Worst experience
Being a frequent traveller, I faced the worst experience ever at this place…..Insensitive and rude owner and that too when a child is there…..worst thing is no electricity the entire night….wasted money staying at this place. I do not recommend this place to any one.

Very very bad approach road to the property.

Amazing and refreshing view
The place is next to the backwaters, very calm and relaxing environment. We got to see the sunset on the 1st day, it was mesmerising. In the morning, you can see the blooming lotus, very pretty view. Good service and support by staff. The pool is small but good for kids. We saw more options for food during weekends. Overall, great place to stay.

Un site incroyable mais une déception énorme
Quelle déception ! Un site incroyable et une vue splendide sur les backwaters depuis notre bungalow….. mais quel gâchis ! Nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner dans la piscine, celle ci avait tourné et était trouble sans que cela ne choque l’équipe de l’hôtel. Les salles de bain sont très vétustes et nous avons presque tous pris une douche froide, l’eau chaude étant inexistante. La nourriture du restaurant est bonne mais il ne faut rien attendre du service. Bref un site avec un potentiel énorme mais qui aurait besoin d’un bon coup de rénovation et de beaucoup de management.
