    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Excelentes vacaciones en familia!
Hola, es la tercera vez que pasamos unos días en este hotel y estamos encantados por todo en general, las habitaciones, piscinas, la comida y el servicio por el buen trato y amabilidad con los clientes, que nos crean un buen ambiente y comodidad.
Lógicamente con el personal que más contactos tenemos son los camareros y animadores por lo que quiero reseñar los nombres de las personas con las que más contactos hemos tenido sin menoscabo de todos los demás (la lista sería muy larga y no retengo tantos nombres)
Recuerdo a Carla, Pollo, Miriam, Ángel, Sergio, Javer, Francisco....
Y aúnque no sepa los nombres, resalto el buen trato del personal de cocina, recepción, limpieza y mantenimiento..

Better on picture than in reality.
The service and staff delivered beyond expectations.

Gives the impression of being much more than it is.
Room cleaning corresponded more to a 2-star hotel.
As there was still a lot of dust on the floor, cups and saucers were not washed, and the bed linen was rarely changed (only made up), we had to take off the bed linen and put it on the floor for this to be changed.
The glass railing on the veranda was not washed at all during the entire stay (14 days)

Traumurlaub mit Familie
Es war ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub! Das Hotel ist wirklich ein Traum. Unsere Kinder hatten unglaublich viel Spass, vor allem die Animation. Jeden Morgen und Abend wurde Fussball angeboten. (Abends sogar um 21:15Uhr, hatten wir noch in keinem Hotel) Und natürlich noch viele andere Spiele... Vielen Dank an Carla und "Rudi", ihr habt das so toll gemacht, unsere Kinder lieben euch! Wir hoffen wir sehen euch nächstes Jahr im VIVA blue wieder!
Auch Essen und die Getränke waren spitze, Cocktails geschmeckt wie Zuhause, Eiscreme super lecker!

Great Stay - Would Recommend

Great place to stay with your kids
Perfect stay
We had a great time there.
Nice clean room, great pools. Food was also good. The staff was welcoming and the nicest people. Specially the team that was involved with the kid activities was so great.

Our 3 y.o. daughter talks about it all the time. She wants to go back and dance in the evening at the pirate mini disco 😀

All in all a great place to stay with your kids.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub!
Sehr abwechslungsreiche Animation für Kinder aller Altersgruppen. Es gab sogar Bauen von Lego-Robotern mit Animateurin Carla. Generell super aufmerksames Personal. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Essen. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft und Lage nah am Strand. Wir kommen wieder.

INCREÍBLE HOTEL
Hemos pasado una explendida noche en el viva blue cenando en la carta, gracias por el trato de todos los camareros y el excelente servicio de manu en la carta y en general de todos los camareros por su atención y amabilidad como, parce, julio, angel, hemos estado como en casa, volveremos sin duda, gracias también a agustin y enrique por tratarnos como en casa, el mejor el blue

Zum 2ten Mal ein gelungener Urlaub ❤️
Zum zweiten Mal hier und schon wieder total begeistert. Besonders Carla,Miriam und Jesi sind durch ihre freundliche und zuvorkommende Art hervorzuheben. Die Kellner der Restaurants sind top, und das Essen auch sehr gut und bietet viel Auswahl! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Una settimana da sogno!!!
È stata una settimana meravigliosa.
Il posto è bellissimo, lo staff è fantastico.
La struttura è fornita di ogni comfort ed area ricreativa.
La pulizia è ottima in ogni zona del resort, camere complete di tutto, il cibo è buono e molto vario,ce n'è per ogni gusto o esigenza.
L'animazione è professionale, divertente e mai invadente!

Très bon séjour qui se termine en apothéose grâce au thème d'Halloween !
Halloween à Viva Blue, c'est exceptionnel, tant au niveau de la déco que du buffet à thème et tous les membres du personnel sont déguisés. Super ambiance !!! Buffets variés chaque soir et nourriture très bonne.

Vacanze estive
È un'ottimo hotel per trascorrere una bella vacanza a Mallorca. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante. La pulizia è perfetta. Il personale a partire dall'animazione, Federica, Julieta, Rhody, Maria, Nikol e Serena, e i camerieri in particolare Sito, Cesar, Javer, Angel, Francisco e il maitre Augustin. Complimenti al direttore e al sub direttore per l'ottima gestione di tutto l'hotel. Consiglio a tutti questo hotel.

Vacanze 2023
Sono stato al Viva un grande hotel lo staff di animazione eccellente il servizio eccellente i camerieri e il maitre ottimi il Direttore del hotel e il vice persone super Eccellenti. Consiglio a tutti questo hotel per le vacanze. Il mio obbiettivo x il 2024 è quello di tornarci.

Superbe
C'est un hôtel fantastique pour les familles car tout est adapté aux familles et il y a toutes sortes de commodités. Je tiens à souligner l'excellent buffet de la nourriture, au bar de la piscine, la nourriture n'est pas très bonne mais c'est acceptable. Les animations le soir sont super et juste à côté il y a une magnifique plage pour en profiter !!!!!

Il piacere di scrivere una bella recensione
Siamo appena tornati dopo aver soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel 7 giorni- è stata una piacevole scoperta!!! Ottima accoglienza, splendida atmosfera, ambiente pulito e attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura del cliente. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, il letto era comodissimo. La colazione piu' che abbondante con molta varietà e tutto di prima qualità. E che dire dello staff...sin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo respirato da subito una cortesia ed una ospitalità genuina e simpatica che ci hanno conquistati. La posizione è ottima! E' sicuramente un hotel che vi consiglio volentieri e in cui torneremo sicuramente con piacere❤️.

Esperienza eccezionale
Tutto un generale ottimo. Le strutture sono favolose e il personale è eccezionale. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e spaziose, anche con viste incredibili. Tutti i pasti erano deliziosi. Sicuramente é un'esperienza da ripetere.

Super séjour
Complexe hôtelier excellent. Très Bien entretenu, propre et accueillant.
Les seuls petits points négatifs sont le fait que le français ne soit quasiment pas parlé ( nous arrivions quand même à nous faire comprendre ) la piscine extérieure qui n'est pas chauffée et dernier point pour moi le manque de matériel de nettoyage balais ou aspirateur ( je précise que le nettoyage est fait par le personnel plusieurs fois par semaine j'aime bien repasser un petit coup de balais avant d'aller au lit ) nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet établissement.

Parfait pour les familles !
Nous avons passé une semaine de très grande qualité en famille :
- chambre rénovée et confortable
- restaurants qualitatifs et beaucoup de choix
- personnel très sympa
