What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Struttura sulla spiaggia
Passato solo un giorno in attesa del volo notturno di rientro, questa struttura che ci ha accolti comunque anche se in pieno agosto Zona molto alla mano ma con tutti i servizi Buono anche il bar con patio coperto e fresco con possibilita di snack e anche pranzo uso piscina e sdraio in spiaggia inclusi nel prezzo appartamento Dotati di asciugamani Piscina ok per bimbi Propietari molto cortesi e disponibili

"Herrliche Strandlage"
Wir haben nur die Windmill Strandbar besucht bei unserem Kretaurlaub. Hier ist der Strand wunderbar gelb und sehr fein. Zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm kosten täglich 5 Euro. Hier kann man gemütlich was trinken und auch eine Kleinigkeit essen. Es ist nichts besonderes, aber für zwischendurch o.k. Alles ist tiefgefroren und kommt dann in die Friteuse.

Fab Beach Bar
Although I wasn't staying at the apartments, I did visit Windmill beach bar a couple of times during my week in Malia.
It's a fab location with great views of the ocean and little island just off Malia. Had drinks and bar snacks on both of my visits, and these were very nice and reasonably priced.
I'll defintitely go back to Windmill when I'm next in Malia.

Lovely stay
We had to find a hotel after arriving in Malia and finding that our hotel was not
suitable. Everything was perfect. Loved the closeness to the sea and the very friendly staff of this family run hotel.

Si può migliorare
Struttura bella con una piscina molto affollata, bar in spiaggia ma quello che voglio aggiungere e la pulizia e la cucina del appartamento che lasciano desiderare. Appena arrivati nella cucina troppe formiche e sporco x terra. Al posto di andare in spiaggia siamo rimasti a disinfettare e pulire. Molto sporco Posso capire la sabia ma la sporcizia no. Il frigo dalla cucina sporco al nostro arrivo e Nel arco di una settimana non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di pulizie a parte cambiò dei asciugamani ( abbiamo avuto questi asciugamani x tre giorni mostro foto) E carta igienica. Poi x qualsiasi informazione non ho mai trovato nessuno alla reception. Wi-Fi nelle stanze inesistente e purè la tv. SIG ALBERGATORE sarebbe opportuno che dia più attenzione anche alla struttura non solo al bar della spiaggia.
