When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Lovely experience
This is our 2nd visit, it was amazing and so relaxing. Quality of food and taste was awsome. Management was very good. Resort is so beautiful. Soori and Oreo both dogs are very friendly. Staff is so coperative. We enjoyed alot. Very peacefull place to visit.

Magnificent property
Was looking for a hotel in binsar on TripAdvisor for our annual summer hill vacations when I stumbled upon this listing. Though nowhere near binsar, the pictures and reviews on TripAdvisor tempted me to try it out. The booking process was very smooth. Unfortunately, it took us very long to reach the resort from delhi due to highway blockages. As soon as we reached the resort, we were sure of experiencing one of the best holidays. The highlight of the resort is their service and food. The view from the restaurant area is the icing on the cake. We stayed for 5 nights, and believe me, we didn't have one dull moment. The resorts facilities are well maintained and there is enough to keep the whole family engaged. If I have to find a fault, I would suggest to keep stricter norms for the swimming pool area. Guests should not be allowed to use the pool without proper swimwear. Rest all was perfect. Special recommendation for their GM Mr. Mukesh Dabral, who was always accommodating of our requests. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacay in the hills

Excellent service by the staff of Vatsyaana resort. Starting from their lunch , dinner and high everything was on point. The mesmerising view near the pool area and the unmissable musical nights of as something out of the box. Special thanks to “KESHAV “ for making our birthday videos extraordinary and “DINESH “ for taking care of all our meals and serving it with utmost dedication.
