What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. buona esperienza in Algarve
l'hotel vlla gale marina buon hotel con belle camere con vista. il ristorante molto valido ottimo cibo, vario e ben cucinato. bella piscina e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. vicino a villamoura si possono fare belle gite.Villamoura si è sviluppata intorno alla marina , però questa zona era già nota ai romani con testimonianze di scavi di Cerro de Vila.

Could do better
Hotel dated, needs a refresh. Not enough clothes storage for two people. Main gripe was the very noisy behaviour round the pool and on balconies of yobbish golfers old enough to know better . Needs security to keep the noise down. Restaurant was fine. Not a family hotel. Would not return.

Ruined by anti social behaviour
My daughter and grandson were staying here while myself and my husband were staying in a different hotel. My grandson absolutely loved the pools and had great fun at the Neptune club. A lovely hotel with friendly staff who were helpful and kind.
After a delayed flight, she was offered room service as she had missed dinner- a lovely touch.
We visited to help with our grandson and on her last day she went parasailing with my husband while I stayed at the hotel to care for my grandson. We were by the pool when, suddenly our senses were assaulted by loud hollering from the balconies to the pool area. A group of men had arrived and some sat monopolising the little pool whilst others shouted and hollered from their balconies to the group below. Swearing and shouting and just generally anti social behaviour.
We couldn’t wait to get away and there were others around the pool who looked very uncomfortable. It was absolutely awful and should not be allowed at a family hotel. Luckily it was her last day and we didn’t have to be around these people. Absolutely no regard for anyone else around the pool other than themselves.

Volveremos sin duda!
Desayuno variado, habitaciones con vistas muy buenas sobre la marina de Vilamoura; Filipe fue muy simpático en el restaurante; la verdad es que hemos disfrutado mucho, es un hotel superrecomendable! Así da gusto pasar unas vacaciones.

Recomendaría el hotel a mis amigos para estar un lugar tan lindo como Vilamoura
Buen desayuno, personal simpático especialmente en recepción Liliana, bien localizado, cerca de la Marina con muchos restaurante y bares. En general buen servicio y atento de todos departamentos.
