What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

I've been to Flora Vythiri resort and our experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. Special thanks to Sujith for ensuring our check-in was seamless and welcoming. Noorbina at the reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The resort is beautifully nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a serene environment that instantly relaxes the mind. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.
A definite highlight of our visit was the culinary delights prepared by Executive Chef Sajeer. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing fresh ingredients and exquisite flavors that surpassed our expectations. Sajeer made sure to personally visit each guest to take their feedback.
Additionally, Jaleel, the bell boy, provided attentive service with a friendly demeanor whenever we needed assistance.

Amazing Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Flora Vythiri with our toddler :).
The property is beautifully located in calm and peaceful surroundings.
The rooms are well appointed and large with all the required amenities.
We loved the breakfast buffet and dinner; they had a good variety of spreads. Don't miss their Kerala parotta and tawa parotta with the gravy of your choice for dinner.
We surely recommend everyone and we Would stay again in the future as well!
The staffs were very friendly and helpful, and they catered to all our needs efficiently.
Special mention to the front office desk Mr.Sujith. He took care of us really well.

Location, View and Food-Top class
Rooms are really good. We experience the tea garden and mountain view, Best I can say. You won't find any buildings nearby which I like the most. You can feel and enjoy the silence.10/10. Must Visit
Amazing resort with a beautiful view and some delicious food. The staff are amazing too with a smile on their face all the time. Will definitely come back here!! Good service and the main attraction is the ambiance.staff service is very good. One of the main thing is pool timing. The presentation given by the naturist was excellent. The place is really ecoist. The quality of food was nice and the activities included in the package was good.
