  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?

A great first AI beach holiday experience
This hotel was recommended by a friend and seemed to tick all our boxes for our first AI holiday. We had a 2 bedroom family suite which was ideal and perfect for our needs. Check in was easy and all the staff were brilliant, always engaging with our son which made him feel special.
We did get entertainment noise from the hotel next door but luckily it stopped by about 11pm each night so not too much disturbance.
The pools are great, and 2 family ones were heated which was a godsend as the unheated pool was too cold to use. Shame as it was the biggest but always empty.
We did get hassled on the first couple of days by the spa and boat trip reps but it died down.
we loved the foam party on the beach, but the evening entertainment could have been more varied. There were some really late beach parties, starting at 11.30pm, but most people were there with kids so not really something we could stay up for. In half terms maybe change the program to accommodate this?
The food was good although my fussy eaters struggled with lunch and dinner. It would be good to have more ice cream/snack options during the day and not just the same 2 flavours of ice cream in a tiny tub.
The booking of the a la carte restaurants was a bit of a pain as I wasn't told at check in that this was booked via a QR code in the lobby so when I found out 2 days later, it said there was no availability for the rest of our stay at any time! Luckily the guest services person sorted it, and when we went, there were loads of tables.
There are few English guests, most are Russian which is fine, although you need to understand they don't have the same queuing/respect as we do. All the staff spoke Russian to us, assuming we were, and the kids disco was conducted in Russian first.
Some of the activities listed on the entertainment schedule didn't seem to run (the carnival pool party last week), which was disappointing as we'd told the kids about the free candy floss and then nothing happened. I think the entertainment needs to be updated each week for guests as 2 things didn't go ahead, and a couple of evening entertainments changed - i.e one was supposed to be acrobatics which we looked forward to but ended up being latin dancing.
Checkout was smooth and we could keep our towel cards etc until we left so we made the most of the last day.
It advertised free snorkelling; but you had to pay to hire snorkel masks so I felt this was misleading. If we had known there was a charge, we would have brought our own from home.
We did a boat trip via Falcon Adventures that was recommended on Facebook and was half the price of the company based at the hotel.
We had an earthquake on Thursday which was scary for us, but there was no communication about it afterwards - I thought they might have emailed guests or the staff asked if people were ok as it was quite strong and unexpected.
Generally it was a great first 'beach holiday' stay. They advertised it would be 'ultra all inclusive' from 1st November; I'd be interested to know what this means?

Amazing time at Sultan Gardens
We had lovely time at Sultan Gardens. Stayed for 8 nights. Family of five, we were given room 609. Its a connecting family room. It was conveniently close to pools and bar. Beautiful beach. They have shuttle bus to go around the hotel which is very handy. Plenty of fun things to do. We were all inclusive so plenty of food and drinks available. First time in Egypt and certainly wont be the last! Will definitely come back to stay here again. Friendly staff all around. Ar-Rahman in Linah Restaurant was exceptional! After my first day there, he knew exactly which drink to make me and was ready as soon as i went in. Hajar is very welcoming. All the pool staff were friendly too. Eid at reception was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Another staff at the reception put together a food goodie bag on the day of our excursion within half an hour of ringing him. The Office Manager was friendly and had nice chat with him.
Its about 20mins away from the airport.

House of Spice at the Sultan Gardens was amazing as was the whole hotel.
Had a great 7 night stay at the Sultan gardens. Great hotel/resort, very clean with staff eager to please and make the stay pleasurable. The Indian restaurant, House of Spice with chef Anil Kumar making some great dishes. A great highlight.

Sultan sunbathing at adult pool
We are currently enjoying a fabulous stay at Sultan Gardens Resort. Our sunbathing experience each day is made better by the superb service provided by the greatest lifeguard - Mohamed Ali ! He works tirelessly at the adult pool ensuring we have everything we need and keeps the pool and pool side in immaculate condition. Ibrahim is the pool bar man and he too goes the extra mile to ensure that we are well hydrated! Water and tasty cocktails are available as you wish. This dynamic duo are certainly two of this hotels gems. Thank you gentlemen x

Incantevole resort ❤️
Meraviglioso resort personale gentile educato preparato , struttura pulita maniacalmente da anni vengo qui mai trovata una cosa negativa . Consiglio a famiglie e coppie . Un mare incantevole e panorami da togliere il fiato . Unica nota che farei sostituire i pulmini che portano al mare con veicoli elettrici .

