It has 18 spacious and bright flats, from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with views of Paseo de Gracia and interior views of the large courtyard of the Eixample, fully equipped with living room and kitchen.
The comfort is felt in every room of the flats, taking care of the smallest detail, to make your stay an authentic experience.
All the flats have a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. At the end of the day you can take a relaxing bath as all the flats have a bath and shower.
The Passeig de Gràcia train station is just 100 metres away and the Passeig de Gràcia metro station is 140 metres away, which connects with Barcelona International Airport Josep Tarradellas – El Prat, and Sants Station.
To get around the city by taxi, you can take it at the taxi rank located at the door of the establishment. If you come with your own car, we have a Saba car park at your disposal at the entrance to the flats.

What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Incredible location, top notch apartment, family friendly
Instead of a hotel, we wanted to book an apartment with a kitchen and two bedrooms so the kids could have their own space. Apartments 64 was a home run. The place is super clean, modernized and well appointed. A king size bed in the main bedroom was a bonus. The management thought of every detail from kitchen and cleaning supplies to every other day housekeeping. If we thought of something we needed, the apartment already had it. And the location was 10/10. We walked everywhere and felt both safe and centrally placed. The staff was super friendly and checked in regularly. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Barcelona.

MUCHO MEJOR DE LO ESPERADO
La verdad que fue toda una sorpresa agradable. La entrada del edificio no es muy prometedora, pero realmente el departamento es precioso, muy bien equipado, realmente muy grande. Toda la gente que atiende es encantadora y hace lo posible por lograr que la estancia sea buena.

Fantastic location and friendly staff
Amazing location ! It’s 2 minutes walk to Casa Batllo , and 7 mints walk to casa Mila . There is a coffee shop outside the apartment , or you can order breakfast with reception they can deliver to your door .
The staffs at apartment sixty four are so helpful. I could contact them with WhatsApp if I need anything . We stayed two bedroom flat , good space with living room and separated kitchen . Highly recommend !

Amazing Barcelona City Stay
Apartment SixtyFour is perfectly located in close proximity to public transport, some of the most iconic work of Antoni Gaudí, the La Ramblas shopping street, upmarket boutique shops, restaurants and many more.
What sets Apartment SixtyFour apart from other places we stayed is the warm reception by friendly front desk staff and the welcome goodies hamper. The apartment (803) we stay in was spacious and it made our stay so enjoyable.
The breakfast service to the room was on time and made for a good start to the day.
