Confortable et calme
J'y suis arrivée de France à 21h pour repartir le lendemain 7h pour Iguazu. Je ne peux noter l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Hôtel d'apparence vieillot, chambre au 5° étage très grande et confortable pour se remettre de 13h d'avion. Personnel peu accueillant, peu aidant. La carte clé de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai dû faire 3 A/R 5° étage /réception alors que je n'avais qu'une envie Dormir ! avant qu'un réceptionniste se décide à monter au 5° étage et l'ouvrir. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Céntrico y confortable
Hotel con muy buena ubicación, céntrico y a pocas calles de la Plaza de Mayo, Obelisco, etc (sobre todo si eres buen caminante).-
Habitaciones cómodas, camas confortables y con desayuno algo escaso en variedad, como opinión critica.-
El personal muy atento, nos resolvieron una incidencia con el termo de la ducha en cuestión de minutos, así como, nos facilitaron adaptadores para enchufes del tipo "argentino".-
Buena conexión WiFi y, como detalle para sus clientes, dispone de unas duchas de cortesía por si después de hacer el Check-out sales a recorrer la ciudad para hacer tiempo y te apetece una ducha antes de aeropuerto (nuestro caso); detalle muy de agradecer.-

A fuir!
La Clim ne marche pas, la porte de la SDB frotte sur les WC à la fermeture, les arrivées et évacuations d'eau de la SDB ainsi que la prise électrique ne tiennent pas, le lavabo est bouché, le sol de la douche est sale et abîmé, faux contact dans la lampe de chevet, les poubelles des WC de la réception ne sont pas vidées régulièrement et le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas professionnel, n'écoute pas et prend les clients (pas que nous) pour des imbeciles. Par contre la jeune serveuse du petit déjeuner est très méticuleuse, efficace et sympathique, autre chose positive est que nous avons pu laisser nos grosses valises à la consigne de l'hôtel pendant notre voyage itinerant. Les chambres DOIVENT être restaurées et entretenues et les réceptionnistes formés!

Buena Experiencia
Buena ubicación, habitaciones confortables. Personal muy amable.
El desayuno esta bueno, solo que los turistas extranjeros (bra/alem) hacen uso y abuso de el, vi llenar termos de café para llevarse, levantarse hasta 6 facturas a la vez, preparar sandw. Para llevarse, pararse al lado del termo de cafe y tomar repetidas veces y la falta de higiene de estos hace que los ascensores apesten realmente.
