When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Hotel desordenado Cobran de mas
Hotel con buenas instalaciones lo mejor es la ubicación cerca a la playa y al aeropuerto, buen aislamiento acústico en cuanto a los aviones, sin embargo, por dentro es pésimo se escucha lo que hablan en los pasillos y en las habitaciones continuas, Lo per es lo desordenado de la recepción y su administración, al llegar no había sistema tuve que dejar mi tarjeta de crédito escrita a mano en un papel, luego me llaman al cuarto que no pudieron tomar la garantía, baje a hacerlo manualmente, sin embargo minutos más tardes toca en el cuarto un jefe de seguridad por lo mismo que necesitaba la garantía y que me habían bloqueado los accesos al cuarto y al hotel, por poco me sacan, baje a recepción a explicar que ya lo habían tomado y no me creían tuve que mostrar los movimientos de mi tarjeta la cual lo habían tomado dos veces , días después de hacer el check out me apareció en la tarjeta de crédito dejada como garantía un cargo cobrado del hotel que nadie me responde y me da explicación y menos me lo devolvieron, tened cuidado con las tarjetas de crédito de los huéspedes. Además en la tarde que me aloje la alarma de incendio sonó por más de una hora de seguido y no la podían apagar un hotel con una administración pésima y desordenado que no sabe de procedimientos cobrándole de más a sus huéspedes.

OK but expensive
Quite ok hotel, descent rooms, ok staff and well working wifi. AC was super efficient but also noisy.
Hotel is undergoing renovation (which they hide during boking) so expect noise during daytime. Value for money is low but that goes for entire San Juan.

Average at best.
We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Staff was nice. Lobby is very pretty. Rooms were not impressive for the amount we paid. Outdated, peeling paint, stained carpet, chipped tile and cracked bathroom counter.Charged $2 a day for maid service, they came twice during our week stay. Charged for the business center when we never used it. Breakfast is included but only for 2 people per room, so not great for a family.
Location is great, easy walk to beach, food and a cvs. Would not choose to stay here again due to the room conditions.

Fun and worth the one day stay.
Exterior of the hotel is very nice and pretty. The main lobby and staff are very nice. If you are looking for a one night stay because your cruising the following day, it's worth the stay. The room was average and the bathroom was very small. Great view to see the planes come in ( if you're into that). My only real disappointment was there were no washcloth available in anyone of my family rooms. We did have delicious food at the " Embassy Hotel" next door called La Cueva del mar Isla Verde. OMG the mofongo was delicious!!

Not worth staying here
The a/c was always freezing cold. There was no adjusting the thermostat. The king bed was very uncomfortable and had a cheap thin mattress. Laundromat worked the first night and then we were unable to use it. The facility seemed rundown. The hotel was close to another hotel that had a casino. That was the only good thing about this stay.