Top villaggio
Io e la mia famiglia e più di dieci anni che andiamo in questo villaggio per noi e come havere una seconda casa Sono tutti preparati e molto bravi .Non posso ricordare tutti i nomi ma sicuramente dalla Recepsion con Mr Aimed Aiud Zac e Ibrahim alle prenotazioni ci hanno dato sempre delle belle Camere.Il ristorante tutti Molto Bravi Mr Lofty Mr Moamed veramente molto bravi attenti a tutta la sala .In piscina fenomenale Mr Moamed vice capo bagnini e tutti i ragazzi fenomenali.In spiaggia molto bravo oltre tutti i bagnini c’è Mr Said grande persona e grande amico .Il villaggio è di alto livello e il mangiare è ottimo .Non possiamo dimenticare di cui siamo diventati amici Mr Alex il capo del villaggio che è una persona molto professionale e molto bravo nel gestire qualunque situazione.Concludendo io ho girato diversi villaggi a sharm ma come il Sultan non c’è né neanche uno.Provare per credere top top.

Caposala LOFWdi livello superiore. Locazione pulita accogliente con personale sempre attenti al cliente. Molto consigliato. Molto attrezzato anche a livello di piscina . Ce ne sono ben 5 tutte grandi . Cibo internazionale che varia molto

Magnifique et exceptionnel
La piscine était magnifique le bar aussi avec beaucoup de choix de boissons, le maître nageur Mohamed Ali avec son professionnalisme sans oublier Ibrahim Gamal un bar man assez sympathique et très gentil , beaucoup d’activités et déjeuner et dîner avec un large éventail

Exzellent
Es ist geeignet für Alleine sowie für Familien! am Poll von Hasan und Ahmed am 8.2.2024 sehr nett/ freundlich /hilfsbereit Empfangen. Wir werden das an alle die im Ägypten Urlaub machen nur empfehlen. Eine sehr saubere Lage/ essen sehr frisch. Speisen direkt von uns gemacht. Mit Getränke immer ausreichend versorgt.

Un trato impresionante
Un sitio de ensueño y atención brutal, cómo en ningún sitio.
Todo el personal atento hasta en lo más mínimo y quiero agradecer al director del restaurante Moemen y el Chef Mahmud por sus atenciones,han sido tan especiales que realmente nos han hecho sentir como como reyes.
El eslogan le queda muy bien al sitio,nos importas y te lo demostramos. Pues así ha sido espectacular

Schöne Hotelanlage mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal
Schöne und großzügige Hotelanlage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer.
Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen.
Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Chef Shorsky (Küchenchef) war überragend.
Die Hotelanlage verfügt über ein wirklich gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, eine Minigolfanlage und weitere Möglichkeiten zur Aktivität.
Ich werde die Anlage auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Muy buena opción de Resort
Muy buena elección de resort en general.

Lo bueno:

-Minigolf de 18 hoyos totalmente gratuito.
-Arrecife accesible, es un muro de coral que va de lado a lado del resort.
-Variedad de comida, calidad buena (no excelente).
-El servicio muy amable.
-Gimnasio bastante completo.

Lo mejorable:
-Estaban de obras en la zona central remodelando la piscina y había trasiego de personal y ruido.
-Que algunos de los restaurantes sean de pago, ya que bastante pagas ya por el todo incluido.

Wir kommen sicher wieder!
Das Hotel ist sehr gross und sehr gepflegt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Es hat viel Entertainment im Hotel selber. Ausserdem war Ronaldinho sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

MUY BUEN ALL INCLUSIVE
Generalmente no elijo hoteles all inclusive, pero este fue una agradable sorpresa, excelente servicio, hotel muy grande donde hay que caminar bastante para llegar al lobby o a la playa (por eso no tiene 10 puntos) tiene transporte interno por autobús pero es cada 15 minutos así que no lo esperamos casi nunca. El servicio de playa es excelente, la playa linda y el arrecife esta sobre la playa, asi que se puede hacer snorkel desde la playa, muy buenas actividades deportivas a valores muy inferiores a los de hoteles de Europa y el Caribe.

Excellentes Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Resort. Besonders angenehm war der Aufenthalt zu den Essenszeiten im Dana-Restaurant, wo wir Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen eingenommen haben. Besonderen Dank für die dortige zuvorkommende und freundliche Aufnahme durch den zuständigigen Restaurant-Manager Mersal EHAB, seinen Assistenten Salama MOAMEN sowie die Bedienung durch Ahmed ALY. Sie haben uns teilweise sprichwörtlich unsere Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen.

Sehr gut 💪
Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und höfliches Personal. Das Hotel besitzt eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Küche, bei der jeder etwas für sich findet. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Freizeitangebote, die durch das coole Animationsteam veranstaltet werden.

Espectacular resort
No pude haber elegido mejor lugar para mi primer visita a Sharm El Sheikh.
Este complejo es un excelente lugar para disfrutar del Mar Rojo, especialmente para los que gustan del snorkel y el buceo. La playa se ubica sobre un arrecife de coral que es convenientemente preservado.
Los ue vayan deben tener en cuenta que el sitio se encuentra a unos 10 km de la ciudad, por si su interés es disfrutar también de los paseos por el centro.
