What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

It was one of the most wonderful experience. Celebrated my birthday on the Houseboat..The crew took care of us all along ..food made by Ranjeet chef was scrumptious.. Everything was smooth from boarding till disembarkation ..
We had taken a two night cruise and at the end we felt it was way too less, next time will definitely opt for three or four nights cruise ..

Highlight of our tour
This was the highlight of our South India holiday and we will highly recommend. The captain and chef onboard took care of us from the time we on boarded our deluxe honeymoon houseboat. The bedroom was fully air-conditioned, upper relaxing deck had a large fan and was undercover too.
The Kerala lunch was amazing with fry fish, sambal and rice.
Dinner was jumbo prawns and mud crabs Kerala style.
Next morning breakfast onboard had fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit, omelette and masala tea.
Great to take families in the larger vessels with 2 or 3 bedrooms.

From the moment we stepped on board the very clean river cruiser and were greeted by the friendly team of 4, we knew this would be just what we needed.Comfortable accommodation,outstanding vegetarian food for all 3 meals and wonderful service. Highly recommend

The most incredible experience - highly recommend!
The most incredible time staying on a beautiful houseboat (Chalaryi) and cruising the backwaters of Kerala. The team (Sony, Manoj, JJ and Joby) were amazing, so attentive to our every need. The chef prepared the most wonderful meals, and we loved trying the traditional food, tailored to our specific tastes! They were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was a trouble and we felt so comfortable and safe under their care. We would highly recommend Xandari because of the wonderful experience the team provided us with! The facilities exceeded our expectations - the room was so comfortable, beyond many hotels! There was AC and a well equipped bathroom with everything we needed! We truly felt spoiled in this authentic but luxurious, very unique experience! We will definitely return! Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer and book several nights! Thank you so much for everything - it was truly perfect!
