikpunkte.
In jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur einen Katzensprung von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. So man gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist, kann man die Fußgängerzone (Avenida Florida), das Cafe Tortoni, den Placa de Mayo, die U-Bahnlinie A und selbst das Teatro Colon unmotorisiert erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist so gesehen sehr gut. Angenehm ist auch, dass bei der Rezeption zwei kostenfreie Internet-Terminals bereit stehen. Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit kann man nicht klagen.

War hier mehrere Tage im September 2015 und muss sagen das Hotel ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas kleiner dafür hat es alles was man braucht besonders sehr bequeme Bixspringbetten und ein großes Bad. Zwar bietet das Hotel kein Frühstück, was jedoch mitten in Buenos Aires kein großes Problem darstellt (2 Querstraßen weiter ist dad Café Mayo sehr zu empfehlen).
FAZIT: Top Hotel mit hervorragendem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis 👍
